Process to rent cargo trailer is exceptionally slow. Feels like I'm at a secretary of state office / DMV whenever I have to go inside to pickup the item I'm renting.

I love all the employees at this location they're so kind and cool. Very good people. I also had a storage here since moving from Flint in July. I loved my storage Nd the easy acess. My move was so easy and not very stressful or confusing thanks to uhaul. One trip there, one trip back!

You can make sure you keep Tramone Chasen on the team! He is terrific. He took great care of me. I have had a dozen hitches installed, he is the first one to demonstrate that the electrical had been hooked up correctly.

Totally taken advantage of in the return rental truck to get the U-box to house and back. Complaint submitted for fraudulent $142.86 charge! Ref #: 2452130 for post-facto "small dent, " that the guy on the three wheel bike who took the keys on the return DID NOT identify. "You're good to go!" was all he said and that a receipt would arrive in email. The "accident" was noted the next morning and charged with no conversation about this "small dent" or anything else. Oh, and a "after hours return" charge when he took the keys during work hours. This dealer has not called me regarding my complaint.

While the trailer I rented was damaged (inside tie down rails broken) and dirty (dried mud and trash on floor)... The Uhaul team (especially Ann Sanchez) worked with me - offering alternatives and ensuring all other aspects of both the trailer rental and storage unit turn-in went seamlessly. The team's customer attention far out-weighed the less than standard trailer condition. Uhaul remains my moving storing preference.

Location was convenient. Truck box was clean. Cab was not clean. Dust, dirt, debris all over the dash and in the cup holders of the dash console. It was unappealing to keep a water bottle in the nasty cup holders. Drivers side window had remnants of a sticker on it. I scrubbed it off at a gas station. The powertrain, brakes, and steering functioned well and reliably.

Besides the trailer, I also rented a dozen moving blankets; which were supposed to be placed inside the trailer prior to my leaving the location. I ended up having to go back to the location to pick those blankets up. The other thing is that I had called the location ahead of time to find out how high off the ground the coupler would be when the trailer was sitting level, so that I could put the correct insert into my receiver. Unfortunately that information was not given to me. I’d also like to suggest that all of your trailers have some kind of Jack, somewhere behind the coupler area, to make it easier to raise the trailer off of the hitch ball or down onto the hitch ball; especially for when the trailer is already loaded.

Got to drop off. The app wasnt working correctly, would let me continue. People were closing and refused to help. Just looked out from inside. I was able to finally get the app to work and do the drop. Had to take dumb pictures. New model sucks. Why you making customers do everything?

3rd time I’ve rented a car hauler from uhaul and nothing goes as planned. I booked 2 weeks in advance and was called the day before pick up and told it wasn’t available. I had to drive 49 miles away to find one that was available. Then on drop off in Florida where I said I would be dropping off that office told me they couldn’t except trailer. Well, I left it there anyway. Uhaul needs to have much better traffic management with there equipment and better communication with there rental facilities.

When a customer walks in to possibly render services it would be nice to be greeted instead of stared at! Very rude, not informed about any of the products at this location and the way the self service is set up to be navigated is horrible.

I was certain that I left my new apartment's laundry card and gym access RFID, but even after checking truck, and asking if anything was found I will be paying money to replace these cards. Not sure why these cards were not put into a lost-n-found

Plz Reduce payment. Access doors were locked. Ttook 1.5 hrs to gain access which caused addition contracted time. Unit was not as ordered. Had to move contents. Hard to reach a Rep. Mgr resolved.

It was pretty busy on Sunday. Everyone was courteous and helpful. My gate card didn’t work at first so I had to come back in and get it fixed which was a bit of a hassle, but they fixed it quickly.

Brand new facility with over 800 indoor units. Loading dock with garage pull in makes it above the other storage facilities around. Staff was very kind and helpful.
