The young lady that helped me was awesome got me in and out quickly and it was very inexpensive awesome visit probably the best I have ever had
Pick up service and drop off service was excellent
I have never been to such a big location. I was very surprised at how much this place had in stock.
Nothing. It was a quick and easy process. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
The truck barely ran I thought the transmission was going to come out of it the whole time U-Haul really needs to update their trucks, but the customer service when I picked up the truck was excellent

When in need I always rent from this location. They are so friendly and helpful.
We were scheduled for a pick-up truck at J Clyde Morris center at 9 am. When we finally had our turn (long wait) they had upgraded us to a 10 ft truck which would not work because it would not fit through my gate at home, which is exactly why we wanted a pick-up truck.. They should have called us that morning to tell us we had to go another location for the pick-up truck. Instead we had to drive another 7 miles in each direction (never would have used this location because there are others closer to us) to get what we requested. We should have been credited 14 miles on our bill. It was aggravating to have our time wasted not to mention the staff's attitude was take it or leave it.
As far as my experience was concerned, no improvements are necessary. A friendly staff, an exceptionally clean van and reasonable rates added up to a great rental experience.

Please be sure to clean the truck before each rental. Also, upon returning please be sure to not have vehicles blocking the assigned equipment rental location since I was advised that was the only place to return the truck. Lastly, when customers enter the building for return it would be nice to be greeted instead of ignored.

The lady at the front desk and the guy at the rental check in were both extremely racist, rude and inconsiderate. I want the lady at the desk fired or I'll be reporting her to HR. I would also like a refund for this experience seeing that I never actually used the uhaul to move my stuff once I got it. I literally drove a total of 3 miles before returning it in the exact same condition as I got it.
Safety chains were not properly connected to my vehicle. If the ball would have failed, I would've lost the trailer and potentially caused damage to other property. Usually there are rubber grommets to allow the chains to be looped through the vehicle hooks and reconnected to itself to shorten the chain length but the guy apparently overlooked those or thought the chains would stay hooked to themselves somehow. Not happy. Do your diligence and check the work of the guy hooking up your trailer, I should've known better since I regularly tow.
Truck was really jerky and bounced without bumps in the road

I made a reservation to pick my equipment up at 9:00 am. I was not given keys for my rented vehicle until 9:25 due to the line. There were only two clerks available to assist customers and one commented that they were both new. It would be prudent to staff locations based on the rental schedule.
Should have the equipment checked better before it's rented back out. Was stuck at pick up time a extra amount of time , do to having to change out some parts and the tongue jack crank being bent and hard to crank
check out in am was fine. check in @ 1pm was poor. sat in front of check in line for 10 minutes. outside representative did not show until another two rentals came in behind. Went to two behind and ignore my rental. 15 minute wait while he serviced people behind.

Not to Friendly ...I don't know their wasn't a sufficient amount of gas in the truck..it's not how say it's the way you say things..the location to drop the truck was

I was told that I would not be able to get a refund for the extra two days that I paid for.
Vehicle windows dirty. Location was changed at the last minute. Had to drive out of way to pickup vehicle. Location i reserved vehicle called day before was told vehicle would not be available due vehicle would not be returned in time for my pickup. This cause excess mileage i needed to use vehicle. Question is: Why reserve if vehicle not available?

Explain to your employees that their "issues" and/or "previous experiences" should not be carried over to his/her next interaction. The gentleman who checked in my return was VERY rude and short and I didn't appreciate it at all. The young ladies on the inside were very professional and thorough and I was very pleased with my interaction with them.
Make sure trucks are good to go. Transmission was really bad on the truck i received.

Checkout Went 100% fine. Easy, smooth, polite and so on. Returning the vehicle was very very slow. I stood behind someone and there was no one in the store. We stood there on a friday around 530 and no one tried to help us till nearly 550. And I was seen first over the person in front of me. Because I was returning as he was checking out a vehicle. I was chosen first Even though I said he was there first. Another employee came as we were inspecting the vehicle. Unknown where either of these employees were the 20 mins we stood there. Besides that everything was smooth, clean, organized.

The checkout process was started online and if given the customer the easier and faster way to do it why still have them take long inside. The process needs to be fixed. Other than that decent location and good dropoff process. Like that part. Thanks !

Lock box was broken at location making it hard to drop off vehicle. Couldn't get ahold of staff at location. Online chat support was helpful and gave us an option to leave key. Location contacted us for key even though online support already left messages for manager. Tried to contact location several times to tell them where the key was, but they kept putting me directly on hold without inquiring about the reason for the call. Waited on hold over 10-15 minutes then gave up. Asked online support to contact them instead. Just a mess in general.
Employees were professional and friendly. No issues with pickup or drop off. Will continue to use this location.
My truck smelled like cigarette smoke. Which made my eyes hurt and water. The lady at the desk is very slow. I stood in line for 15 minutes, because she was slow with the customer in front of me. This used to be my go to location. But I guess I will have to find a different location to rent from.
Associates at the front desk, and my personal associate who helped me as well, were all very knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. It's exactly what a respectable business should be! Great work for these associates! They deserve recognition!
