I reserved the rental online and when my husband when to pick up the vehicle and asked the representative in the store some questions, she was very abrupt and cut him off to tell him that since he booked online she couldn’t help him.

When I called and reserved a truck the person was very good. She had all the info needed as I made sure to ask her. But when my employee picked up the truck, as he has done so often, the man working was rude, way out of line and had to get all the info again saying he did have it (again.) This set us back a half hour. He has been this way toward my employee numerous times. I will not have my people subjected to this and am considering Enterprise. After my business has been doing business with you this long it should be an easy transaction. We always pay cash and return the same day.

Only one agent working, but it was new years day. I don't know if another agent would normally be nessesary, but he was overwhelmed with people & phone calls while picking up our trailer. He was very helpful & professional despite being very busy.

service rep took 2 hours to process the pickup of the equipment requested. Lacked basic communications skills did not go over insurance options. tried to overcharge on rental. the help line called offered no help, U-Haul computer need to be upgraded problems with entering simple requests.

Tried to charge me for an extra day.. Our equipment was due on the 25th of December. The location was tp be closed on the 25th and we contacted Lisa Walsh at 1800 UHaul to see what the cost would be to return it on the 26th. We did this while traveling on the 24th. She told us it would be no charge, The man at Victor said was no record of our call on the 24th. It took a call to 1 800 Uhaul to get this resolved and for him to find the record of our call

All of the staff I dealt with were friendly and courteous, and I received prompt and very competent service. The cargo van was clean and well maintained except that the tire pressure warning light came on when I started it up. The tires did not appear to be deflated so, because I was on a tight schedule and would only be driving 50-60 local miles, I decided to report this issue when I returned the vehicle.

I can't believe they charged me for an extra day when I returned it almost 1/2 hour before time it was due. For some reason the person who checked it in marked it later as well as charging for gas which I filled it exactly to the mark it was at when I received it.

My wife was falsely accused of returning a cargo van with both a scratch on the side and a dent on the rear fender. We will NOT be doing business with your company again! Jim Henderson

Vehicle became very unstable when turning at reasonable speeds such as highway entry and exit ramps, causing the vehicle and steering wheel to shake considerably! Recommend more frequent checks of tie rods, ball joints and all other suspension parts!!!! This occurred only after loading the vehicle. Made the bad decision to cautiously drive it home after inspecting lug nuts and tires, to determine that we would not loose a wheel. Took curves at under 25 mph and stayed below 60mph on the thruway. Could not fathom repacking the vehicle and all that. But it was a tense 90 minute drive back to Victor. I told the staff upon return that our vehicle should not be driven without thorough examination, but he didn’t seem too concerned about my complaint.

The Manager was very hospitable as were the other employees. The manager is an Air Force veteran and when he discovered I was a vet went out of his way to make our experience very pleasant. I will recommend to other vets to give his U-Haul facility their business.

Had a great experience here. Tessa was super helpful and helped problem solve when I couldn’t rent a trailer since my vehicle wouldn’t support it, (bad electrical connection, no fault of uhaul). Helped get a pickup truck and me back on the road. All around good experience.

Only problem was the electrical connection interface did not match the car. I had to buy a interface from u-haul to get it matched up. I think the trailer should have come with common option plugs.

Very long rental process due to new employee being trained "first-time" at the counter. Also, very slow computer screen-to-screen. Credit card machine didn't work so it was done manually. Took over 30 minutes. Then, painfully slow hitching of trailer to vehicle as the employee was given very slow instructions and demonstration. This experience made me an hour late at my destination. Suggestion, don't train on a customer!

Can’t think of anything. Truck was ready when I arrived with the moving blankets I reserved. Truck worked great. U Haul app made it easy to reserve, pick up, and return truck. Completed everything using my phone.

Nothing to improve. I want to give a huge thank you to Tessa at the location. In all the moving, apparently a TV remote was left in the van between the seats. She saw it, put it aside and called me to let me know. I've rented several uhauls. And on many occasions later realized I left something small. Never once have been called. This is above and beyond excellent customer service. In a long week after my grandfather passing away, and the heaviness of dealing with his belongings, this may seem like something small and simple. But it shows to me an amazing employee, who could have simply thrown something aside to see if someone calls later, but instead took the time to make a call and let me know. Words can't express how grateful I am. And that's the perfect example of an employee taking pride in their job. I will make a point to rent from here again just because of this. Thank you so much!!!!!! Also, I know this location was busy when I went in to pick up the van. When I went to get the remote it was busy, several people inside. Which shows me even more how awesome an employee Tessa is. When you're busy it's so easy to just push something aside until later. Or ignore it. For her to take that 30 seconds to call really meant a lot. Thank you, Shaun Dulen P.S. - I believe from the voicemail her name was Tessa. If I'm wrong I apologize. The gentleman at pick up was very nice. I did notice it took some time to pick up. All of the point of sale equipment was not functioning and he had to key in everything. Also having to personally deliver all the needed information about the rental. Instead of the usual read and sign. The truck was relatively new and was in great condition.

Make the vehicle inspection process easier. I was told to follow a link in an e-mail to document vehicle damage that did not have a sticker. I was not able to find the link. You should have a person come out to the vehicle to document any unrecorded damage.

Storage space offered was smaller than expected, a larger unit was not available though offered. I almost lost the contracted Moving Help and I had to go to another UHaul. It was a nightmare for me.

Nothing against the facility but if you pay for storage you should have 24 hour access to your own personal belongings instead of business hours. I’m sure there is a reason but this is for corporate.
