I'm very upset! I had told the lady exactly what I needed and she got the trailer wrong! And it caused me leaving 4 hours later. I had my 83 year old dad driving my personal car at night with bad vision. All because the f the mistake in your guys end, with the complete wrong trailer. I'm not happy with this total! Not to call the customer and ask can you bring the trailer back early. I paid for this time. Don't ask me to bring something back early if I done paid for it. No I will not be renting any thing else from UHaul...

When a customer makes a reservation, U-Haul should reserve the equipment. We were told both, the appliance dolly and the trailer we reserved were unavailable. Three trailers were sitting in the lot. They wanted to send us to a farther location. We had reservations. Why send us to a different location and not the reservations who come pick up after us??? We waisted 2 precious hours trying to get the right trailer. Never did get the dolly. Totally incompetent staff. I will say this, after an hour and a half, they did finally honor our reservation, giving us an extra day free.

I had a trailer scheduled at a different location, but because the employee kept trying to upsell me by saying that my hitch pin, and my tow bar was not up to her standards I decide to leave and go to the Lorene address. At this location the staff was not as pushy.

Previous damage wasn't marked on the vehicle I received, it wasn't particularly obvious (no broken tail light/ large indent) so I missed it while inspecting and was almost charged until the person helping me was able to find a photo with the damage. It was a stressful situation and I don't believe I'll be going to this location again, when the other employees hadn't been properly inspecting the damage it should have been clearly marked and I should have been made aware there was damage on the vehicle prior to inspecting it myself. The damage was a dent on the bumper which was almost unidentifiable in the photos as well until the employee could find a photo from a proper angle. I believe if it had gone undetected that long by all the other employees and me as well, I should not have almost been held responsible. I didn't get the mans name who was helping me but I was there at my reservation time and was not allowed into the building until ten minutes after the time I requested.

I was charged for after hours $20 for after hours drop! Ridiculous! Project ran over time I even called... got charged extra for rental and after hours fee! Nickle and dimed me through the whole process!! Not good service!!!!

I returned the trailer back at 11th hour, of 24hr rental. And I was charged $20 after hours service fees, on a $30 rental. I have rented over 200 rentals from uhaul and never experienced a highway robbery fee. Shame on uhaul Corp and shame on the dealer.

They took almost 30 mins to get me my rental that I had prebooked days in advance. The man getting me all checked in and checked out seemed irritated and slow. It took an additional 15 minutes for him to ring up 2 tape disoensers and some bubble wrap. I was appauled at how slow they were. Once...I finally got my truck, it was BEHIND another SO I COULD NOT BACK OUT! Sometimes those extra minutes are needed by customers moving! I was late to pack up and to unload. OVERALL UNSATISFIED.

I had to do check In 2 times and when i got thete,,, when i took it back i had turn lights on signal brake lights i ask if he wanted me to wash it to fir him would. Never rent at this location i rent all the time and never had to do that when I took it back,,thank you..

I book the reservation in Ranho cucamonga. Was sent that my location changed to Fontana due to them having a one way rental. I showed up to the location and did my paper work, went out side and the rep said the vehicle is not here. I said the one right there will do. He told me that it was a local rv, and could not be rented. Then he explained to me that I had to go to Victorville to pick up a one way rental. I had no choice as I was leaving for Texas the next morning. I sat in an hour of traffic going up the Cajon pass on a holiday weekend. When I got to the location. What a shit show. Customer in front of me was in a hurry and he got out of there quick. As he was leaving hit the car of the customer behind me. Then I go get my rv and a homeless person was sleeping in it smelled like a bathroom. The rep cleaned out all of his stuff and mop the floor. Just saying the worst experience I have had with U-haul. Unfortunately you are the only choice. If there was a competitor I would have gone to them. I just might get into that business. I did work for enterprise holding for 18 years, and understand rentals. See y'all soon.

I was told 89 cents a mile. When I took truck back I noticed that I was charged 1.09 a mile. I asked worker about this he replied we charge109on the weekends I said I was never told this. He said we dont have to tell you. I told him you do have to tell me this .No where on the menu of rates does it say this. Then he proceeded to walk away for 20 minutes and move vehicles left me and 4 other customers just standing there ,poor customer service and a bad attitude. You'll never get my business again Signed disgusted customer

The day I need your service, there was some sort of internet problem. It took forever for the personnel to actually get my reservation into the computer and get me on my way. This is not my complaint. When I finished moving my car with the U-Haul two wheel car dolly, I returned it to another location near my home. Because of the internet problem, I could not log into the U-Haul app and send the pictures to the location. I returned the dolly the same day I rented it, yet I believe that I was charged for more than one day due to the personnel at the PCH & Walnut location in Long Beach, CA. not putting the dolly into the computer for a few days. I was initially told that the reservation was for 2 days, so I don't know how long it took them to log it in. I still have the pictures if anyone wants to see them. I would like any excess charges to be removed from my bill. Thank you Steven Shibuya

Incompetent employees and no customer service skills it took over an hour to get us our trailer, once home we noticed that it wasn't the 6'x12' I had reserved but a 5'x9'. We loaded what we could as we were on a time crunch with my husband being on orders. We had to do two trips instead of one from Victorville to Oceanside, we called to see if we could return it in San Diego as we ran out of time, we were told we would have to pay a fee. We have rented many times in the past however this will be our last time with U-Haul.

The customer service of everyone in there was deplorable. The lady who helped me was super unprofessional when we arrived to return our equipment nobody was in the building, we go outside to see 2 employees in a uhaul, and the other in her van smoking. She motioned us with her hands to do something that we didn't understand, and never got out of her car to assist us. God forbid we interrupt her smoke break. I will never come here again.

Acknowledge the arrival of a customer. The rep seemed to be playing with his phone. Explain procedures. Not all customers are at a high level of competency. I do business with vehicle rentals maybe once every 3-4 years. Turning in equipment was not explained. I still do not have written acknowlwdgement of return, either electronic, or hard copy.

My truck was dirty and in bad shape , the shocks were blown and the front tires were worn down to nothing on the insides. The windshield wipers were very bad and could not clean the windshield , the key was very hard to turn and my wife could not turn the truck on I had to do it and it was very hard, I will not be waiting my time and money again and I feel I should get at least half my money back
