Wtf is with all the extra charges on top of my $3770 fee? That $3770 isn't enough? I used the truck for 2 fucking days!!! I've used Uhaul plenty of times in the past and most recently twice on a long distance trip and your fees are ridiculous, on top of that Uhaul adding fees. You have my address. Send your strongest top representative to my house so I can fuck him up! Want to play gangster games... uhaul is such a Slimy Corporation

So when I got home I opened it and it was to take pictures of the trailers condition. I just wish that was explained as of a more important thing.
THOMAS S.Originally set up pickup at Quaker lane NK. Was not told when renting that this would be a “by phone†rental. Got to the site to find no one on site. After figuring out what to do I went back to site. With the combination of poor wireless and your cumbersome procedure, I was there for over an hour. After numerous, attempts to upload items and getting approval, I finally got my code to the key box. Yup, more torture as the lockbox was jammed and did not open. All this time, now over an hour, I was online chatting with one of your customer service people. Smother delays between her responses wasted more of my time. After I told her thekey box would not open I heard nothing from her. I finally went home with no truck. At home I called the number next to the “ I cannot get my keyâ€. The customer service rep was excellent and switched me over to west Greenwich. The live body on-site was excellent and had my truck waiting. Final synopsis: I am tech savvy and your system absolutely tortured me and wasted 1/12 of my time not to mention the travel to west Greenwich. I can imagine some poor bastard who has limited knowledge of phone expertise completing this procedure via phone rental.

Emma L.The elevator set up is poorly designed. Storage is on the second floor however the elevators are extremely small. They close way too quickly especially for moving large items. These elevators should be larger than a regular elevator to move people considering its for moving larger items in and out of a storage unit. Freight style elevators would be much better for a storage facility

General Manager Curtis provided excellent customer service. Just one recommendation: Paint the building orange and letter it up like your other locations!

Gary P.you are asking the wrong questions. None of the problems I was experience was due to the location. The problem was the manner in which my request was processed, the misleading ads to sneak extra fees on your bill, and the difficulty in reaching customer service (cutting 45 mins into my allocated time with the vehicle). The user interface on the Uhaul site is very diffiuclt to navigate and was confusing.
