It was not disclosed that there was an issue with the air pressure light on the dashboard and right head light was not working making the driving of the vehicle unsafe at night. Contacted manager of the office to report the condition of the vehicle and I was promise a call back which I never received. Corporate was very attentive to my complain and heard my discontent with the way this situation was being handle as I was given 7 dollars off the price when due to the condition of the vehicle, I was not able to complete my moving.MANUEL C.

There was an item in The back of the truck (left over from previous renter). At drop off I took a photo of my mileage and when I received the bill a tenth of a mile was added. They must of done this to the previous renter as the mileage was off by 1/10th when I picked the truck up. All previous damage to vehicle was not updated in the app.Kimberly L.

I wanted an experience that I did not have to interact with another human being and would have the vehicle ready for me when I arrived, no van was waiting outside like my last rental and because your app will not let pictures to be taken I had to go into the facility and wait in line and deal with a worker that looked and acted bored though friendly. I was not happy she used her own phone to take a picture of my license to put it into your systems, as she now has all my info on her phone. I had a 5:30pm drop off time but returned the van at 3:30pm and was told by a uhaul worker that I could leave the keys in the van and they would email me a receipt, by 9pm I still had not received a receipt and in the app now said I had until 10:45am the next morning to return the truck. This was concerning to me so I called the number listed as the locations number and talked to someone very helpful somewhere else, they took down all my info and tried contacting the correct location but was unable to connect with them at that time. It was not until 10:33am that I received an email that the van had been checked back in. This experience has definitely hindered my liking of UhaulFAITH R.

I returned to the location and dropped the keys off with the attendant. They did not wish to look over the truck condition with me and told I was all set. Two days later I was charged an extra 164,83 $. This was due to going over the mileage, which would account for 49,16 $. The remaining charge was U-Haul claiming I failed to fill the gas tank to the level I received it, which was completely false, and returning it a day late. I even sent U-Haul bank statements showing I had purchased gas minutes before returning the truck at a gas station 1,6 miles away from the location. While trying to resolve this issue with U-Haul, I have now spoken with 4 representatives who all claim I will get call backs and none due, including a call back from the Worcester location General Manager. For such a large business, I cannot believe they would try to scam 115 $from a customer.CHRISTOPHER A.

Excellent experience. In and out in very little time and returned while they were closed. Very convenient. My only complaint would be the process of returning it and the app requesting you take multiple pictures of mileage and gas gage and cleanliness of vehicle. Fortunately did it prior to dropping keys into lockbox. But otherwise very good experience.JOHN M.
everything was great in terms of the rental. however customer service was quite lacking. employees were nice, but seemed as though the customers were the least of the priorities. having many side conversations and kept interrupting our transaction. felt like it took way longer than it needed to for this reason.Lauren D.
The only bad part about this was having to wait almost an hour in line to pick up the equipment. Also there really isn't a whole lot of parking. You would think that for how much business they do that it would have a better location. Also only one person working the window, but it has been that way for years.Michael G.
If you encourage people to use your online system where you don't have to go into the store so you can save time then please have it work properly. I tried doing the online system but the truck wasn't there and the keys weren't in the key box and instead of saving time I ended up spending more time and was very very behind on my move. I called customer service because they also charged me twice once for the online service that I did not use and then another one when I went inside. They wouldn't refund my money right away because it's a three to five business day hold. They take your money in 15 seconds but you have to wait 5 days to get it back. When waiting in line to talk to someone the person behind the desk had no sense of urgency seeing that there was about 10 people in line. Customer service is horrible here though I must say the girl behind the desk was super nice when I got there. What's that to say is that this is not the first time this happens. But if this will probably be the last for me I am done using U-Haul for moves.JORDY R.

You double billed on the charges when truck was returned staff disappeared yard guy went off to do something else person behind counter was on cell phone and couldn't be bothered to come check in the truck told me all set dont worry about it claimed truck was returned with less fuel then sent out with which is a lie tried to call location multiple times and am told there is a 15 wait time very unhappy and not impressed with customer service have been a long term customer of this location but not impressed with this experience and will be sure to post poor reviews and let everyone I know the bad experience I hadPAUL H.

When I had picked up my truck the guy was great but i had left two sofa cushions and a bottom to my kitchen table i called the same night i dropped it off the lady sent the message to make sure nothing got thrown out the next morning i called again to male sure the guy sent a message to the uhaul not to throw my stuff out i got there the lady told me oh i dont know and kept shrugging her shoulders then the man that cleaned the truck said he didnt find anything the lady called her manager and had nothing to say but i dont know so i took it upon myself to check there dumpster and sure enough my stuff was thrown out my husband then walked in to let her know that how they handle the situation was so unprofessional and she wanted to call the cops so i went in and she was so rude i asked her to call her boss and oh she couldnt now so i asked for the number i called the managerCindy G.

My vehicle had a low tire pressure indicator When I first got in it. I was told this was due to the fact that the spare was missing from the vehicle. That in and of itself was problematic. But I took the vehicle and proceeded to travel to NYC ~200 miles. During the trip the van felt sluggish around curves. Upon arriving in NY the left passenger tire was drastically under inflated. It was at 15 PSI. It should have been at 85. I stopped three times in the way home to fill up the tire. In addition when I arrived the lot was full and there were no visible staff members. I waited inside for 20 minutes to be seen and was told to go back outside. Again no staff member was visible. I waited 15 minutes and eventually left. I received a call 2,5 hours after leaving when the vehicle was checked in. The location is very understaffed. Inside and outside staffing was very inadequate. I was disappointed and surprised. Very understaffed. Most of the time It is only one person behind the counter. Parking for customers at this place is very limited and the place is very congested. The middle of the office is filled with cardboard boxes and customers have to stand in line around the boxes which looks very disorganized.Vittal P.

Worst moving experience of my life. There was a lime out rhe door when I came on time to get my truck. When I got to the counter the card reader wasn't working and we didn't have cash. We then went to get cash but did not have a green card or passport to leave. After the two hour wait I no longer had movers as I missed my moving window. The staff were rude unhelpful and when I tried to explain get help one employee screamed threatened to have me kicked out. The Belmont Street, Worcester site has consistently refused to serve me. I am disabled and walk with a cane, and I had to rely on my husband to reserve a large unit for our temporary storage purposes. When we visited this week to close out the unit, we were refused an inspection of the unit and a receipt for the closeout even though the home said we could have these, and even though we were paid up. There were no other customers in the store or on site when we were there, and there were two employees on the clock and available who were not busy - one was simply organizing a stack of boxes. But both refused - repeatedly - to walk across the street to our unit with us to inspect the unit so that we could remove our lock without worry of unauthorized use. We also were refused a receipt for closeout, and told we had to return in 4 hours when the storage facility clerk would be in. This site was great on customer service for years, but this year, the service under new management has been extremely poor. I have observed that customers who complain or speak up at the site are yelled at and refused service by the clerks. There is no excuse.Johanna L. | Expérience générale
