We had been using one of your facilities in hialeah,they are horrible they doubled and triple charged us on more than one occasion. We came to this location in WEST Park we could not be HAPPIER. Your company should use this location as a model for all of your locations. Tamia is FANTASTIC and Mr Brad and the gentleman at the returning part excellent. The locks for the trucks located at the back of the truck would not work for us,after several people trying to get the lock open. We had to go out and purchase a lock to put on the truck which did not work as someone broke the lock and got into the truck. Nothing valuable was taken but it should be known that something needs to be done about those locks. Upon returning the truck we let the your gentleman know of the issue and he tried the lock. He had to use all of his strength just to get the lock to budge. He stated that the locks are old and get stuck.Dydra U.

The pick up was not ready. We had to pay our workers for 3 extra hours as the truck was not staged and the equipment ordered was also not at site. Our pickup was scheduled for 24/7 and we were to pick up at 7 am. The key was not staged and therefore we had to wait until 9 when to site opened. At that time we had to drive to another location to pick up the appliance dolly that was ordered in advance. This was really an inconvenience and made us late and we had to pay workers for three extra hours each and had to drive extra mileage to pick up extra equipment ordered. If an order is placed and confirmed, the company needs to assure they are responsible for completing the order.BARRY M.

The customer service personell Artis mentioned my credit card status to the enitre audience outside, however, directly to another customer's face as he stood in front of her shouting, "I have to put you on hold because your credit card did not go through", All else was good. My only other complaint was the rear door did not open and I was not informed it did not open just the X indicating something was wrong with the door. It was an inconvenience; however, we managed. Overall, the service is excellent, at the West Park location. Bladd is an awesome manager, and Christa is phenomenal with customer service.THERESA B.

Very nasty agent. Asked her to put on gloves before handling my drivers license and she became very rude and said she does this every day. No clean pens to sign forms with. This place needs protcools to deal with this pandemic and there is none. Needs leadership to fix this ASAP.luis F.
For long trips, like ours, your employees should clarify to the customer if the truck is equipped, or not, with cruise control. Just three months ago we drove a truck with it, and the trip was easy. This time we got a truck without cruise control, and the trip was difficult. I know is not the employee's fault, as most of your trucks do not have CC, and we should have asked before starting the long haul, but nevertheless a call to attention about this would have been useful: we would have waited until a truck with CC was available.Rene B.
This was a nightmare!! First of all, I arrived 15 mins late to Super Stop at 4631 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood because I got lost, BUT Agent at this location was ALREADY on the phone calling me & asking where I am. When I got there, the Agent was angry because he said he had 4 other pick-ups & no-one showed up. Got there & original reservation # 21769257 did NOT have a dolly (as reserved). Agent had to do a NEW order for a truck W/O THE DOLLY - TIME WASTED! THEN, I had to find another location (making about 3 or 4 calls) to find a dolly. THEN, had to go to another location at 2033 S State Rd 7 - had to wait in line - and placed Order # 85660970 for a dolly. AFTER making the move, the original Agent at Super Stop called me at 12:24 to ask me when I was bringing the truck back!!! I WAS STILL SCHEDULED TO HAVE THE TRUCK UNTIL 1:PM & he was calling me???? My schedule was thrown off - because the original order was NOT filled & he was harassing me??? Please keep in mind that I am a 66 yr. old grandmother - BUT I still got your truck back by 1pm. NO thanks to your Agent!!Marcia P.

One of the employees was walking around with his mask not covering his nose and mouth as he approached me to check in my returning rental, I asked him to put his mask on properly he stated â€œI'm not helping youâ€ as he turned to walk away he stared for approximately three seconds as if I asked him to do something that was unreasonable. I vowed to never use uhaul after my previous experience at the north Miami Beach location. I need to move something last minute and uhaul wet park was my nearest option. Takia and blad are both professional and down to earth. Even when an issue came up from the previous rental that was â€œtaken care ofâ€ but wasn't they both remained helpful and got me in my rental and on my way. The person that attended me was very helpful and professional. The vehicle was clean but was noticed the break or turning signals were working. A few months ago, i rented a van and the Miles had a discrepancy and so did the fuel gauge, and now This time I rented another vehicle and it had a flat on a double axle truck.I didn't even notice the flat untill I already drove away on my journey. Terrible inspecting equipment guys. Everytime vehicles come in, they should check all the tire pressure to make sure they are full to maximum pressure. You can make sure the people who work there do the paperwork properly. I returned the truck within the allotted time and was charged for 2 days instead of 1. I've called and called and still waiting on a manager to address this. I work hard for my money and to be changed extra is not fair. Still waiting for responsesonya M.

We got an email from U-Haul that our reservation had been switched from the location near our house at 7:35 the morning of pickup. We asked the owner at Wilton Manors to call the new location to ensure they had the reservation and truck. The clerk told him on the phone that she was by herself and could not do it right then. He said ok and hung up but showed us the reservation in the system at the West Park location. When we got there, the clerk told us we did not have a reservation. We told her what happened; including that the other location pulled up the reservation in the system and showed it to us. The clerk insisted that we did not and had to call corporate. We called the toll free number for customer service and asked the agent to stay on the line and explain it to the clerk. She still insisted we did not have a reservation. We got upset and another employee came over and quickly pulled up our reservation explaining to her that she has to look more than one place. She did not want to help us and had a terrible attitude. She did apologize but not in a sincere way. I hate that U-Haul can change your reservation at the last minute! This cost us TWO HOURS of running around! I will never use U-Haul again and had never had this problem before.Deidre V.

I checked in online and still had to wait over hour before getting my truck because you had two people working the desk and people lined up out the door. I was here before you opened and still had problems getting my truck when another location put in in the system for me. But the people that work here are very nice. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful despite the fact she was there only one there and hah to care of me and another unruly and temperamental client. Although she tried her best my van was not ready but the attendant, Alexander took care of me immediately. Shower me to my truck and got it ready as he could add quickly as possible. It was not a thorough inspection and I ended up having to find somewhere to put air and ended Southend5 $because I couldn't find a gas station with a working air pump. I had a slowish leak, apparently because, The tire was fine for a few days then the loss tire light came up late at night and I was parking it for the night. The next morning after trying to move it I realized the tire was completely flat. Also, it seem like the van was driving a little rough, like it may need an oil change or time up. I'm a regular so, I live you guys. Not if these issues change my mind. ðŸ˜ŠLiliana C.
I have rented from this location many times and have been very happy. However, this experience is rated the worst.
