If I just have to say something my only comment would be shorter waiting time when checking in to rent. Other than that I would say things run pretty smoothly and the staff is friendly and helpful.

As a previous customer and a reserved trailer it seems to take the same amount of time to check -out a trailer . I know there is a liability difference between trailers and trucks/vans but with a pre reserved trailer it seems that a DL check and credit card plus sigunatures should be all that is needed to speed process up . Sat.AM -back-up

Due to the location of this UHaul, I was forced to endure some rather odd verification procedures. I was renting a motorcycle trailer and (through no fault of his) the cashier forced me to provide a second number and name for a person for verification and then called! My wife who was in the middle of a photo session was working. So i had him change the number to my parents. They happen to live in Ft Lauderdale, across the country. This verification process disrupted their dinner and their evening and in no way proved that I would be a risk to not return the trailer. I am a member of the US Air Force and one of our principles/core values is Integrity First. I was sadly disappointed that Uhaul would not trust me and all the information they had on hand to let me just use the trailer. I cant say I really appreciate that treatment.

When I called to book the gal on the phone was sort of rude, she wasn't listening to me and kept talking over me. I was frustrated at first but then when we arrived she appeared to be more pleasant.

DON'T USE U-HAUL - CALL CENTER IS TERRIBLE: I Called the local phone number which goes to the call center, trying to extend the return day by 1 day. I was on hold for more than 20 minutes only to be told to call another #. Called the second # and was on hold for another 20 minutes only to be transferred to the wrong call center. Transferred to the correct call center and then on hold for 20 minutes only to be told that they can not extend the rental for 1 day because I was 3 minutes late, 3 MINUTES LATE! I HAD BEEN ON HOLD FOR CLOSE TO AN HOUR! Not only that the woman said that the rental was late so it will be put on the stolen list and I would have to pay late fees. She also said that I had to take the vehicle in immediately and get a new contract. Go to a different company.

There was a strong smell and what looked like some dried up brown liquid at the back of the trailer. Thankfully I had the rented furniture pads to protect my furniture, but I think the trailer is in need of a wash. The staff at this location were fantastic. Very friendly, helpful, I will definitely be back again to this location.
