It was a short rental. Staff were professional and equipment was in good condition.

He did the job but his expressions and overall attitude made us feel that he hated what he was doing. The people that helped us when we returned the trailer were quite nice.

Very inefficient and careless. Finally the second employee went to the counter and helped customers. I almost left as I was standing in half an hour. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AT THE COUNTER.

mike T.Rented three times from this location in two weeks. Only the first truck was dirty inside and out. The second two rentals were much cleaner. I also got charged a "Safe Trip Fee" unknowingly. I would not have chosen this option if I had known about it...I only drove 10 miles.

Kishan V.I would suggest that the technician receiving the returned vehicle take the time to break down the charges for the customer rather than verbally stating only the total charges of the rental and asking if you want the final break down of charges on the invoice sent by email or text. I would like to know the break down of the final charges to be reviewed in person.

Margaret C.I greatly appreciate that the van was clean and well maintained. Please make sure the fuel amount shown on the fuel gauge, of the van, at the time of dispatch, is exactly what is depicted on the printed out rental contact given to customers. I also would like a printed out rental return receipt, when I return the rental van during normal business hours of operation. I do not like that to access all features of Uhaul.com, I must register with my own unique passcode. I do not have the time to bother to set up and securely store, my own unique passcode. I prefer to access all features of the UHAul.com web site only as a guest, by using only my e-mail address, telephone number, and first and last name.

Luis D.Front desk service was excellent! The guy hitching up my trailer was a different story. Very Rude. I would ask him a question and get no reply. Another complaint is why doesn't U-haul tell you that you need a Trailer hitch pin with the hills for pin to go through instead of the cotter pin. Is that just so Uhaul sells you a pin last second?

Janie J.The african American guy at the desk has the worst customer service attitude and behavior- he acted like I was an inconvenience to him. I have held manager positions and this guy acts like he does not want to be there!! This is my second encounter with his poor attitude! Steve, the service guy outside, is a super nice friendly guy who likes his job as you can tell in his demeanor and interactions with the customers! Get rid of the other guy- he brings a terrible experience for Uhaul!!
