It's between a 3 and a 4.. Everyone is super friendly but every time I go to this location they always forget to give me my dolly I order >_< .. That is the only thing I think should be worked on... maybe the price of it too actually. $30 dollars is a lot... but I'm always a broke bitch so I'm biased.

I was quoted 39.95 day rental ,then get charged rental rate and rental fee ,not explained that it was a double charge when I expected half what was charged ,also wasn't informed how much per mile prior to use

Tire pressure on all 4 trailer tires was 85 psi and there was sheet rock dust and crumbles all over the inside. Not a big deal for me and what I was moving, but clothing, dishes, furniture would all have dust in/on them. I just deflated the tires to the 45 psi shown on the sidewall before I pulled it.

The “Manager” or at least whoever was in charge when I picked up my equipment was very rude to me and the guy helping me. He was very condescending and made the entire visit quite unpleasant. I have rented from this location multiple times, always had an excellent experience. But that guys attitude really put a damper on my day. I'd tell my friends to go somewhere else just so they didn't have to deal with this guy.

The facility made us wait for 20 minutes to bring the truck into the facility. Then told us we didnt put enough gas in it after we had put gas in it but had to sit and wait to drop the truck off. Workers were not friendly at all. I will never use this location again!

Everything was great but we did reserve a 26' truck in advance and we got the 17' when we picked up. We in turn, had to make a few trips instead of one. When I brought it back, they mentioned they don't usually have a 26'. Should it be able to be reserved then?

The interior needs to be cleaned on a regular basis...like once per month. The windshield could have been cleaner...better to see.

The tire blew out less than 100 miles into the trip, and I had just checked all the tire pressures, not happy. However, customer service was very helpful it getting the issue fixed (even though it took 3+ hours on the side of the highway).

Your app to return truck has some flaws that need to be fixed on the android side. My location settings were all on and for 20 minutes it kept telling location not recognized. So i ended up calling customer service

Look at the rental I got scamed into! I make a reservation for a truck & tow dolly at M&M on Redwood road on Dec.30,2020. This was done on the telephone with a service rep. Next morning I showed up to start the rental and get on the road home with the car having troubles. After taking my drivers license and debit card pictures on his personal phone, he tells me I did not reserve a trailer, so I had to stop my scheduled plan & start a new game of running around to purchase from another location, where I stood in a line for a little over 30 minutes before being helped. There was a tow dolly right beside the trailer but I had to take the trailer. So, finally I have cleaned off the snow from the trailer last customer had traveled thru the snowstorm with, got the car loaded and can start to leave SLC in noon traffic. Then, after traveling well into the late hours I get home. I get woke up by a text message stating I would not be able to leave the truck at La Jara location, but rather the drop off was moved to Alamosa,(next county over). So I was forced to run around with the empty truck & trailer buying gasolone & still ended up back in La Jara to drop them off. Now YOUR plan has me walking back home, the car was able to get me home from La Jara but there was no chance it was driving 3 times as far, so I was pretty well misrepresented and Uhaul really wasn't as great as they advertize when it came to my experience.

I thought it was strange that customers needed to wear masks but employees didn't, Also found it strange that employees off the clock were behind the counter while employees that were on the clock were outside smoking with what Im assuming is the district manager since they were asking if she was coming back the next week and she went behind the counter and was working on the computers. Also found it strange 4 employees on the clock but only one helping customers.

the first trailer I was assigned and hooked up to had a stripped and exposed wire in the lighting harness. I insisted on a different trailer which had no such issue and was clean and well maintained and I had no problems during the rental period.

Great experience at the front desk with the people who helped me and the truck overall. The only thing I have to complain about is when returning the truck after hours the website did not function properly and I was forced to drop the keys off without completing the check in after trying for 45 minutes and was charged 20 dollars extra the next day.

I have never had an issue with this location, they are always up to par. I have been going to this location for over 5 years. I have rented box trucks, pickups, dolly's. The location is a bit busy but overall I never have a complaint with the staff and their sense in urgency.

