Nothing, every encounter I had was great, from the young man at the check in counter, the gentleman who hooked me up, the the men who received my return. The encounters were pleasant and "pain free". Merci

Rhonda V.I'm writing this review about the YBOR City, Tampa location. I would review my experience there if it were an option. But, since I wasn't able to get a truck from them, Im not able to review them. I reserved a truck online Sunday night. I uploaded my pictures. I showed up Monday morning as scheduled and I was then prompted to upload photos again (why?). While I was doing that, an employee (no one had a name tag on) came in and offered to help me. She said she was new and asked for patience. I was totally fine with that. Another employee showed up and started helping. He asked me for a second phone number. I responded that I don't have 2 phone numbers. (who has 2 phone numbers?) He said he wouldn't rent me a truck without a second number. I said that I rent trucks frequently and even yesterday from another location, and have never been asked for another phone number. He shot back at me "BYE". I asked for clarification if he just told me bye. He said "yeah, you're not getting a truck". (I have never been talked to like that in any situation ever). I swallowed my rage, I said ok and left in hope that taking the high road would find acceptable solution. I called the customer service line. The Lady helped me to the best of her ability and found me a truck 7 miles away from the location I was just insulted at. Extremely long story short, this ASSHOLE employee at the YBOR location cost me $175 in labor costs from employees waiting to load a truck and I got charged the per mile 14 miles (out of my way), and had to fill the tank for those miles. I was supposed to hear from a manager within 3 days. Surprise surprise. I've heard nothing. I'll be making this review anywhere and everywhere I can until I hear from someone who gives a shit.
Gary V.Milage was incorrect on the first vehicle. That nonsense delayed my departure considerably. I wasn't happy with that, no discount was offered, as though my time is not worth anything, The folk were polite, but not really apologetic. I know it was going to be a hassle for you - but it was a real hassle for me as well,

Richard F.Driveway is quite crowded. Reconfiguring may alleviate this. Truck had a broken convex mirror on driver side. This is a safety issue and needs to be addressed before truck is rented out again. I've driven trucks for years and this was a local rental so I made due, but an amateur might have had a problem with it.

Roberto I.I returned the trailer through MyUhaul.com, but it would not let me do the truck. I called and was placed on a 20 min hold. With a thunderstorm overhead…and no place for me to stand outside under a cover, I took a couple pictures and left. This facility should invest in a small covered area where customers can stand and return an after hours rental without getting soaked from the rain. Small customer service things like this is what shows Uhaul cares about their customers.
Larry P.If UHaul must lease an old truck, it should be at least in good working condition. The transmission on my truck was bad; the steering wheel was loose (every bump in the road took the truck off course) so you had to hang on really tight; the A/C was so loud that you can't hold a conversation in the truck; and the manual windows took a LOT of effort to crank open and close.

To my surprise, she called that number. Not sure what she wanted to do. When the call didn't go through, she asked for another number but I countered and then a fellow employee at the next register helped me out. All in all, it was not a nice experience
Abhilash D.The lady who assisted did not know what to do to revise an order, another individual had to assist her and then when I got to my location, the drop off location said they had to charge me and extra $79 because Florida made a mess of the contract....they charged me $79 for 5 extra days and I turned it in 3 days early! People need to be trained on how the software works!
