A little slow, they were having computer issues on the inside, and I had to wait outside even longer for somebody to acknowledge me and help out. Barely any room in the parking lot, cars blocking driveway and loading areas. The guy that hooked it up didn't know how to hook up the chains and I swear his nametag said that he was the owner??? The Uhual app still needs much work, why can we take photos on the app instead of taking a photo and having to restart the app process from the beginning, frustrating.

I did not know and was not told that I had to check the truck back in when returning it I was only told if I come after hours park it out front and put the keys in the drop box on the door. If this is your process I should have been told at pick up. My phone percentage was low and i was not able to do it. Tried after I got home it was too late.

When you give a price keep it because i rent a Van for $19.95 and end up paying almost $80.00 . And was supposed to have half tank and was less gas than have tank.

This location was swamped when I arrived and then had to deal with a physically aggressive customer. They handled the long line and the aggressive gentleman very professionally. The employees handed themselves very well

We were originally supposed to drop off at a Sunoco station in Tampa, however, when we arrived there at 2:45 on Saturday afternoon it was closed and no sign of any Uhaul equipment. We searched the internet and found the one in Brandon. They were very helpful and very courteous. I would recommend them for all Uhaul needs.

The new check-in process treats customers, some very long-term customers, like criminals with the mug shots and multiple references. I have rented from this location for twenty years but I certainly will not do so again in the future. The Uhaul management team has made a serious error in judgement with the new check-in process. It is much, much less convenient and degrades the customer experience. There are far too many competing rental companies out there to treat your customers poorly, I will use Enterprise in the future.

I was given the wrong trailer. I cpould not reach anyone for servuice once this issue was noted. i spent hours on the phone waiting to speak to someone and then finally corporate's custmoer service with no resolve for my issue several hundred miles away with no other means of transportation. I was extremely dissapointed with the service and the manner in which this issue was handled.