Not take it pwraonal.when.im busy and can't answer the phone right away. And then dont try and come up woth extra cost because i.didnt answer. Tried to say my fuel was wrong and my milage price was different then 69 cents a mile turned out daniel is not a very nice person or a good Custer service guy either and i will.never ever recomend uhaul.or go to.that store ever again its disgraceful.for sure

The appliance dolly I had reserved and paid for was not included in the truck. So I had to drive back to the location and leave my crew of 8 waiting for almost an hour. Definitely not ideal.

Putting gas into the trucks before renting them out and not adding 45 extra miles in receipts that weren't there before. Plus the whole extra charge that should've been token for the deposit that is supposedly refunded (ending total was less that the deposit). This has been the worst experience I've had and will not be doing any more business with this location.

There was a snag with my reservation. The person tried to say "It's not a guaranteed reservation, so we don't have a truck for you, oh well". I had to call customer service to get the problem fixed and it took an hour to get it ironed out. Don't expect it to be a quick in and out. Then they charged my card an extra $26 and now I have to call to find out why. We folded the furniture pads and swept the truck out as we were supposed to, so I think they are just trying to take advantage.

Actually, I am answering this survey for my daughter. I am her mother who paid for this service and she said it was very convenient to rent a U-Haul to get the remains of some storage from one facility into one, so I told her I would pay for the rental of this means so it could be done in ONE trip. However, personnel forgot to include the dolly she asked for. It was NOT charged, but personnel need to make sure that when customers asked for extra equipment(s) and or other needs they must remember to include, otherwise, she said she was very pleased with the service all together. Your location @4000 W 4690 S where my daughter picked up the truck made it very convenient because she was only traveling from your location to 6200 S in Kearns, UT to pickup, then to 5400 S in Taylorsville to unload. So, distance wise was very quick/convenient. SERVICE WAS VERY RESONALBLY PRICED FOR HER NEED(S). .

I called and made a reservation for a trailer. I go to pick it up and they said I had no reservation. I told the guy helping me I had made it. He said he did not have the trailer I wanted but had a bigger one for a higher price. Issid would you honor the lower price he said no. I told him to check and he would see that I called after getting upset with him. He finally checked and seen that I called and the guy I made the reservation with didn't follow through. He finally matched the rate. Whay a joke though. You call in and make a reservation and your employee is dumb enough not to follow through especially when he kept asking me ZHEN YOU GOING TO BRING IT BAVK. WHEN YOU HOING YO BRING IT BACK. I SHOULD HAVE GOT A FREE FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES STUPID MISTAKE. PLUS THE HASDLR EITH THE EMPLOYEE WHO WSS HRLPING ME WHO WAS RUDE TO ME. The only one who was nice was the employee that helped mr when I brought back the trailer. Your location sucks.

J set up the pick-up to be walking distance from my storage unit. Uhaul changes it to this location a couple days before through just an email, and without me agreeing to it, but when I request to drop it off at a different location (within 30 miles of this one) the lady on the phone at the regional office has the audacity to tell me that's not how contracts work. I'm not using this location again, and I'm probably not going to ever use uhaul again.

Fix the fucking return on the site took way too many pictures trying too get it too work but ended up just giving up on it. And just dropping the keys in the box instead of finishing the return the location was good but the site needs some work

I would say move any of the uhauls that we're not being used towards the back just because while I was doing a self check in there was only two spots on the lot left as I took and another family came in to do there's as well making no room for parking if a third family would have come to self check in as well. Nothing wrong with the company itself just a suggestion.

Nothing right now because of this Covid. All the procedures were followed with social distancing and Masks, everything done through online/email. I myself really miss the interaction with people and not having to yell through Masks and barriers. For me having to speak so loudly, I feel like my privacy is compromised. But it is what we all have to go through right now. Thank You for providing the services that I need

When picking up was asked for a cell phone when told we didn't have one the gentleman (Daniel Klc is on contract) said he would do it this time but if we don't have one we will not be able to rent a truck again...Really!!?? We have doing business with UHaul for years and have never encountered this. If that is the case then we will go elsewhere. We do alot of DIY projects and need a van, pickup, moving truck, etc. another company, I'm sure, will value our business. The young man that checked it back in when returning was very nice and helpful, so we would like to give him Kudos.
