Javon was absolutely unhelpful!!!! This is the guy who need to help to hook up the trailer but he wasn't there so I did it by myself On the return he was there but he doesn't want to touch anythingâ€¦.! My truck and car dolly rental was to include 1 month of free storage. All I would need to do is pull the truck by the storage unit for an easy unload. It turns out the storage unit was on the second floor. I had to hire help because It was not feasible for me to do it. Then I was told I had to return the car dolly to another location or I would be charged for the first month story. This was not the agreement. I had to hire someone to help take the dolly to another location. When dropping off the dolly, the site told me they would take the truck too. The storage location that forced me to deliver the car dolly to another facility informed me that because I didn't return the truck, I would still be charged for the first month storage. I feel I was taken advantage of when forced tide live equipment to two locations and then charged just under 200 $for storage because the other U-Haul took care of the truck and car dolly. U-Haul also picked up 1/4 tank of gas. Bottom line, I felt cheated and abused, while also being forced to hire help. Very pleasant employees until they manipulate the original agreement and cheat me out of my money.Michael W.

Customer service was excellent as for the cargo van that I receive it smell like piss and I supposedly was told that I went 6 mile and I was charged when the paper says $.79 for 10 miles so but besides that it was fine I didn't really have a lot of stuff to move but I don't know how I went 6 miles.YVELYNE B.

The young lady you assisted me (renting the uhaul) was on a personal call on her cell phone the whole time she was putting through my request. She was more attentive to the person talking through her ear piece than me. It really irritated me. She kept stopping while typing to speak to the person and I had wait I started reading the computer screen since it was tilted towards me and answering the questions I read since she was busy on her call. I would not recommend this location or come back because was so irritatedNADINE D.

I needed a quick one day rental for an in town move. The process with the online person was very helpful. When I arrived this morning for my reservation there were many other people waiting as well. Everyone appeared patient, and what amazed me was the efficiency and professionalism of the one woman associate who was handling all of us. I don't recall her name but she was so very helpful and manage so many of us at once to make sure we were not delayed. She deserves a 11 out of 10! The equipment was perfect for my move. The only trouble I had was with the online verification process as I was checking out. The drop off was equally easy. Merci.JESSE M.

I could not ask for a more friendly crew than who I encountered. Takia helped me check in and she was extremely friendly and nice. I was stressed out as the uhaul place I originally reserved the truck from switched my reservation to this uhaul place. The gentleman that checked me is was just as friendly. When I went the lady told me I needed a hitch lock. I purchased one and proceeded to get the trailer attached to my car in the back of the building. I noticed I already had one so decided to return the one I purchased. The lady who did my transaction earlier was out side and I told her I was going back inside to return it. She said not to worry and took the hitch lock I was returning, and said she would put the money back on to the card I had just used. Long story short. She never did. I called the facility and no one seemed to know what I was talking about. I would NOT recommend going to this location to anyone.CYNDI T.

This has been the worst customer experience I have had with a company in a long long time. I bought a trailer hitch install on 7/22/2021, the reservation date was Mon Aug 2 at 3:30. I arrived and was told that my appointment was changed because the install person was not there on Mondays and to come back the next day. I am back the next day and am told that my hitch was not there and to come back on Thursday. I come back on Thursday, spent an hour on the phone with customer service, and am still sitting here because a manager has to come in to find my hitch in the pile of stuff".Vincent D.

I have been renting from the Uhaul at this location for years since 1999 the guys are very rude and half of them trucks are not in working order. The trucks always have false info either the gas say it's full when it's not or the back of the truck to store your stuff don't work because it's stuck or the A/C not working or either the steering will gets lock and you can't turn the truck on. I try reaching out the the general manager Mr Perez over a month ago as of to date he has not return any of my calls on one of his rude employee. I think this location can do much better starting with Customers Service and make sure all trucks are in working order.ROSA M.

I rented the trailer online and then checked out the trailer online as well. I arrive and still had to wait online. The online check out seems to be useless. Retiring trailer, no one acknowledged me until the manager happen to walk by and asked him for assistance. He told me he was getting someone to assist. After sometime parked the trailer units proper area unhitched and decided to go online to confirm return.Roberto C.
Being the end of the month, it was full when I showed up to pick up my reservation. As I waited a customer that was at the counter, ran into a problem. Even though he had made his reservation a bit ago. Whoever had rented the equipment that he had reserved. They had not returned it yet. The Assistant manager was quick and polite in explaining the situation to his customer. He explained to him, what he was going to do, to help him solve the problem. Customer walked away happy. When I made it to the counter, the young lady that helped me. Noticed that another customer had a reservation for the same equipment but it was not available. She called him to let him know, that they did not have equipment available. She told him, she would find him another location, where they could find it. With me they were quick, cordial, and efficient. No complaints at all.Roberto C.

The entire team went beyond the call of duty to help and accommodate my needs. Got Uboxes shipped from NYC, boxes came without any issues, i was promptly informed when boxes arrived, I was able to get a storage unit and all. They did they best to ensure i got my stuff secure and informed me at every step during this process.
