It was very difficult & time-consuming to try to use the phone app service. Also, the in-store process was so slow (45 minutes-1 hour), supposedly because of computer issues. We almost didn't make it to the destination we rented the u-haul truck for in the first place. Please find a way to simplify this process!

Employees weren't wearing masks or not wearing them properly. Wait times were very long. Digital check-in and drop-off don't work very well when the keys still have to picked up and dropped off with an employee; it might have sped up the process slightly, but not much. The truck was great and what we wanted, but the service at this location is lacking.

I couldn't ask for better service the gentleman who i rented the truck from at the counter was excellent. He was extremely friendly and went over all the details with me. The gentleman who checked my truck back in was the same he was very professional.

I couldn't get the application or website to verify my location. One employee seemed to not care at all whenever I voiced my concern and he walked away after asking me to move my vehicle. I spoke with another man who was very helpful and understanding. He then proceeded to help me detach the trailer. I appreciated his help after a long day of moving.

Tried to do pickup outside and after going through all that I still had to go in for key. The owner was rude and acted like he hated his job. There was another worker there that seemed nicer. I would not work for the owner. Not only was he rude, I got home and I had no dollies, furniture carts or pads I had PAID for! I called them and they said.. we didn't have them.. i asked would I be credited for them. The worker was nice about credit and told me I would get $112 credit. I got email with credit confirmation of ONLY $72. After all this.. Uhaul had the audacity to call me and ask me could I bring the truck back Friday instead of Saturday like I paid for.. they needed it for Saturday. The lady was super nice though and I told her I had planned to return Friday anyway. I told her about my nightmare. She said she would credit the difference from $112 to $72 but I did not get confirmation email. I have already told everyone I know not to ever go here. Social media posts coming as well. I have used uhaul many times in past but this was not only the worst rental truck experiences I have it was one of the worst I've had in the entire service industry. I would recommend secret shipping the Nolensvillde location today. The owner is not representing your company well. I honestly should get credit for a day of rental since I took back a day early and really the ENTIRE balance did this nightmare.

The staff at this Uhaul location were awful. The manager was the person who helped me pick up my equipment and he was an absolute jerk, was not helpful, was condescending during the process. When I dropped off the truck rental one employee was yelling at another employee while assisting a customer and was using the same condescending language the manager had used with me during pick up. DO BETTER.

The overall use of the Uboxes was as expected; the dropoff/pickup process was seamless, we had just enough space, and you provided plenty of moving blankets. Our biggest frustration was with customer service/communication. We had to spend hours on the phone with multiple locations, being transferred from one person to another in order to get the help we needed with our move. This is something that PODS does a much better job with.

Knowing that the additional contacts have to answer the phone would be helpful and that your rental time includes time to get it virtually approved. took 30 minutes for that to happen

The pickup was rough. Online pick up wasn't the smoothest, had signal and it constantly stated it lost signal so it took twice as long. There was no appliance dolly in the truck although it was on the receipt. Only one person working the counter who was polite, however it look an hour to ask for a dolly only to find out "they didn't have one". Lucked out that the person who was in front of me returning their truck had a utility dolly which I had no choice but to use. I will find a larger facility the next round but appreciated the price for the truck itself.

Make sure management are properly trained when it comes Customer service. Manager was not warm and friendly. Was very rude . I asked him a simple question about the parking of my personal vehicle, He turned and walked away and said park next door. No solution . I'm in Sales. I was bringing U-Haul revenue. I would not treat a repeat customer that way.

I checked in via the app and was told ok you can go get your key but the line to get into the store was all the way outside of the place. I waited for 40-45 mins for a key once I did all the photos etc for the check in. The drop off location was much better than the pick up. I won't ever use the pick up location again. The employees were not nice or friendly. No one could help me.

We reserved A truck online and uploaded our drivers licenses. Upon arriving at the U-Haul, we waited in line for 45 minutes because there was only one attendant for most of the time. Even though we had an online reservation, we had to jump through all the hoops again that were previously ask online, including showing our drivers license. There needs to be two people at all times on busy Saturdays and a separate line for those who have already done the advance work online.

All I needed to do was drop off the vehicle and hand over keys. Had to wait 30+ minutes just to do that. Two workers were behind the desk and the store had about 8 people in it. Luckily I was 4th in line, otherwise would have been an hour just to return the truck!

I wasted quite a bit of expensive time driving all the way up there for something they could have told me over the phone. I gave them no more info in person than I did over the phone. I've rented from this location a few times. There is a discernable atmosphere of passive aggressiveness towards every customer that ever walks in while I am there. Yall are cashiers. Get off your high horses.

The gentleman working was very polite, however, I feel he was in need of additional help. I'm not sure if he was the only person working that day but he was the only employee that I saw the whole time I was there so getting assistance was kind of tough. I had made an appointment online days prior to visiting to pick up a van at 9am but I still had to wait about 40 minutes before finally getting handed the keys. It was almost 10am before I actually pulled drove away in the cargo van. If I have an appointment to pick up a vehicle at 9am I should be pulling out of there by 9:15-9:20. My only complaint is that wait times are way too long for having made a reservation way in advance.

Bad customer service. Charged me for 253 miles when I only did 120 miles. The manager said what happened was the truck got sent to be worked on for a while & someone failed to update the new mileage. I paid $160 on my debit card when I booked it, then another $125 in my debit card when I brought it back plus another $43 in cash. but then suddenly realized this was not right when I got to the car. He would not fix it that day. Asked me to come back the next day. I came back the next day, waited 10 mins to talk to someone then the same guy who rang me up yesterday refunded back my $43 cash & $66 on debit card. Said it wasn't his fault. Said that someone failed to put in the mileage correctly. This is not a good experience & took up my time to half to go back. Someone needs to write someone up for this! Unexceptionable...

With the stress of moving Uhaul made it so much easier for us! I needed a UHaul last minute since my movers weren't able to provide a truck being over booked. My moving company was surprised that I was able to book a last minute UHaul on a Saturday. Friendly people and fast service! We are extremely satisfied!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Usually don't write these.. honesty was offended by the service and was not happy with how I was talked down to. The online system had many glitches, and after finally completing the mobile check in and leaving when it said I was ready to go, I got a call to come back to the lot. The internal system lagged so badly that even though I opted to to the contactless pickup and properly completed it on my phone, they made me come inside and ran my card for a third time. Still waiting to see if the charge went through multiple times.
