Had rat stuff all over my stuff they chewed my bed up Nd clothes so no I will never use y’all again

I occurred more debt having to keep vehicle a second day due to storage not being cleaned out had to wait for worker in the rain until he was able to get things open... didnt get tarp I request. Most of my thing were wet k had to purchase boxes twice and move my things in alone because the movers wont move wet things into storage because the didnt want the liability of my things if damaged...smh this is awful.
Wilmington uhaul storage was terrible, the worst service I’ve experienced

Had mouse droppings and they put holes in my furniture
I had a storage rental with this area storage for the past 5 months or so. The ceiling came down on top of my things, water absolutely destroyed all of my furniture!Showed proof & still no reimburseme
I have an issue with a refund. O paid thru Sept 20. However, I checked out of unit on Sept 7. I still had 13 days left. I was told I would NOT get a refund for what I had paid.
Location is good, staff were friendly and good. Storage area and hallways were extremely dirty. Parking lot had construction and debris. I guess this is what you get. It works but not great.
Evidence of lots of rodents (mice).
Overcharged account; U-Box was left at my home for nearly two weeks and called repeatedly to have it removed.
Alicia and Regina Hicks are phenomenal!!! Outside of these ladies Governor Printz location is HORRIBLE!!! I took my things out of storage there because everything was covered in mice and rat feces!!!

Regina Hicks, Brittany and Jay were very very helpful. I plan on using your services again in the very near future sine everything went so smoothly.
I called them many times and often was given inaccurate information. Someone scheduled a pickup without telling me which I had to correct, then they didn't pick it up on time and I had to call again.
Rats destroyed everything.....
Found mouse poop on my storage containers the found a dead mouse that crawled in my mattress plastic

Yes you should let people know of the rodents and also communication is the key when working together because the staff look as they don't communicate with each other and that's a problem for customer
I chose average because the location is not in a safe part of the city. Deja(?) or whoever the girl that moved my u-box out so I could unpack it was extremely helpful and friendly.
I ended up cancelling the unit rental, but the staff was very professional on the telephone. They helped me locate the drop off spot for the truck I rented that was not printed on the receipt.
I had three pods which had to be picked up separately so yes that meant three trips back and forth to the UHaul warehouse which was a 30 minute trip one way from my home. The Kane Family movers worst
The staff was great and helpful. The grounds and facilities were not clean. Parking is a challenge,, especially on weekends. There was clear evidence of rodent infestation in our unit.
Staff was very user friendly. They went out of there way to help with getting pods ready. A pod was ready for me each time I returned. Outstanding group of employees. The lot was very cluttered.
The answer i gave is because rodents and feces were all in my belongings they ate though my boxes as well as ate up some of my clothing laid baby's very dissatisfied with the up keeping of your facili

While I did not visit the facility, as our U-box was delivered to us by U-Haul, I can say that everything arrived safe and sound and it was obvious that the box had been handled properly in transit.
It was a good experience using U-haul.
Only problem was when I emptied the unit. 4 call to get it closed
Poor communication about my UBox. No one contacted me, and when I called, I was transferred 5 times. The box just showed up without a call first. Pick-up scheduled Sun happened Thurs. I called 3 times
Order # 21072822. Charged an extra $181.44 for no reason. I already paid $1316 for two Uboxes. The Wilmington store charged me extra 1 month storage and it took them 15 days to get my UBoxes.
Ms. April went out of the way to help us in unlocking the box (the lock was damaged). Drivers were very courteous and friendly. Kudos to the excellent customer service!
