My problem was my second run the truck wouldn't start we call them they have us call aa.people to fix the problem my son came gave it a jump because we were in thee alley with my furniture made me late by the time we made storage wad close had to keep truck tlk with supervisor she made it like the truck never stop on people but it did on me say she call bck never heard anything i think i should been compensated for something not good at all

This location needs help with more employees. The only person at the counter was the manager. She was amazing! A few customers came in mad cause of the line but she handled it very well. As a manager myself she did a great job on how busy she was and how understaffed it was.

We showed up at 10:30 AM to pick up our truck at the specified and booked location. No one was there, no one answered the phone and there was no room to leave a voicemail. I called U-Haul and was on hold and transferred to several different people for 35 minutes. Ended up going to a different location where there was one person working in a line of 15 people and they were not concerned with any of the troubles we had had prior to getting there. The company associated with our initial booking should be removed from your database. It was a terrible experience with no one being there and four people staring at me with nothing to do because we had no truck. Then, we accidentally put too much gas in and was told sorry no refunds. When we got the truck it had a quarter tank of gas which meant we had to put in gas before we could even start our day. Wow! One of the worst experiences ever!

I spoke to someone 3hours before my 2:00 turn in time to ask for more time. She said yes its ok cuz I have 24hrs to return truck. When I go return the truck @5:45 pm they said I was being charhed a whole other day. Ridiculous and I will be notifying folks of this behavior if I am not reimburse for you all mistake??

All was well until i came to drop of the truck.. I literally stood outside for a hour because no body was in the store.. business hours say 7-7.. i arruved around 3pm.. n because know one was there i sat around n waited a hour.. myself n about 6 more other customers.. There was even 3 customers that came n left because of that.. unbelievable

I had to wait 3 hours in the store with only 2 people in line. The store only had 1 person working on a very busy day. I reserved a trailer that the store did not even have and ended up being charged twice as much for what I was originally quoted. I would like to be refunded for the extra day as I didn’t go over and would also like to be refunded on being charged double for a trailer I didn’t even reserve. Please look into this for me.

Hello, Can someone look into my extra charges on the truck? I was told I would not be charged for any extra days. The truck had oil all over the floor and gasoline on the floor of the storage area. I also had to wait 3 hours at this store location to get service with only 2 people in line. I request that I be refunded for the extra days at the least. Thank you.

1. Learn a thing or two from car rental companies. We should not have to wait in line for more than half an hour just to be waited on. Your employee was very good, very professional, very understanding. Understaffing is not her fault, it is the company's fault. 2. It is utterly absurd to tell a customer they have to return a truck with a quarter tank of gas, and then have to donate anything above that. That might work on a tank that's, say, 3/4 full, but not a quarter of a tank, because that means you have to keep stopping to add a little more gas at a time just to keep it from going over a quarter tank and having to donate gas to U-Haul. This is a goofy thing and it, alone, is why I won't be using U-Haul again.

Service clerk Aiesha Carey is untrained to do role. She had to get help Friday from coworker to complete pickup. She was also only clerk working at drop off and had to call coworker on phone to give customer before me a simple refund. Nice gal needs training.
