Expense. You should offer mileage tiers like pricing between 1-20 miles, 20-50, 50-100, and so on. .99 per mile is so expensive

The truck was dirty inside. Needs a good deep cleaning. The steering wheel was dirty and sticky. The back was pretty clean though. I reserved a furniture dolly online a week in advance and when I got there they were like oh no we dont have one of those. Tried the uhaul down the street nothing. So I had to use utility dolly not easy. What's the point of reservations online if you dont have it? They guy told me they never have them available.

Gas gauge stuck and ended up costing me almost 40$ extra. I was told it would be 77¢ a mile, then upon returning it I was charged 99¢ a mile. When I spoke to a manager hisonly reply was call cooperate, we can't help you here...

Check-in went pretty good, the representative drove the truck up and basically through me the keys. I started to walk around the vehicle to inspect for damages. When I opened the rear door I noticed that the dolly did not have a seal installed. When I mentioned it to the rep, he installed one. If I had not caught this would I have been charged for it's use, probably. When I picked up my wife she couldn't buckle the passenger side seat belt. The portion of the belt that is located at the seat had fallen behind the seat and we couldn't reach our hand in and get to it. This is a major safety concern and must be addressed. When I returned the truck I had to pull into the exit lane, trucks were backed up to the street. When I went inside there was one rep, a huge line and it felt like the air conditioning was broken.

Luke was wonderful. He went above and beyond to help me out. He even stopped on his way out of the parking lot after closing time and helped me get the trailer unhooked and pushed into the correct location for returned equipment. I highly recommend this uhaul location.

We are in a a mask mandate for my city. None of your workers were wearing masks. No one even acknowledged us for at least 10 minutes and they was only when we asked about checking in. I called your customer service number and was told a gm would call me but I doubt it. I think my local news station would love the pics of your workers not wearing masks and following the mandate. Also, if they don't care about public safety makes me wonder if the trucks are even being cleaned between customers.

The online service I would not recommend. I booked for one location, never received a call about it, only because I called found out I was picking up at a different location. Then the online pickup would not work because of the change uhaul made regarding pick up.

I think Uhaul needs to allow their employees more room when it comes to dealing with irate customers. The customers I saw them deal with were rude yet they handled it EXCELLENT with poise, dignity and grace. They definitely went above and beyond what I've seen others do....If there was anything to change it would be 24hour access extra charge being told up front.

This is a busy location, so there is a wait to speak to someone in person when you get there. They are all very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend the staff at this location. Additionally, the storage is very convenient, and the online check in process is easy, quick, and has 24 hour access.

I waited more than 30 minutes on the phone before I was able to make the reservation. Completed the Ireservation and received a confirmation number. Arrived the next day to pick up the trailer and stood in line for another 20+ minutes. Finally got to the counter and after about 10 to 15 minutes was told the item was not available and would have to complete the whole process over with the correct item identification number instead of just being able to put the new number on the record. To make matters worse, was then told that if I had “paid” for it (completed the pay information) when I made the reservation, I could have just driven in and they would have hooked up the trailer and I would have been on my way. If there was someone else to rent from, I probably would.

I was very disappointed with the trailer, it made for a stressful haul. The trailer would vibrate violently and made it hard to relax, the wheels were way out of balance and the brakes would pull the trailer. Also one of the latches would not stay latched and at one point only one wheel was holding the car on. Was NOT worth the 650 dollar rental fee.

The pickup was smooth and easy. The drop off was a little rough. The gentlemen that were there were less than pleasant when I dropped the vehicle off. I had to chase them to get the drop off completed even though one of them saw me when I got there

When I got my stuff it had mold and fungus all over it!! I lost most of my furniture!! Also other people experienced the same thing!! I paid for climate control, the worst!! It only been almost 3 months there!! I will not refer anyone here! I should get my money back!!!

My problem is I returned my equipment within the agreed-upon time. Ask the gentleman who took my equipment if was anything I needed to do he said no so we drove off. my problem is they didn't check the equipment in until the next day so on the receipt they tried to overcharge me for a late fee I had to call the 1-800 number and have them pull the security tapes of the facility to prove that I was there before my contract was expired. So if I didn't catch it y'all would overcharged me! I have a huge problem with this. I asked customer service when I called a complaint she said this happens all the time. It's a rip off I will never use U-Haul again just because of this

I had reserved a storage unit of 10x15x9 in advance and was not notified unit was no longer available. What good is a reservation? When I asked the CSR at Jacksonville location. He couldn't answer. I had to rent a larger unit that was more money. I think I shouldn't have been charged more since they didn't have the unit I reserved available. Never got I'm sorry or any discount for not getting what I reserved. Almost our entire Uhaul experience was not good. You are on hold for 15 plus minutes to get help from customer service. I tried calling several times for assistance. You get the feeling no one cares at Uhaul. Don't know if I will use them again. O

I was charged 60 for equipment not returned. It was 5:15 and the two men inside saw me put the equipment next to the door. They did loudly say we are closed. I had no instructions as to where to leave the equipment if I returned it after hours. I got there a little after 9 am and the young man was complaining about what a tough day it was going to be. Gave me the keys, said where the truck was and that was it. A very poor experience campared to doing business with other locations.

I'm not sure what happened but at the night of my drop off after hours both the website and app were down and i kept getting logged out, customer service was incredibly frustrating and not helpful. It was too much back and forth. Too much of a headache. I was never informed of an after hours return fee. Just a big headache all together

The GM Allen Williams was uncooperative, combative, and deceitful when it came to addressing an issue with the rental going over the scheduled return date. It was an already extended reservation and yet no call or contact was made to me to inform me of my payment method allegedly declining. Allen was arguing back and forth without trying to assist, he looked tiresome and agitated possibly high on something. Definitely recommend you take a further look at the GM you have running this location.

To actually pull into the parking lot was a mess as soon as you turn in that’s where they clean and rent out trucks so someone was always blocking the way the lights in the unit only stay on for a very short period of time about 2 minutes I’m so happy I have my belongings out of this place. So I don’t have to ever deal with that location again.
