Tim LThe only "issue" I had with this rental is this.. I have rented many UHaul vans in the past. A majority of the vans I've rented have been 15-20 footers. This time, I rented a 10 foot van. I was unaware that your 10 foot vans don't have ramps on the back; only 15 foot and above, and I didn't realize this until I got to my destination. If I would have known this, I would have rented a 15 footer because a ramp was desperately needed for the move I was making. This made our job twice as difficult as my 75 year old father and I had to pick up a bunch of heavy furniture instead of easily rolling it down a ramp. I know (now) it states there are no ramps on the 10 foot vans in the online rental paperwork that I would imagine not a lot of people read. I guess I shouldn't have assumed. Nw I'll know to double check before I leave the sight. I guess, maybe, if the UHaul employee could have mentioned "hey just so you know, our 10 foot trucks don't have ramps", that would have helped.
Darren DI reserved a cargo van and was called 20 minutes prior to picking it up and was told they did not have it. I got 1 10" truck instead. I had to take it due to my schedule but was charged $15 for insurance that would have been $11 had I got my cargo van that I reserved.

Norbert SI was happy that the work started on my scheduled time. It only took about an hour for the mechanic to get the hitch on. I was pleased with the hitch. The only complaint I have is the bottom cover was not put back on the under carriage below the fuel tank. The mechanic indicated that per the instructions with the hitch, the areas he trimmed of the bottom cover did not allow the cover to be put back into place. He told me that the cover was not totally needed. I brought the cover home with me and spent an hour trimming and fitting it into place. I am disappointed that he did not spend the extra time to do a little bit more trimming and put it back on. He had the tools and the lift to easily work on it , where I had to crawl under the car to work on it. The reason I contracted U-Haul to do the install was so I would not have to crawl under the car. James NThey were very busy but took care of us in a reasonable amount of time. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful! Your dealer in Glenwood Springs, Colorado also took great care of us. The key to the lock on the trailer broke off in the lock Tuesday night. We went to the Glenwood Springs, CO dealer Wednesday morning and they cut off the lock and sold us a new one so we could promptly continue our trip home. They wre great!!

Stacy SThe entry was blocked with drop offs from the night before. The keys couldn't be found for the 1st truck. The staff found another truck, but the transmission sounded bad on that one. The 3rd truck was great but it was a drop off from the night before, so it was barely cleaned and blankets were missing. The staff did the best they could even before official opening hours. I also think the gas tanks should be filled all the way. It doesn't change your costs, and I didn't appreciate having to fill up in the middle of my move. Regardless, the job got done.

Constance GThe location was fine , the truck itself was a massive setback to the entire day. The trucks check tire light kept coming on. I called roadside and they told me to go to the nearest uhaul location which was 20 minutes out of my way. Took it there just to receive zero help from someone who had no idea what was going on. Called in again and they basically said unless you break down your own your own. Driving through country roads alone? Nice. It took over an hour out of our day and tons of stops and an overall unsafe trip.

Robert MThe back-up camera was not present! Having recently used a UHaul truck I expected this device, without it, it was a bit less comfortable backing up and out of a facility.
LEIGH EThe staff at this location makes it the best Uhaul experience I have ever had. Truly an example of how to make people feel comfortable. I rented a truck on Saturday, February 24 and the team in the morning were exceptional.
