My vehicle had a low tire pressure indicator When I first got in it. I was told this was due to the fact that the spare was missing from the vehicle. That in and of itself was problematic. But I took the vehicle and proceeded to travel to NYC ~200 miles. During the trip the van felt sluggish around curves. Upon arriving in NY the left passenger tire was drastically under inflated. It was at 15 PSI. It should have been at 85. I stopped three times in the way home to fill up the tire. In addition when I arrived the lot was full and there were no visible staff members. I waited inside for 20 minutes to be seen and was told to go back outside. Again no staff member was visible. I waited 15 minutes and eventually left. I received a call 2.5 hours after leaving when the vehicle was checked in. The location is very understaffed. Inside and outside staffing was very inadequate. I was disappointed and surprised. Warn customers that their cars are going to be blocked in so that they can park somewhere else and not have to sleep in their truck in some sketchy Worcester neighborhood. Also, tell the 1-800 number that maybe they should actually care when the customer complains about this and asks for a discount... or just tell the customer to call Penske.

Waited in line for an hour and 15 minutes to pick up the keys for my reservation only for the place I was going to pick up furniture to be closed when I got there and was unable to use the rental truck that I paid for. There was only one employee working the entire store.

Very understaffed. Most of the time It is only one person behind the counter. Parking for customers at this place is very limited and the place is very congested. The middle of the office is filled with cardboard boxes and customers have to stand in line around the boxes which looks very disorganized.

Worst moving experience of my life. There was a lime out rhe door when I came on time to get my truck. When I got to the counter the card reader wasn't working and we didn't have cash. We then went to get cash but did not have a green card or passport to leave. After the two hour wait I no longer had movers as I missed my moving window. The staff were rude unhelpful and when I tried to explain get help one employee screamed threatened to have me kicked out. I will never ever go back to this place it was under staffed logistical nightmare. I will also tell everyone I know to never go there.

Why am I charged 43 dollars to USE 2 Lil dollys for two days... absolutely disgusting. I couldve bought two of those somewhere else for less than that . And 30 Dollars for some moving mats that I returned (one of the two packs were completely in opened (so I'm sure got re sold!) . I'm disgusted that I got charged 30$ for furniture recyclable padding(trash) (that I returned)and 42$ for dollys ( when it is advertised as 7$ each.. I hade everything for a total of 2 days , how am I charged 42$ for something that is 7$ and I had for two days. Makes no sense.

We were not aware that we would need to take Multiple steps to do contactless Pickup. The site was poor, slow and confusing. I called the confirm and even spoke to a manager the day prior to pickup and we were not informed of all the steps we needed to do. Just were told We would be all set for 7 am pickup. There was a manager at the site at 7 am and multiple employees but since they did not open until 9 am technically, they would not assist us and multiple other customers with getting Our key from the lock box. It was a very poor experience and we waited there for an hour. we will never use uhaul again and will not recommend to anyone.

I would still recommend. The app and site didn't work when returning after hours. There was leftover stuff from whomever used the truck before in the back. The rear inner right back tire was flat and once the truck was loaded, that became an issue.

It was great until I went back to my unit to find the key had been tampered with and the door had apparently been altered so that I couldn’t lock it once I opened it. I needed up leaving for that reason.

The Belmont Street, Worcester site has consistently refused to serve me. I am disabled and walk with a cane, and I had to rely on my husband to reserve a large unit for our temporary storage purposes. When we visited this week to close out the unit, we were refused an inspection of the unit and a receipt for the closeout even though the home said we could have these, and even though we were paid up. There were no other customers in the store or on site when we were there, and there were two employees on the clock and available who were not busy - one was simply organizing a stack of boxes. But both refused - repeatedly - to walk across the street to our unit with us to inspect the unit so that we could remove our lock without worry of unauthorized use. We also were refused a receipt for closeout, and told we had to return in 4 hours when the storage facility clerk would be in. This site was great on customer service for years, but this year, the service under new management has been extremely poor. I have observed that customers who complain or speak up at the site are yelled at and refused service by the clerks. There is no excuse.
