All was excellent except website. I received ~$200 of merchandise I did not intentionally purchase when I booked my reservation on my cell phone. It is too hard to see or expect the default assumption that a customer wants this stuff. Adding my reservation to the cart also added much more useless and expensive merchandise.

Two days prior to pickup I was called and told there were no available 26 foot trucks. Did I want a 20 foot. I told Joe I would call him back. I thought about things and knew a 20 foot would never work so I called back with the intention of asking about another location. I called back about 5-10 minutes later and spoke with Joe who miraculously had a 26 foot truck that only need to be detailed and guaranteed this truck for my move. Moving day arrives and now not only do they not have a 26 foot. They have no trucks available. This was the worst customer service and I plan on taking action

The employees were very helpful. I approached different employees on the lot from arrival to the return, all were attentive, polite, and responded to my needs. Moving is stressful, but the people at this location were helpful, making this part of the process easy. I would recommend this location. In addition, there were enough staff around so that you were not waiting excessively.

The manager for this location is rude and sarcastic. I always go to this location and have excellent customer service. But when I went in the manager took 10 minutes to even greet me when Arrived. I called and made a complaint. I felt as though he was discriminating me because of my ethnicity. This man enjoy every second making my life difficult during my transaction. He also told me if I didn't give him a second phone number that I wouldn't be able to rent a U-Haul. I have gone to U Haul in the last eight months over 50 times and never have I ever had to do that. I also gave him my partners number and he called I am because I messed up on one of the numbers the phone call didn't go through. He persisted on telling me that he needed a real number or I won't be getting the U-Haul today this is absolutely unacceptable for somebody in management to act like this. I'm a manager for a business and I would have never treated one of my customers the way he treated me. This is not over until I get justification of why he acted this way. There needs to be solutions to the man action immediately.

We were called the morning we were scheduled to get our trailer and they said the previous renter had not returned it!!!! No back up trailers anywhere. That is outrageous.

The only reason I didn't give an "excellent" rating was your credit for unused month policy. I paid for the full month of October on 10/2 and emptied the unit on October 11 but was told there was no partial month credit for the unused 3 weeks. That was disappointing. Everything other than that was just about perfect. Great job all.

Van was a mess and was not cleaned from last use, during Covid pandemic this was very disconcerting Vehicle was of poor quality and not safe to drive. Tire blew out from normal driving without hitting anything. Almost died as I lost control of van and appears that this is so prevalent it is systemic. Uhaul only cares about bottom line and not the safety of it's cusotmers

Your mobile app f***ing sucks. I wasted an hour and a half of my life talking to a very rude customer service person. They made me call them 15x trying different things to get my reservation number to show up on the app which it never did. I tried it on my computer at home, on location, logged in, logged out. It was extremely frustrating. I would not recommend mobile pickup to anyone. I will tell everyone about my horrible experience.

Got to store they didn't have truck I reserved, had a 2:30 pick up, right after I reserved it realized I wasn't going to make it on time so I called. The guy I talked to said it would be fine he was there til 8:00pm. Got there and truck was canceled. Then they held me up for another 1/2to 45 mins. Just bad all the way around. Also when I realized I wasn't going to make it went in there at 2:00 to give them my credit card and again guy said it was ok. So had to take a bigger truck little more money. Guy did give me $25 off. Truck was clean, but ran really bad, called to get replacement and never got a call back. Had to travel with it the way it was, took extra time because I didn't want to break down. Just over all bad experience.

He person at the service desk was very slow. The gas level and mileage was incorrect on my paperwork which I didn't see until I had the paperwork home. (I was late because of the amount of time it took me to check in. When I brought it back, I waited 30 minutes for him to wait on the person before me. He said he was going out to check my truck. 1/2 hour later I went out to see where he was and he was waiting on someone else. He yelled at me to wait my turn in front of a new customer. I had a person waiting to bring me home and was there almost 1 1/2 hours. His supervisor finished the transaction and did not charge me for the gas ( did have a receipt for 4 gallons of gas that I put in, even though I didn't drive more than 30 miles).

The day our full service u box was scheduled to be picked up, the mover we're sent to the wrong the location and forced my aunt to wait for over two hours until it was resolved. I had to call 3 different locations and the 1-800# before I got it figured out. No one from Uhaul seemed to know why this happened and never was I offered an explanation. Furthermore, the drop off was not until several days after the expected arrival date. I will not be using this moving service in the future.

Put the correct equipment with the order. I ordered 12 moving blankets, but I got six and a broken dolly (that I didn't ask for in the first place). Not having enough moving blankets meant more damage to my furniture; not the movers' fault when things should have been wrapped. There were plenty of trucks, and the truck was clean, which was good. But when I place an order for supplies, I expect to get those in my truck, not to have to be stuck without them. That part really needs to be better.

Reserved a unit with the impression that i had 24/7 access After i signed the contract and paid my fee the employee brought me to the unit.. once he opened the unit the alarm went off and then told me that they dont have any cards. i was not given a code to use either. i was also told they were open until 8, when i showed up at 7:05 the employees watched me walk up to the door and left in their cars.

Our only issue is that we moved out of the unit 12 days before the end of the month and the rent was not prorated. Like every other place, including the Post office issued a refund. UHaul should too.

Everything and everyone are great. But the doors to storage opened before I swiped my card allowing anyone into the facility. Swiping the card should open the doors making it more secure.

UHaul makes it hard to get a full UBox back. (1) By 11am day before delivery still no time estimate, so cd not schedule movers. (2) No sameday pickup; storage units won't let it stay overnight.
