brian donovanOnly comment I have for you is.... I used to be the Sr. Manager of the Memphis Market. I wanted to pick up my trailer at the dealer right down the road however he wouldn't return my call. Storage in Palmyra Ny.
Terry HulingMy reservation to pick up at a closer location to my home was changed in the week before pick up. It was far less convenient (eg. had to drive there vs getting a ride) If I originally had chosen the Victor location I wouldn't have done the 24/7 online because Victor has employees there 7 days. The location change added miles to the reservation that might have changed what rental agreement I chose and the number of miles increased by close to 50 miles. The Victor location was friendly and all employees I had contact with were helpful and kind. I certainly will be more cautious choosing U-Haul in the future knowing they can change pick up locations with little notice. The vehicle itself was pristine. It had to be brand new and it got great gas mileage. Pleased with the vehicle less so with the company.

Steve LazeroffVictor was great. I had to change my reservation four times, however, before I was able to get my truck due to issues with the app and availability of trucks. This was a nightmare. Uhaul should notify you if the location will be closed at the pick up time and/or there are issues with the original location.

Despite that issue, I've never had this type of issue at this location before and would consider it a one off. That said, this was a controllable issue and shouldn't have happened.

michael kellermotorcycle trailer required a 2 inch ball and my car had a 1 7/8 inch. I offered my 2 inch and uhaul could have swapped them but did not. Result was a clunky ride with unnecessary looseness. This was somewhat mitigated by putting weight in trailer but still there was looseness. Confusing explanation of charges. The invoice said it would be $16 but at the bottom it said $60. Hard for the customer to understand the extra charge was for a cash payment. I used a card and this $60 amount shouldn't have appeared at all. Emergency contact numbers are not available for all customers and this was personally invasive

We got a bunch of snow that night and they had the truck all cleared off and ready for us when we arrived. This was the best pick-up and drop-off experience I have had and I will definitely use this location again in the future.
Chelsea WeibelTires needed replacing, lacked traction. I was told truck was full of gas, but I only drove 24 miles and yet had to put 4 gallons gas in to return it to full. Feel I was overcharged due to this.

SAMANTHA DALEY | Expérience généraleTruck they were going to give me originally had a quarter tank of gas, and I was told I would have to fill the tank before return or get charged for a tank fill. I objected and was given a different truck with a full tank, but this truck was old, troublingly noisy, and the rear latch was difficult to operate and would not latch at all for the trip back to U Haul. I had to wait for report to Roadside service before they determined that it was a low crime area and I would not be charged if the dolly was stolen. I hope it was not stolen, and I hope I was not charged but I have no information.. I have not received any receipt for the completed transaction by email, so I don't know if I was charged $20 when I returned it but could not verify my location because my phone would not allow settings change to allow location ID. Re the tank fill issue, I used only about 1/8 of a tank for my trip, so charging me for a tank fill would have been theft from me. There was also a piece of cardboard in the front seat and a soda can rolling around behind the seat where I couldn't even reach it, when I got the truck that should have been removed before giving it to me. I hope I was not charged for cleaning the truck. I'm very unhappy with all this sloppiness and disregard of the customer.

Christopher HartTruck was not actually full of gas's. Gas gauge was not accurate. I added more gas than I used in order to get it back to full in order to avoid the high costs you charge for gas. I used the truck for 12 miles but had put more than 3 gallons in to make it full, . It is disappointing that I had to pay for a lot more gas than I used. When I mentioned this at drop off, I was condescending told that I was just paying it forward.

We had 6 weeks between when we needed to be out of our apartment and before our sellers would allow us to close on the house. It ws nice to have that space.

visnja clayton | Expérience généraleTerrible customer service. I moved from out of state and qualified for 1 month free storage. I requested a storage unit on the ground floor and paid for it over the phone. When I went there to pick up the keys it was on the second floor after waiting in line for over 20 mins I was given a ground floor unit. The counter person did not tell me it was a larger unit and that there would be a upgrade fee. When I received my bank statement there was a $154 charge and a $60 charge for the unit and upgrade. I immediately went down and ask why I'm charged this because I was told it was free. They said the person made a mistake and they would take it off and credit it back. That never happened after numerous attempts to get it taken off I was then told it was a bank problem and to call my bank, which I did but it was not my bank. It took many phone calls and trips to uhaul to get this resolved which was finally credited back. Would never recommend uhaul!

DAVID LEE | Expérience généraleWe used U-Haul Moving & Storage of Victor for storage. We stored our things there for almost eight months. The storage facility is nice and clean and climate controlled. We especially liked that we could drive our cars and rentals right in to unload, and again to load when we left. This is great in any weather and especially nice when it's too hot or cold out. They even have a nice little section where you can take or leave items in good condition. We bought packing materials and ended up renting a 15-foot truck when we were ready to move our things. The people there are great, over the course of this year we have spoken to four employees there. Each person was kind, treated us with respect, and was very helpful. I highly recommend using U-Haul Moving & Storage of Victor.
