I didnt catch the name of the young man who helped us but he was top notch. We had to transfer a storage unit and he was helpful and knew how to do all the paperwork confidently. The whole process took maybe 15 minutes and it was so much easier than we expected. You have a very good employee on your staff and should be proud that he represents you so well.

Every time you call this location you're going to be on hold minimum 15-20 times every single time. And that website app that you're supposed to turn the equipment in after closing time would not work. It wouldn't verify my location and I was staying in front of the front door. Very frustrating

I was pessimistic after reading some of the bad reviews. But i had a very good experience with leasing a truck. Staff was cureteous and helpful. Check in and was easy, only waited in line 6 min. I thought returning the truck would be a hassle but they had a person with hand held device doing the checkout outside. 5 minutes after I parked the truck I was checked out. I did take precautions after reading previous reviews. I took pictures of the gas and mileage before I left and when I brought it back. I took pictures of any marks or damage all over the truck when I picked it up. I didn't need the dolly and moving blankets so I asked they be removed and took picture of employee walking away from the truck with it. Luckily no problems, but I was prepared just in case.

Bait and switch tactics lead to a terrible customer experience. If the truck is advertised for $19.99/day with a limit on miles, let the customer know that. Changing the daily rate to $89.99 AND charging for the additional miles makes it so I will never use your business again.

Our experience started horrible. We rented with a location on Main Street in Fort Worth. They never called us to tell us a truck was NOT available then they found us a place way further. Which increased our mileage, although they did discount some on our Killabee our experience was horrible. Once we got to Alta mere they were nice but I hated they didn't know our experience before we arrived. No one took responsibility for the reservation and the errors. It was such an inconvenience. We will never use uhaul again.

John the manager was rude and stated when I should return the truck because average people get it done in 6hours. I found it rude due to the fact i dont get a discount or is it cheaper to bring it back in a hurry plus John did not know my situation to tell me about what average time I had. I am a 60 year old moving myself without help. John also put my bill and receipt in a different name even though I stated plenty of times that was not me. He rolled his eyes and said well that is what the number is attached to and I said ok well my Driver's license wont match.

Have your service people double check The invoice, I paid for a dolly and upon opening the back (no dolly) I called the service center to inform them no dolly was placed in the back, they assured me it would be removed from my bill but upon getting my bill the dolly was still charged to my credit card. Have your staff not insult your customer's intelligence and integrity by making untrue statements about Uhaul's "policies" of having moving blankets folded or being charged a $25 "refolding fee" being "expressly stated" inside the equipment when in fact it is nowhere stated and would not even be implied under the "return equipment clean" sticker. The particular staff member at that location was rude and clearly not well versed in customer relations. Moreover, I had to take time to fold 12 blankets that only cost me $20 to rent to avoid paying the $25 fee that was nowhere referenced in my contract nor in my equipment. And, it strikes me as a bit curious as to whether Uhaul is actually sanitizing those blankets after each customer's use and if so, how can you consciously charge a customer a fee when you are going to unfurrow the blankets yourself in order to adequately sanitize them. That policy seems a bit shady to me and not commensurate with my experience with Uhaul in the past, especially at that location. That young man needs some better training and Uhaul needs better communication of its policies in order to avoid such matters in the future. I do not believe Uhaul wants to engage in defending ambiguity in its policies in this day and age. Finally, I like Uhaul and have been a customer since the early 1990's myself and well into the late 1970's with other family members but this type of customer treatment will make me drive the extra few miles to your competition if this happens again.

So very helpful! I returned my truck about an hour before closing time, mentioned that my wallet had disappeared and I couldn't find it anywhere. About 30 minutes later they called to tell me they had found the wallet, which had somehow wedged inside the fold of the windshield sunscreen. We'll definitely use this location again.

Eatman helped me after being chided By a woman about not having a mask on. My family has a medical exemption and they were not honoring it. However, after explaining the law to Eatman, and offering to step outside to do the transaction, he kindly offered to help. Please update your staff on the laws. People with medical conditions aren’t required to wear a mask. You also shouldn’t have every employee asking a customer about a mask. It becomes bullying at that point. But you have a great employee in Eatman. He was Professional and calm and had a great personality through the process. Thumbs up to him!

Big help in relocation of My daughter family. As a learning experience for myself I now know to take pictures of starting fuel and odometer gauges because on more than one occasion what the office thought was the starting fuel was wrong. I paid 16$ Refueling yesterday for a 5 mile trip. Was so happy to be done with the move that I didn’t dispute. Rating would be Excellent if not for that.

I used the online after hours support to return the trailer. The online portal to return the trailer repeatedly malfunctioned preventing me to reach an expected "completion" page leaving me to believe that I had not completed the return process. Nevertheless, I left the trailer at the designated drop-off location at the U-Haul facility and planned to return to the facility the next morning to complete the return. A few hours later I received an email from U-Haul confirming the return. Summary: Please check the online return software as it appears to be broken.

The phone service to contact someone from this U-Haul facility never worked well. I had a hard time contacting anyone to ask questions or reply to voice messages left on my phone. I also had someone hang up on me and never call me back, even though I tried to call back again. The storage unit was okay but it was dingy and the whole facility just needs some upkeep.
