This location was opened late. I had a 7 am pick up. Staff did not show up until nearly 7:30 am

I made a reservation that was confirmed and I chose the service where I do self-check-in and self check out. When I arrived at the location and I started the check-in process using the app, the vehicle wasn't and the location specified in the picture. So, I had to go inside the building to speak to someone. When I told the representative that the vehicle is not at the location where it says on the app, he asked to see my phone and I complied. He did something on my phone and took me so somewhere else in the parking lot and heading me the key. When I checked the back of the van, there were no furniture pads and dolly as requested in my reservation. I went back to speak to him and he told me there were none at the location and I'm not charged for it. I had to go to another U-Haul location to pick up the pads and dolly. Again, when I return to the location, I followed instructions on the app to check out so I went to the parking lot to park. While checking out on the app, a representative came next to the window and ask me to return the vehicle to the front, which I did. He did a walk-through and then told me I'm good and I will receive the contract in an email. While in-vehicle on the app, I saw that the contract was closed with furniture pads and a dolly, the same items I was told I won't be charged for. I went back to the representative and he told me to call the next day which I did. They told me that my money will be refunded within 3-5 business days. Long story short, there is no self check-in or checkout and I think that confuses the employees when a customers uses that service.

The pickup took a while, it appeared they were short staffed with only 1 gentleman working the counter. On the return the gentleman was extremely helpful and professional.

It would be nice to have the person behind the cashier to have a clear view of who comes in and it would be nice to have a direct view when you walk in with the person behind the register. You have all these boxes blocking the view right on the middle of the floor and those can be moved along the wall. That bothered me

The truck only had 2 problems that were relatively minor: the driver side seatbelt was not working and the turn signal did not automatically turn itself off after turning. Everything else was fine. The pick up/return was seamless too which was comforting.

1. Previous user left a broken bulb inside. It is very dangerous, so it would be great that U-Haul staffs can check such issues. 2. Are staffs given instruction regarding what to do for COVID safety? I thought staffs are required to wear masks in any business these days.

The supposedly customer service representatives inside the store are not helpful at all. I arrived at the store exactly when they were about to close and I was looking for guidance on how to pick up the truck I reserved. The representative escorted me to the door and said you have to reserve it online we closed I don't know what to tell you. I tried calling prior to my arrival no answer and I explained that as well and I did not receive a response at all. This is my second experience with a lazy and unhelpful staff member from this location.

Tell customer one way truck pick up time of day depends on when said truck is dropped off by previous renter. I needed early PU time at a site close to me. Hours on 800 # and multiple site attempts aggravating. Had I known I would have picked it up the day before.

As I wanting to complete my equipment return, an employee was on a FaceTime call at the same time as he was serving customers. The same employee also didn't have a mask on. The employees were not friendly or welcoming.

They give you the vehicle with below half tank of gas and when you return it the same way given to you. They charge your card extra for a full tank of gas. Ridiculous and I'm done dealing with Uhaul

I went there Frisce ask if they have a 26 f t truck the guy told me no and Sow one was park there I have to go a different place and he told me I'm sorry I don't have a 26 f t truck here but I can get on for you he make a reservation for me and it was the same location I went to before I lost 1h

Upon arrival we waited about 20 minutes to be seen. There was ONE PERSON at the counter and neither he nor the person behind the counter were discussing rentals/U-haul related business. How do I know? They were so loud! Finally being seen, we were told all moving dolly's were unavailable (this would have been nice to know beforehand). Then the gentleman helping us tried to overcharge on the rental coverage!! Really?? We just overheard the previous customer correct him and here he was trying to pull this with us—WOW! We showed him the price quoted us online AND his co-worker confirmed we were correct. Lastly, the condition of the van; broken parts hanging off on the inside, scratches on the outside—we documented it ALL. We asked if that van was the only one available and was told “This is all we have right now”. Mind you, five minutes after hearing this, the very same employee parks a van right next to the one we were given. Poor, poor experience, customer service and equipment. No, I wouldn't insult anyone by recommending this location.

From the confirmation phone call the day before to picking up the truck I felt the customer service was piss poor. The woman who called to confirm (and also change my whole reservation because the website does not reflect what is available) was extremely rude and did not want to be bothered despite the fact that she called me. When I arrived to the location to pick up the truck I noticed the workers were not wearing masks, there was not a dolly available despite it being apart of my reservation made a month in advance and after it being confirmed it would be available the day before and the truck was not clean on the inside of the driving portion. Extremely disappointed with the customer service and hope Uhaul does better in the future.
