JAROLD M.I tried tto rent from your 3900 st location and your state st at 5300 location but got either very poor service or bad information. actually when I went into the 3900 st location I received such poor service that I walked out in frustration. The attitude of the staff there was a very poor representation of U-Haul and I would strongly recommend that no-one rent from them if they are interested in getting service

Had to wait 20 minutes to pull the truck in lot because of busy traffic at the drop off location and by the time I dropped the truck off the gas was literally 1/16 of where it needed to be and I was charged36 $for gas on top of all the other daily charges. The person who checked the truck in was rude and argued with me over the gas. I will never use Uhaul ever again due to this experience and I will tell everyone I know not to use Uhaul either. I am beyond livid over this experience at this location.

Stewart R.It's between a 3 and a 4.. Everyone is super friendly but every time I go to this location they always forget to give me my dolly I order >_< .. That is the only thing I think should be worked on... maybe the price of it too actually. 30 $dollars is a lot... but I'm always a broke bitch so I'm biased.

RICHARDJOHN E.Tire pressure on all 4 trailer tires was 85 psi and there was sheet rock dust and crumbles all over the inside. Not a big deal for me and what I was moving, but clothing, dishes, furniture would all have dust in/on them. I just deflated the tires to the 45 psi shown on the sidewall before I pulled it.
matt M.The “Manager†or at least whoever was in charge when I picked up my equipment was very rude to me and the guy helping me. He was very condescending and made the entire visit quite unpleasant. I have rented from this location multiple times, always had an excellent experience. But that guys attitude really put a damper on my day. I'd tell my friends to go somewhere else just so they didn't have to deal with this guy.

GUTU A.The facility made us wait for 20 minutes to bring the truck into the facility. Then told us we didnt put enough gas in it after we had put gas in it but had to sit and wait to drop the truck off. Workers were not friendly at all. I will never use this location again!
LORA W.Everything was great but we did reserve a 26' truck in advance and we got the 17' when we picked up. We in turn, had to make a few trips instead of one. When I brought it back, they mentioned they don't usually have a 26'. Should it be able to be reserved then?

Cesar M.The tire blew out less than 100 miles into the trip, and I had just checked all the tire pressures, not happy. However, customer service was very helpful it getting the issue fixed (even though it took 3+ hours on the side of the highway).

LEA N.Look at the rental I got scamed into! I make a reservation for a truck & tow dolly at M&M on Redwood road on Dec.30,2020. This was done on the telephone with a service rep. Next morning I showed up to start the rental and get on the road home with the car having troubles. After taking my drivers license and debit card pictures on his personal phone, he tells me I did not reserve a trailer, so I had to stop my scheduled plan & start a new game of running around to purchase from another location, where I stood in a line for a little over 30 minutes before being helped. There was a tow dolly right beside the trailer but I had to take the trailer. So, finally I have cleaned off the snow from the trailer last customer had traveled thru the snowstorm with, got the car loaded and can start to leave SLC in noon traffic. Then, after traveling well into the late hours I get home. I get woke up by a text message stating I would not be able to leave the truck at La Jara location, but rather the drop off was moved to Alamosa,(next county over). So I was forced to run around with the empty truck & trailer buying gasolone & still ended up back in La Jara to drop them off. Now YOUR plan has me walking back home, the car was able to get me home from La Jara but there was no chance it was driving 3 times as far, so I was pretty well misrepresented and Uhaul really wasn't as great as they advertize when it came to my experience.
Darrell K.I thought it was strange that customers needed to wear masks but employees didn't, Also found it strange that employees off the clock were behind the counter while employees that were on the clock were outside smoking with what Im assuming is the district manager since they were asking if she was coming back the next week and she went behind the counter and was working on the computers. Also found it strange 4 employees on the clock but only one helping customers.
