Trailer was filthy. Pickup location was changed twice, I had to go an hour and a half from my home to pick it up instead of the 20 minutes the location was on the original booking

Eugene Fuhrman was fantastic! Unlike the U-Haul in Gaithersburg, MD, where I was on my own, Eugene in Chambersburg, PA helped me hook up the trailer to my Toyota Tundra. He was interested to get me going as fast as possible and I really appreciate that attention and urgency. Outstanding employee!

The guy never went over the contract or went to the UHaul with us. There was no instruction on how to use it.

I was very disappointed that had set up to pick up truck in Hanover PA almost month prior and day before received call that had to pick up in Chambersburg. This was a 45 min drive for me and necessitated me picking up day early. I was then charged another day.

While the 6x12 I rented was clean, you could tell something oily/greasy had been hauled in it. The stain remained on the floor even after cleaning. The Chambersburg store is small for the area, often leads to long wait times.

Make sure if the previous customer did not sweep or clean the unit make sure they did before it went back out to another customer.

Staff at Uhaul were great! As we pulled out, our brakeline broke in our truck, so we had to postpone taking the Uhaul trailer. Uhaul easily revised our reservation with no cost or charge to us for the day we were supposed to rent the trailer but were unable to do so.

Print out contract and receipt for customers that do not have smart phones. I thought that electronic documents were not sufficient if stopped by law enforcement. The older gentleman who waited on me was more worried about COVID than waiting on me. If he is that worried then stay home.
