Over all Since I got my uhaul has been a inconvenience for my move to Mass from Maryland everything started to come together once I met Nicole and Gandy at the uhaul office in Salisbury MD then the drive was shifty because something was wrong with the steering wheel and the front end sub. OverAll my experience was horrible but I am patient when it comes to customer service and The uhaul office in Worcester MA went above and beyond for me and I great whole heartedly appreciate it.

The service rep (Irvin?) called around to try and pull a large truck in before they closed, but no luck. However, the service rep was able to work with me to come up with a solution with a 15' truck and a trailer. Made the move more difficult for me with the trailer, but appreciate the flexibility of the service rep

paul Q.As a business customer, we receive no discounts from retail sales, example...if I buy 3 bundles of small boxes online as part of my corporate pricing, I pay 1,35 each, no discount. if I buy them at the store, I get bulk discount 1,04 each. .most times I can rent a truck from the store and get a better overall rate as our travel is 10-15 miles. So corporate pricing doesn't really offer savings.

I'm tired of being 1 day away from my rental and getting a call from UHaul telling me my equipment isn't available or I have to go to a different location to pick it up! To rub salt in the wound... this time the agent put me into a larger trailer that was available and told me UHaul would "split the difference" in price. I went online and it turned out I could have made an entirely new reservation and gotten that equipment cheaper than what he was charging me. Finally, I got to the Uhaul location where I was supposed to pick up this larger trailer for more money, and it wasn't available. The local agent was kind enough to find me my originally requested size only 30 minutes away. BUT THEN I looked at my contract and the price was nearly double what I had originally contracted that size equipment for. GET IT TOGETHER please!

JOse S.The workers were all pleasant and nice to deal with, and this in theory is the best local location for uhaul for the large inventory. the truck was all of the road due to poor maintenaced truck. a check engine light on this truck was on which did not insure myself we were getting the best fuel mileage. When we got to our location and opened the box the truck had one cockroach in it and a lot of debris. We swept out the truck for them. When we were finished i had to wait on hold with uhaul rep late at night after our move to drop the truck off so i didnt get charged the $20 after hour fee this is because website to do it myself was not working then i could not make an account either to complete the trip.

jake M.Customer service was very unpleasant and flippant but that wasn't a super big deal. What was a big deal was the employee who got our truck. He drove at least 35 in the truck area and pulled up so close to us that he came inches from striking my elderly family member. We had to literally jump out of his way. Both times he screeched on the breaks and didn't say a word to us. He didn't even respond to us needing a new truck because the first truck was missing a sun visor on the drivers.side. We had to go back inside and he did the same thing, going even faster. How can you hire people who do this? I will not be recommending this location and in fact will be telling everyone I know to avoid it at all costs. Truly horrendous. You should be ashamed.

For my most recent rental, someone called me on Saturday morning and said the truck I reserved wasn't available, however, he had a different person contact me and a few hours later, a truck was available. It created a delay of several hours, which wasn't the end of the world but more of an inconvenience. That being said, the week before, I showed up and the truck I reserved wasn't there. I very much appreciated the phone call this time and in no way wish to be overly critical, so my issues are not with my most recent visit but the one before when my reservation was guaranteed, but I was turned away when I arrived. I had plans to use the truck that day and had to cancel those plans. I was guaranteed $50 that I never received.

I initially rented a utility trailer from your Northborough MA location (Bearfoot Rd). It was not available for pickup at my reserved time (6-25-22, 12;15pm). The representative here was absolutely no help at all. He showed no motivation to help the customer. He did not try to find me a trailer from a nearby location. He just gave me an 800 number. I asked if he could call the Worcester locations and he said they are probably busy. Suggested I just use the 800 number. I left, found the phone number for the Worcester location and called myself. The woman at this location understood my issue and reserved a trailer for me. The person is Northborough MA also did not arrange for me to get the $50 credit I am owed when my guaranteed reservation can not be filled. Later I called the 800 number and was told that he should have arranged this credit. This person in Northborough MA should not be interfacing with customers as he shows no initiative to help them.

My unit is on the second floor, so everything had to be carried up stairs. Which, of course, means it will all have to be cartied back down stairs when it's moved out. The loading dock door closest to my unit cannot be opened (no entry code pad outside and no opener buttons inside).

I am disabled and walk with a cane, and I had to rely on my husband to reserve a large unit for our temporary storage purposes. When we visited this week to close out the unit, we were refused an inspection of the unit and a receipt for the closeout even though the home said we could have these, and even though we were paid up. There were no other customers in the store or on site when we were there, and there were two employees on the clock and available who were not busy - one was simply organizing a stack of boxes. But both refused - repeatedly - to walk across the street to our unit with us to inspect the unit so that we could remove our lock without worry of unauthorized use. We also were refused a receipt for closeout, and told we had to return in 4 hours when the storage facility clerk would be in. This site was great on customer service for years, but this year, the service under new management has been extremely poor. I have observed that customers who complain or speak up at the site are yelled at and refused service by the clerks. There is no excuse.
