Please be sure to clean the truck before each rental. Also, upon returning please be sure to not have vehicles blocking the assigned equipment rental location since I was advised that was the only place to return the truck. Lastly, when customers enter the building for return it would be nice to be greeted instead of ignored.Shaleta S.

The lady at the front desk and the guy at the rental check in were both extremely racist, rude and inconsiderate. I want the lady at the desk fired or I'll be reporting her to HR. I would also like a refund for this experience seeing that I never actually used the uhaul to move my stuff once I got it. I literally drove a total of 3 miles before returning it in the exact same condition as I got it.RACHELKATHRYN M.

Safety chains were not properly connected to my vehicle. If the ball would have failed, I would've lost the trailer and potentially caused damage to other property. Usually there are rubber grommets to allow the chains to be looped through the vehicle hooks and reconnected to itself to shorten the chain length but the guy apparently overlooked those or thought the chains would stay hooked to themselves somehow. Not happy. Do your diligence and check the work of the guy hooking up your trailer, I should've known better since I regularly tow.Conrad S.

I made a reservation to pick my equipment up at 9:00 am. I was not given keys for my rented vehicle until 9:25 due to the line. There were only two clerks available to assist customers and one commented that they were both new. It would be prudent to staff locations based on the rental schedule.LAURANICOLE MOFF M.

Vehicle windows dirty. Location was changed at the last minute. Had to drive out of way to pickup vehicle. Location i reserved vehicle called day before was told vehicle would not be available due vehicle would not be returned in time for my pickup. This cause excess mileage i needed to use vehicle. Explain to your employees that their "issues" and/or "previous experiences" should not be carried over to his/her next interaction. The gentleman who checked in my return was VERY rude and short and I didn't appreciate it at all. The young ladies on the inside were very professional and thorough and I was very pleased with my interaction with them.Anita T.

Checkout Went 100 % fine. Easy, smooth, polite and so on. Returning the vehicle was very very slow. I stood behind someone and there was no one in the store. We stood there on a friday around 530 and no one tried to help us till nearly 550. And I was seen first over the person in front of me. Because I was returning as he was checking out a vehicle. I was chosen first Even though I said he was there first. Another employee came as we were inspecting the vehicle. Unknown where either of these employees were the 20 mins we stood there. Lock box was broken at location making it hard to drop off vehicle. Couldn't get ahold of staff at location. Online chat support was helpful and gave us an option to leave key. Location contacted us for key even though online support already left messages for manager. Tried to contact location several times to tell them where the key was, but they kept putting me directly on hold without inquiring about the reason for the call. Waited on hold over 10-15 minutes then gave up. Asked online support to contact them instead. Just a mess in general.Cheryl G.

My truck smelled like cigarette smoke. Which made my eyes hurt and water. The lady at the desk is very slow. I stood in line for 15 minutes, because she was slow with the customer in front of me. Knowing exactly where to park the truck upon returning was a bit confusing, because there are so many park zones. I didn't know which ones were good to use or not good to use at first. Otherwise, the service was excellent, and the workers deserve a raise.Nathan J.
When I turned on the ignition, the tire maintenance light came on and was on for the complete move. So I question if this trick was serviced prior to release to a customer. However the Sales Associate at this location was excellent. Great Customer Service.Brian L.

I wouldn't recommend the mobile check in, as that took more time to approve my license then if I had let a clerk help in store. Other than that, the truck was well maintained and very easy to drive.Wendy E.
If I am scheduled at 7 am then the paperwork should be BEFORE 7 am NOT at seven in which 45 min later on MY TIME we finished. I lost 45 yet I am charged extra if I would have arrived 45 min later I would have been charged, so in essence, this company has stoled time/$$$ from me. Never recommending this location.LUIS F.
I've rented from this location for years and never had an issue. This time was totally opposite, upon picking up the rental I waited 20 minutes only to be skipped in line so they could assist someone else. I was then switched out of my rental vehicle into another vehicle which was later discovered to be for someone else then switched back to the original rental which was not ready for pick up. Upon returning the vehicle I waited 30 minutes only to be skipped again by a person who had just walked in. This experience was the worst I've ever had at this location and will be the last time I rental from there.Dwayne A.

Improve quality standards of equipment inspection prior to being picked up by customers. I understand what might look good to one person may not be the same as another person. All agents should approach the equipment as if they were the customer. Asking the very important question â€œWould I put my belongings in this equipment?â€ If the answer is no then a customer would not have to accept it either.Diane L.

Check in was too slow. It used to be faster when it was all paper. Can't believe I needed a cell phone to check in. Vehicle on its last legs. The gas gauge showed full but I only drove about 24 miles and had to put 7 gallons of gas in to fill the tank. Agent said that was normal for the truck. Unbelievable! Do all your trucks get 3 miles to the gallon?Douglas P.
