The rear door on the truck would not close. this location was sold out. So I had to wait 40 minutes for the guy inside to finish with other customers, and then remove a black rubber form piece to get the door to close. The truck was not clean cigarettes ashes inside the cup holder, and the truck smelled like smoke. What a waste of time.ANTHONY M.

The staff was friendly. The truck, however, was fully of dirt and mud. I had to clean it out first before putting any of our things in otherwise everything would have gotten dirty. When I dropped the truck off I waited as instructed for someone to come out but no one did, so I had to go in. It wasn't a big deal but then don't have a sign that says "wait here for someone to come out if they're not going to".Stephen Z.

I have no issues with the pick-up location. My issue is with U-Haul in general. Very disappointed. I reserved a truck six (6) days before I needed it and my reservation was canceled the day before due to lack of inventory---the day before!MAUREEN S.

Make sure the customer who rents the equipment prior to someone else's reservation returns that equipment on time. I was scheduled to get the truck and trailer at 11am and didn't get it until 3pm. That made a HUGE difference in my plans; not to mention I lived 45 mins from this particular U-Haul and there were no trucks at any closer locations though there were several locations closer to my home.carliann C.

I reserved a 10 foot truck and when I arrived to pick up my rental they informed me that they did not have a truck for me and after going to 3 other locations I had to rent a larger truck then needed costing me more money than planned and lost 2 hours of moving time. Given the growing epidemic, I would have appreciated seeing staff take precautions as recommended the CDC. None of the staff working on pickup or return were wearing a mask. There was no indication of the truck had been cleaned/sanitized from the prior use.ALVA R.

My wife and I are so pleased with the service we received. Two young men loaded what filled the back of a 20 foot truck from our house. Moved it to my father-in-law's house. Moved furniture out of his house, unloaded the contents of the truck into that house and then moved the furniture from that house back to ours. They moved many antique pieces included several marble-top piece. They were extremely organized, polite and respectful of our belongings. I am so glad we went with this business.John B.

My truck was dirty. I had to clean it before we could load. Upon unloading, we discovered that the truck leaked. I had rained for 2 days and my beds were destroyed and most item on truck needed cleaned.JOCELYN W.
The first truck that we got had ROACHES crawling all over the truck! it was evident that the truck had not been cleaned and disinfected. I sprayed the truck with Lysol before getting in it and the back of the truck before loading my items. I went and brought roach spray but was afraid to put anything in the truck. I called customer service and was advised to return the truck for a replacement. the manager did so graciously and was very accommodating . I just feel that in these times more than ever they can not skip the cleaning process.Yolanda K.

First of all, these trucks should be cleaned n disinfected, specially, at a time of a global pandemic. That truck was gross, there was ashes all over the astray area. We found a left over Marijuana cigarette in the back of the truck. The mirrors were not working. In the .idle of the traffic, I had to unbundled myself to fix the mirror because driver couldn't see the traffic. The truck had an awful noise that we were afraid that we weren't going to make it. A horrible experience!! The lDy you guys have in the office was not wearing a mask in such an opened area, totally unsafe!!Marsha B.
