Teresa TapiaWas not made aware that the 10 ft truck booked on the internet had no ramp. Due to lack of ramp moving time needed to be extended. Was told they closed at 7pm and would be open at 7am for returns after 7pm no late night return available. Store didn't open until 9am on Sunday. Which was posted but it was raining hard when we picked up so went by sale persons word. Please not on line ordering no ramp on 10ft truck model.

Sharanda Francis | Expérience généraleThe APP SUX. It has happened 3xs already. You can't load pictures of DL or self. You try to add D.O.B. doesn't complete. Just try to get app to load. I thought it's supposed to Be Convenient and Fast. Soot!!!! Lies lies lies. If the employee wasn't there I would have been later than I was ALREADY LATE.. BOO ON YOUR APP. And I need to use them again tomorrow and this weekend but not sure cause of the HEADACHES AND STRESS.

Carol ManningCustomer service was absolutely horrible for 45 minutes. A blonde woman kept walking in and out by 4 of us in line and never said a word to any of us the entire time. Finally a nice black woman walked in and immediately acknowledged all 4 of us in line and started to take care of the line. A simple'I'll be right with you' or even a small bit of anything would have made all 4 of us a lot happier. The white woman needs more customer service training. This is coming from someone who has in management for customer service since 1987

peter albertThe Bellflower location where I rented the trailer was the last and cherry on top final Contact with my experience. Everyone from the customer service to Walker who assisted me in Bellflower has been genuinely kind. Good job U-Haul with all your training and communication. I know it's difficult to get everybody in sync and it seems like you guys are mastered it. You need to share with your the rest of the world.

Michelle RamosI was charged a In Town rate for a booking that was originally one way, but volunteered to save a few bucks and return the truck to my rental location. This was offered to me through the UHAUL website during booking. Upon my return they had changed my reservation to an "In town" rate which resulted in an additional several hundred dollars. No one, including the on duty MGR, was able to resolve this issue, even though my contract I had when I left the facility showed the correct pricing and fees. I was told I'd have to wait until after the holidays to speak with the GM to clear this matter up. Meantime, it caused me undue stress and less credit availability on my card due to this error!

When I went to return the app was not working so it was very difficult, had to come 3 different times to return. They close 15 min. before there posted time.

They made my return smooth also set me up with a Storage. If you decide to go to any U-Haul this is the one and the guys are handsome

The gentleman working outside was very helpful and should possibly be working inside because he was very friendly and helped with all questions i had regarding my storage unit.

First off, the staff are completely disrespectful and rude, why are they allowed to degrade and harass customers and then when i called and report it there are no repercussions. Not to mention ive had to call several time on that mean white lady that works the front desk. I will be leaving a terrible yelp and google review very soon. Second, every time i went yo the storage to either put something in or take something out, they were blocking the storage entrance and when asked to move the unhauls they completely ignored me and rolled their eyes. And this happened so many times but the worst part is even after reporting all of this, uhaul did absolutely nothing about it. So shame on all of you and i will he continuing ti report you guys as well as show videos and photos of proof of what you guys did. Not to mention i was harassed by the manager who tried to get me to enter the bathroom ??!? I should have called the police
