Lines were very long but it was Saturday at the end of the day. We had reserved a truck at a different location and they had given it away so Westerville came through and gave us one.

Everything with the exception of wait time was great. I preordered vehicle, filled out all info to expedite process in advance. Still excessive line in the middle of the day on a weekday. Waited 40 minutes to get just to front of line. Need to rent again in 2 weeks, will look at other locations. Sorry for poor review.

They did a good job installing my hitch, but took way too long. I was told it would be around a 2 hour job. It was over an hour before my car was put in the work bay, and then over 4 hors later before it was finished. If it is going to take 5+ hours to install a hitch, then tell me that so I can make the proper plans.

So I was told that I could drop off the equipment after hours. So I rented at 1645 and dropped it back off at 2120. So the next morning I assumed they do an inventory of their equipment. Makes sense to me make sure something wasn't stolen or dropped off. So when I got up the next morning I called to confirm that the equipment was returned in the system. When I called the first time the lady asked me to hold I said yes. After about 10 mins of being on hold a lady (not sure if it was the same person) asked how can I help you I said yes I rented a trailer there last night and was told I could drop it off after hours so I did I wanted to make sure you guys checked it back in. She said ok hold put me back on freaking hold for so long that I was rerouted back to the prompt which then sent me to a freaking call center. I didn't call a freaking call center I called the location because I needed to talk to a person to verify that the equipment that I dropped off was there. So needless to say the gentleman in the call center couldn't help me but to send a message to the location to call me. So I waited about 3 hours called back it routed me to a different location again all he could do is send them a message as well. So because I was at work till after they closed I had to send my wife over there to rip someone a new 1 bc the lady the first time I called at 11am couldn't take the 2 minutes to help me

I wasn’t really clear where to park my personal car while I had the truck. I was nearly blocked in by people returning after hours because they formed one line almost to the street. Then when I got back it wasn’t clear where to return if the first line was clearly full. Overall though very convenient and saved over $200 on delivery charges.

For starters return the deposits. I paid for 30 miles and only used 10 or 11. Which has not been returned to my account yet and it's been 16 days. On top of that the are charging me for a dolly I didn't use and blankets I didn't ask for. I called the manager and corporate and still no refund.

They have horrible customer service. This is the 2nd time I've used this location. First time was horrible experience but tried to give them the benefit of doubt and try one more time with them. Again horrible experience!!! I called after returning truck because my drop off was at night. I was told I was owed money from them. They then asked if I wanted to pick money up or if I wanted a check mailed. I specifically stated that I wanted to pick up the monies owed to me and that I absolutely did not want a check. I came in to pick up money owed and was informed that they mailed a check out to me. I explained i told rep. I spoke to that I absolutely did not want a check. On top of that they did not even verify my address or phone number. So they mailed the check to an address I have absolutely no access which I explained. Then was told I could not have check voided that they would call me when they got a return check. I then asked what number they had and of course the number was wrong as well so had I not checked that I would have never gotten a call and probably never recieved any monies owed to me at all. Horrible location. Horrible customer service. Will never rent from this location ever again.

No problems with equipment, rental office or staff - all very good and professional. Problem was with return after-hours - attempted to log into haul.com and process the return there. Could not log into website, tried resetting password, still no go. Gave up after 30 minutes and left trailer at location. Called 800 number, waited on hold for 20 more minutes - the person I spoke with was very helpful, but wanted to reset passwords. NOT EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE A SMARTPHONE APP or TRANSACTION! Seriously, I have rented trailers from uhaul for 30+ years - used to be a simple carbon-paper form to fill out and drop in the drop-off box. What was wrong with that? What happens for people that don’t have a smart-phone? I am an engineer and work with technology every day - but not all technology is an improvement. Keep it simple, and don’t waste people’s time with poorly thought-out web apps.

Didnt have the truck I reserved. Got a smaller truck, which meant more trips. Didnt get the appliance dolley I'd initially requested. Tank looked like it was on full, but found out hours later it wasnt... after needlessly dumping way more money into the tank than I needed to. The mobile check in didnt work, because they didnt have the truck I'd requested (and had even gone out of my way because no one the many closer locations seemed to have it for whatever reason). Because the mobile check in didnt work, our friends waited in 90+ degree heat at lir storage space while we waited on you to get your shit together. Seriously, give me one reason to U-haul again. Bet you cant.

I was finally called to the associate window who was not doing anything and when I gave my pre ordered can name, she was talking to other associates with allowing me to wait in mid transaction while she talked with them. As expected. Trailer was old and on it's last leg BUT it was functional and did the job. Regardless of the pre-checkin that was used, check-in still seemed to take far longer than needed with nearly ALL stuff I did at pre-check being covered again. Return was smooth. Fair enough.

