There was a staff guy at the front desk he doesn’t have a customer service manner, not patient in taking the informations.
I would like to enter the storage area with a key pad rather than an access card sometimes I don't have the card with me and change vehicles otherwise a great experience the staff got to the point and I felt they respected my time.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. I was especially pleased when they reached out to me when the UHaul billing system had issues and when I emptied my storage unit. Both times the representative was very proactive and professional.
My only complaint is that I was charged $10 for a dolly I never received. I would like that money back.
