I took photos of the odometer and fuel level when I received the rental. When I returned the rental I also took pictures to show the exact amount of miles used. There was a difference in the amount of miles on e original contract amd the photo I took after receiving the e rental. I provided the customer representative with all the documentation amd yet the charge me for miles based on to e wrong odometer reading. I currently disputing the charge with me bank. I am very disappointed with Uhaul service

I didn't like that on my paperwork they had down less miles then what the Van actually had. Even though it was off by 1 mile each one counts.

My movers couldn't locate my property from the 1st of may to the 7th. All agents transfer u back and forth and take no responsibility. The location where my thing were kept saying he didn't have my ubox and it was there the whole time. When it was found, my movers couldn't pick it up 4x because the location was short of staff and no one had a fork lift licensed. It took until the 9th on Mother's Day for the mover to still drop off because he had no movers on Mother's Day. Uhaul said they would give me my money back if I didn't use the load service and now they are saying that I have to get my money back from the movers and the mover are saying I have to get my money back from uhaul. A back and forth problem with nothing to get done. Uhaul promises a 50 charge for everyday the customer was unable to receive property and the location has to approve the refund. Bill shit. He only refunded me 50$. Worst experience ever and I would tell everyone I get at chance to never deal with uhaul.

I got the run around straight from the beginning, I checked with my location a day prior to my rental and they still messed up and cost me valuable time. Feel free to call me because I would need an hour to tell you how badly your service was. 302-229-0150. I will never rent from uhaul again.

the first reservation I had I had to pick up the truck and transport at different locations and so when I called UHaul to make it more accessible to me, I then had to drive 25 miles out of my way to pick up both the truck and transport together. Then they had the drop off location back in Easton MD when I was taking the truck to PA as a one-way rental. Think of the customer first and put their needs first

I ve been to the location three times. The location is always understaffed, one person with multiple rentals scheduled at the same time. I wait three time as long to pick the rental up as I did to pre-register. The employees were good and helpful. Do you understaffed all locations or just the ones in poor neighborhoods? S

My experience with my 1000 miles move was excellent with U-haul Ubox. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. When my Ubox's arrived and were picked up, both female drivers were extremely friendly and did a fantastic job. I will recommend.

I wouldn't recommend Uhaul at all. I showed up for the Appointment that I booked and paid for online. There was no truck they wanted to send me 45 minutes away for a different truck. No one ever bothered to call me to tell me a truck would not be available or to make alternate arrangements. They made me call customer service where I held on for 10 minutes with no answer. He finally found a truck for me to use. I went to that location and had to wait in a line of 7 people. Luckily while in line I filled out your online form. Your online form also didn't work as well as it should and someone had to call me. We ended up giving you three separate phone numbers just to rent the truck. I finally got the keys and no one ever gave me the furniture covers I ordered. To say the over all experience was the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered is an understatement. I will never use Uhaul again.

Considering this was the third location I had to go to, and was 2,5 miles in the opposite direction, in order to pick up my truck, I was not happy with the location. What you can do to improve for the next customer is have the vehicle in the originally specified location so they don't have to run all over the city to find a truck. Moving is stressful enough with the added issue of not knowing whether or not your moving truck is going to be available.

CLEAN THE VEHICLE in light of COVID. There was spilled chinese food in the front drivers cabin. I wiped the steering wheel with a Lysol wipe and it was FILTHY. Looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for several rentals. The check-in process was fast and easy.

My experience was fine, I had no problems what so ever.. the truck was clean, the guys were polite and nice both on pick up and return.. the price wasn't that bad either but the price per mile could have been a little cheaper.. as far as recommending this uhaul location to others, they've scored a 10.. with 1 being on the low side and 10 being on the high side. Thank you Uhaul ** Suggestion : you should give discount cards to customers and everytime they rent a uhaul, stamp the circle and when the customer gets to like 10 rentals they get a discount on their bill.

The windshield had a large crack and the passenger side door handle was broken off so the door did not shut properly.

I booked a truck in advance being though I was on a time schedule went to pick up was given key & told to match with truck got in the truck big crack in windshield passenger arm rest on door was broke there was service lights on the dash the latch on the back was rusted / jammed then I drop it off a hour later only to lock the key in & the store manager tell me they have no spare key while trying to resolve this issue the manager rudely walk off on me 3 time not trying to hear what I was saying then was ask to stay & wait for the lock smith to unlock it 40$ plus 4$ a gallon of gas cause the truck was still on worst experience with a manager period!!!!!!!!!!

The customer service agents were extremely friendly and helpful. The process itself by u-haul made it confusing and stressful. I had received a text message saying that my box was scheduled for 1/30-2/12 in Maryland. I wanted my box shipped to California which made me think it would not be getting to the final destination. I was not told I would need to further schedule delivery from the location that it was shipped to, to the final U-haul destination. I had called multiple times to ensure that it would make it to the final destination at the proper time. Even though I had originally stated where it should be delivered and on what day when making the reservation.

Know where the van is actually located before you send a customer to grab it - I was sent to an ice-covered lot next door to trudge through it to look for a vehicle that ended up being parked in the actual UHaul lot. On top of that, the van was obviously not cleaned well between uses and the equipment I had requested was not inside.

Reserved the rental Uhual for 24hrs, was told to bring the truck back in 17 instead. Minimum mileage to put down on the contract is 10, I used 2 and was charged 7 miles.

I occurred more debt having to keep vehicle a second day due to storage not being cleaned out had to wait for worker in the rain until he was able to get things open... didnt get tarp I request. Most of my thing were wet k had to purchase boxes twice and move my things in alone because the movers wont move wet things into storage because the didnt want the liability of my things if damaged...smh this is awful.

I ended up cancelling the unit rental, but the staff was very professional on the telephone. They helped me locate the drop off spot for the truck I rented that was not printed on the receipt.

Order # 21072822. Charged an extra 181,44 $ for no reason. I already paid 1 316 $for two Uboxes. The Wilmington store charged me extra 1 month storage and it took them 15 days to get my UBoxes.