First, the customer service rep was surly: She offered no greeting, did not say thank you at any point in our encounter. Also, she seemed put off that I did not know exactly how many miles I would be driving. I estimated a total of 60 miles. She told me that if it turned out to be fewer miles, that would adjust the mileage fee. Well, it turned out to be 42 miles. When we returned the truck we were tired & did not think to ask about the reduction in the rate, but she did not offer to tell us anything about a rate adjustment, so I don't know if there will be one on my charge card or not. I just do not understand why someone in a job dealing with people needs to be so surly and impolite. It was almost as if we were irritating her that she had to take her time to wait on us. On the other hand, I will say that the gentleman who checked us out outside when we returned the truck was pleasant and helpful. Please know that I almost never fill out comment sections, but I don't believe that her attitude and behavior were warrnted or necessary.

I had to wait almost 30 minutes while the staff member chatted with the customer prior about anything and everything. By the time she was available to help me, she sat at her computer for a few minutes before acknowledging me, did not apologize for the wait, and only said "do you have a reservation?" The staff was not overly friendly, but the vehicle was clean and perfect for our needs.

worst customer service ever. I had an out-of-town move due to a work relocation I got assigned to this location due to the truck I needed I show up at this location to pick up my rental equipment and my truck only for the staff member Andy to get an attitude that I was getting so much equipment rolled his eyes side and made a nasty comment. Then comes inside and makes another comment. The girl checking me out was training didn’t get a manager. I go to my residence to start moving I open the bag of furniture pads they’re dirty have dirt on them and they smell like mildew and mold. Very disappointed in the experience I had. I definitely need a refund on the equipment that I rented because it was apparently an inconvenience to rent anything and their staff need to have a training session on customer service

Crystal Dickinson U-Haul International Resolution Team - Manager on Duty Customer Service: (800)789-3638 Ext. 860186 Again. I will start by saying this location was good, no issues. However UHauls customer service made me never want to use UHaul again. The Manager listed above does NOT solve problems. Instead she makes a lot of promises that do not get fulfilled and is no where to be found when you follow up with her. She and Yvette Gonzales are two main reasons I will NEVER use UHaul services again.

I had the best moving experience. Nothing broken and the staff at the location was wonderful. I thought the 20 ft would be enough and it turned out I needed a 26 ft. The location was great getting me the new truck and taking the other one back. I would highly recommend U-Haul.

The line to pick up our U-Haul took a LONG time. There were about 6 parties ahead us in line, however, the line took about 45 minutes. There were 3 employees helping, so I'm unsure why the line took as long as it did. We also checked in online, entering both my husband's and my driver's license info. Upon check-in, we had a lengthy process to re-enter the information.

Thanks for helping me get a truck on such notice and making the return process simple! Only issue I saw was how chaotic everything seemed when I went to the pickup location. I got excited when the manager came over to help me at the desk until she couldn't focus on helping me for more than 20 seconds because everybody else needed help. That being said, it doesn't negate the fact that I got what I needed and everything else went very smoothly. I will be using this location again, so thank you guys.

I don't have any suggestions about the location. The only improvement I will suggest is the charge. You are over charging people for no reason. How can you explain that renting a truck for only 4 hours, You charge over 71 dollars. But when you call, they tell you 19.99 dollars. That is abusing people trust.

Alternate contact required before rental was unexpected and very inconvenient. Delayed me about half an hour trying to reach someone to use as an alternate when i was already at the location. Nowhere in the reservation process was I informed that this would be a requirement. Also, passenger mirror would not stay in place. Had to keep pulling over on the side of the highway to readjust it.

Martha Aldamen, who I primarily dealt with during both the pick-up and return of the rental van, was an absolute delight to interact with. She explained everything clearly with a cheerful and welcoming attitude, going over all the nuances of the contract. The equipment worked perfectly and the return was no hassle when I arrived back later in the day. One of the best experiences I've ever had with U-Haul. I plan to use this location again when I move away from OSU next year. Fantastic service from all employees! Thanks again Martha! -Zach Dean

I dont like the fact that I paid my storage and rent was good till January 21st 2019 and I moved my stuff out of storage on December 27th and was told I was out the cost of the unit. Why not prorate?

The agents were not customer service friendly I booked a pick up with no unit available..sent to another and still no unit available and still no call back to explain why. I drove 400 miles horrible

This experience was horrible. The fork lift broke the day I was supposed to move in, and I was on the phone for over 2 hours trying to manage this issue. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive.

We did not like that it cost extra to have 24 hour access to our unit. Even though I went in and closed my account, I was still sent an invoice and had to call to make sure it was taken care of.
