Customer service was poor, the lock was left on the latch of the door which caused to go back to the site and request a key to open, the rep didn't even apologize for the incident or seemed concerned to address the matter .

Better customer service, bring the truck out from behind the pile of other trucks for the driver who is renting it, clean the vehicles (our truck was filthy inside and out) provide proper fuel level upon renting and not charge for extra gas after when it is returned (it was lower than half way at pick up even though they said it was half and I was charged when I returned it at the same level). The workers acted like they could care less. Upon return I was told to just hand the keys over and then I can go. They didn't inspect anything in front of me..upon renting or returning the vehicle. The vehicle had trash and crumbs in the cab and in the back when we rented it. Not okay at all. The outside was so dirty it seemed like it had been through a major roadtrip prior to us. We won't use this facility again or recommend it to anyone else.

All employees were great. However...It's not a large lobby area. Both times I walked into the store, no one looked up to say "Hello, we'll be right with you" or any acknowledgement that I was there until it was my turn. Friendly, efficient staff. A little greeting is so easy to do.

I had to wait 30 minutes for Ruben the manager to connect the utility trailer to my truck. I understand that he was cleaning another equipment but was not a reason to make me wait.

The employees need to be more friendly and willing to help. This is a first for me dropping off my uhaul and it was a jarring and unwelcoming experience. I felt like a total POS because the workers didn't communicate effectively with me and because of this I was “holding up traffic.” Really frustrated and unwilling to choose uhaul again.

Had issues with the U-Haul auto carrier. When left the facility and testing it, all lights seemed to work, That was a quick test. When I got home I noticed the right turn signal had stopped working and cable looked as if it was pinched. Store was already close, and I couldn't postponed my trip due to it. As soon as I got on the road the next morning for a long trip to Seattle, I was checking my mirror and noticed I had lost all lights on the trailer. I stopped in Santa Maria California to have it checked there. They refused to replace cable or fix my problem. They asked me to call the 1800 number and wait for help. I kept on my way I didn't have time to wait for road side assistance to show in the middle of nowhere. When I got to San Francisco I stopped at an auto parts and try to get a new light bulb t for the turn signal. Come to find out you have to remove the whole assembly. I also bought fuses for my SUV. I plugged the new fuse and light worked again for 5- 10 mins, then they went out. To say the least I had to stop and get accommodation for the evening as I knew it was not safe to continue driving with no lights. Next day made it to Springfield Oregon and stopped at another U-Haul store. They checked my light with the new fuse, replaced the cable that goes from trailer to my vehicle. Turn signal was fixed (Santa Maria could of done that at least) light were again back on. Kept driving to Seattle, once it got dark, lights came up, after a few minutes I checked my mirrors and light once again went out. Turn signal, brake light still worked. The cables or electric system from the trailer were faulty causing my fuse to keep blowing. Knowing that they wouldn't give me another trailer at any other facility, drove back to LA and returned it. Made the person receiving the trailer fully aware of the situation in hope they will fix it for the next costumer.

This place was awesome Raymond and his workers were 1st class. I was traveling a far distance and suddenly I needed to stay and they allowed me to return the truck and auto carrier back the same day and I think his name was Chris from La Miranda that work there was super nice and helpful when I returned there equipment. I would recommend this uhaul location to anyone absolutely great staff and good people.

Haven't had a terrible experience with Uhaul yet. Always very fairly priced. When you call about inquiring about a rental, the reps are very knowledgeable, whether it be a vehicle, or a trailer. (You'd think it's simple, but there is a lot more to it.) The only reason i dont give it a 5 star review is because conmunication between branches can use improvement. We returned a trailer to a branch 300 miles away (planned trip) and our home branch thought we lost it when they didnt get confirmation from the other branch. Regardless, Uhaul has some pretty great services at a reasonable price.

You could add a dropdown for the interior that let's you take more than one picture. The gas gauge was off slightly, so I took a picture of the true level but couldn't add the broken sun visor.

They gave me a quote then over charged me I will never rent from u-haul again then when I called to let them know they over charged me a girl I think her name was shay was very rude and said we are not changing anything call back when the manager was there we ask to speak to manager and she said Ilikebi said already he would be here tomarrow like where u raised in the gutter no customer service what so ever .I'm furious

the staff failed to let me know that the vehicle had a lock, I found out when I tried opening the back to load my balloons for a big event. I called the uhaul company and they gave me three options that did not work for me. 1. I could break the lock 2. Go to another uhaul store to get a key 3. Go back get the key I asked the employee if someone could bring me a key to my location which was only 5 miles away. I explained I was running late to set up for my event, I don't have a tool to break the lock and I didn't have anyone to help me drive to get a key. I don't think the personnel cared about my situation. I had to hire someone to break the lock, I made it late to my event, I lost money. Second situation, I tried dropping off the vehicle in Hawthorne at a uhaul location, when I was trying to input the mileage I I couldn't move forward with the process because the vehicles odometer was rounghly 3 000 miles less than what it said on the contract when I took the vehicle. I was fruntrsted, I called the uhaul company and no one answered, I tried a couple of times, a lady answered the phone after a couple of attempts and she ended up putting me on hold again for about 40 minutes until I finally hung up. Finally I made it to the uhaul in bellflower spoke to someone in person and shared my frustration, he said there was nothing he could do anything to help me. He only suggested I called during the week to speak to the owner. As for me this will be my last time renting from this location. I was put in frustrated situations, I lost money, and no one had sympathy for me nor tried helping me. The location AK power was closed

Have better pictures of the rental trailer that you want us to approve to say things are good. They were taken at night, so one of the pictures was decent while the others only had a profile of the trailer visible, at best. They also had the pictures of the front and back switched. The website wouldn't actually upload new pictures, so I had to just go with the terrible ones. Everything else was great.
