Keep the staff this morning and evening well paid. Three recent rentals, always clean trucks and simple check in and out, great customer service! Never had to wait. Tough to reach by phone at times, but you have to know the right time of day to call to reach someone at the store.Brandon M.

I got charged 227,69 $ for another customers rental. Devon Gates was very helpful in attempting to get this charged removed and very friendly and professional. Although he cleared it up and gave me a receipt for the refunded charges, there is still a hold on my money for no reason. I paid the 38 $for my rental yet I don't have access to my money 227,69 $ which is a lot of money to be holding when it was not my error! The refund should have been immediate! I don't know who's fault this is for charging my card when my name is not Josh and it does not say that on my card but this hold is ridiculous! The only reason I would ever come back here or recommend this place is because of the manager Devon. I want my money released from this hold!Nicole B.
The hardest thing was finding a place to park. I reserved a trailer and there isn't much room to navigate in that area. I will come back though. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Smooth and easy process.Stacy M.

My reservation was for Cedar Rapids made a month in advance. The day before the move I was told that I would have to drive an hour to Waterloo to get the equipment. No remuneration for the probably extra 20,00 $ spent in gas and the extra four hours of time to be driven to pick up the truck and back to Cedar Rapids1David D.

Staff at Waterfalls were perfectly helpful and assisted in every step along the way, with the rental, insurance, date changes, and assistance with the car dolly hookup. Only complaint is I couldn't really do anything by phone. Hold times too long. So I always had to take the trip to the store and speak directly to staff at the location. Nevertheless, all good.William R.

App would not work when attempting to return the truck took a picture of the odometer and the fuel level and it kept resetting the page and telling me to take a picture of the odometer reading attempted 5x before just leaving the truck at the store and just putting the keys in the drop box everything else was greatAaron S.

We've used the Waterfalls location before for another move. The only reason we had to this time is that the area we initially reserved (Cedar Rapids) didn't have the equipment and wasn't expected to even though I had made the reservation months in advance and checked on equipment being available during our drive from Oregon to rent the equipment. We had to drive an hour to pick up our truck and supplies but worth it as this location had EVERYTHING ready for us when we did get there. They did forget our moving blankets but it caused no hardship.Stacey B.

Find out a customer needs instead of barking orders like we are your employee's. I am a business owner and I would never talk to a customer that way.. I just needed out where to drop return off at. The employee that helped after I dropped it I told as soon as I pulled up a idiot came barking order's. After I left I got a call from someone saying he was the general manager and it was him i refered to as the idiot. And can no longer rent from them. I didn't see no tag on his shirt saying manager let alone general manager. I'll just take my business else where and refer everyone to the other rentals.Christopher T.

It did what it was supposed to I guess, but a few issues was the phone number associated with that rental was incorrect and I guess no one can change/correct it. Don't know how either "zero" or "oh" could be mixed up with "three". Trailor light was always on. Cap for trailor socket cover kept falling off, and didn't have any effect on dashboard light. Was told after that only the button needed to be pressed. "Service Stabiltrak" kept coming on. Was charged for 2 gallons even though I filled, but instead of 7/8, it was 13/16, something I couldn't even see. Refunded. Going to make sure I fill notably past the line next time so there is no question. I was told multiple times, by various uhaul people (local and corporate), before actual rental, that my "meaningful assurance" contact would be contacted on the day-of for verification, yet that never happened. CC and "emergency contact" info was taken.Nathaniel R.

It would help of the outdoor signage was clearer. When I returned the truck, I pulled in the wrong entrance and didn't know where to pull up for the check-in. Fortunately, the guy saw me and came out to meet me.Cynthia G.

I was only quoted for 18 miles when in fact I told them my location I would start from then go to and indicated it would be more then 18 miles I went more like 90 miles and then was charged a additional 50 dollars for miles I put on the truck. I was not happy about that it wasn't fully explained. So there for I ended up closer to 200 dollars for the use of the vehicle which was a lot higher then the estimated total. I would have rented somewhere else being they had unlimited miles,Trisha B.

rep was not helpful. no empathy, combative and gave me a truck with check engine light on. no communication from location which delayed my trip and cause loss of time and extra expense. truck had a transmission issue it seemed as well. When I returned the rental truck to the location I have always rented from, I vented my frustrations re: the change in pick up location. The employee, a young man, was very patient and listened to my complaints. I forgot to include the fact that I paid for a dolly to help with heavy appliances but when we opened the truck there was a small square flat thing on wheels, which was not helpful at all and we needed to find one we could actually use, with straps and a frame to help with large items.Susan H.
