Not putting the equipment so close together so it's not as hard to get into one without fear of damaging them.
I believe I was overcharged mileage by $18. Thursday when I went online to book, it$.79 per Mile, when I finished booking, it was $.99

Paul was exceptionally helpful courteous kind and professional I would recommend U-Haul to anyone that needs to rent a truck or moving equipment… Paul is an asset to your company and he should be commended for his work
Call or email me when my pickup location changes, instead of surprising me. And then if you do that, maybe knock a few bucks off to show you care instead if being greedy c$&@ts. And then don't rape the customer by charging per mile fees and fuel level gas match on in town rentals. You've lost a customer.
Have a representative at the store until closing time. I went to pick up my vehicle at 4:45. Store was closed. I had to wait two days to get it

At this location, the staff was respectful and knowledgeable. The rating reflects U-Haul's inability to deliver the equipment closer to the customer. After several calls to customer service, in short; “If you want to rent the equipment, you have to pick it up where it isâ€. I'm paraphrasing, however it added 2 hours to my travel plans.
Always a great experience at the Deptforx Uhaul
I will start by saying Paul - at this location - is great! He personally made sure that a terrible situation caused by Uhaul corporate was resolved to the best of his ability. However, Uhaul as a company - TERRIBLE. A reservation was made and confirmed by Uhaul - with no equipment available. When the 9am pickup time came, it took nearly an hour of phone calls to get a truck - smaller than reserved, and at a different location. Uhaul has a policy that they confirm every reservation - EVEN WHEN NO TRUCKS ARE AVAILABLE! So unlike the rest of the world - when you have a confirmed reservation, it is NOT a confirmed truck. It is a confirmed REQUEST for a truck. Of course, this is in the small print and stupid required checkboxes before hitting continue. Nonetheless, NUMEROUS managers and agents told me that this is Uhaul's policy. One agent told me directly - best advice he can give is to rent from Penske or Budget!!!! Recommending competition rather than solving the problem. This company is terrible as a corporation. Moving is stressful enough for people without a company like this messing things up on "Move Day". Only way to improve this is do what EVERY OTHER COMPANY IN THE WORLD DOES - When no trucks are available, just tell the customer that no trucks are available. Then, if the customer would like to be on a standby list, they can CHOOSE to do that. But confirming a reservation that will never come to be is just a terrible way to screw customers, and a terrible way to conduct a business. It should be fixed - IMMEDIATELY. (By Immediately, this means - NOT ONE MORE RESERVATION UNTIL THIS IS FIXED).
The General Manager, Paul, is the best! Makes miracles happen. Got me a truck on the busiest day of the year at a price you can't beat. Highly recommend Uhaul and this location.

The truck was in rough shape. Seems like it's not very well maintained and was kind of scary to drive.
When inquiring about small equipment rentals, such as dollies and padding. You should separate the two on your online truck return. Case in point, when I returned the truck that I rented, the question that I was asked is, did I use the dolly “and†the padding. I only used the dolly (which I reserved originally). Obviously, I answered yes on one question for both items.
The manager Paul has gone over and above to help me. He is an incredible asset to your company. This will be the only place I will rent my trucks from
