Based on using the app to save time was worthless as all info need that was all ready in your system, was repeated and the customer ahead in line couldn't figure out how picture & scan licence. To long to check in .Need to have 2 employees as checking out too rent equipment ?

I had to go into the store and wait in line because the mobile check-in I signed up for was not accepting my driver's license photo. So much for getting in quicker. On the other hand, check out was faster, but was not explained well when I picked up the truck.

Manager Jacob was helpful in resolving my issue. I would recommend that staff consistently inform customers that there is an app that needs to be completed for pre and post vehicle check in. However, an app is not applicable to all customers, since not every customer has a phone number that can receive an app. Even though I was not aware of any app, and no app requirement is mentioned in the contract, I had informed staff both before I took the truck, and after I returned the truck, of damage that did not have the clear x decal placed on top of it. The Uhaul records and system will show that no app was ever sent to the phone number that I had provided.

There were two agents when I entered the store. The gentleman stepped away and left the lady with several people waiting , she was a gem explained how everything worked and was extremely patient with an elderly couple ahead of me.l

I got penalized on a $15 rental with $20. All I did was turn the equipment in early. When I checked google it stated this location was open at 0700. I dropped off the trailer at 0715 and there were no employees in sight. I don't know what to say about this experience

Make sure you enforce the no smoking policy in your equipment. When I found my truck and opened the door I immediately smelled smoke. Not good! The truck walk around that you do on your phone I did not like. Someone should be there with you. Also why do you rent equipment out that has very little gas.

Ms Keisha provided Excellent Customer Service with a Smile, she went above and beyond to help the staff answer questions and provide options for pick up time that was convenient for me in such short notice. I left rope in the uhaul truck and without hesitation she went to retrieve it for me. I Truly Appreciate the kindness and help Keisha provided to me. I was overcharged xtra a day and a xtra day after your manager called and I informed him I was still unloading and would be late I was around2 hours late and informed him he okayed it and I was still charged if he was going to charge another day he should have let me know and not say it was ok and he would see me when I get there not he would charge me xtra day and xtra day of insurance I'm very upset that this happened I will report this and dispute it with my card

PERSON BEING TRAINED IS TOO QUICK TO TAKE OFFENSE TO THE MOST EVERY-DAY COMMENTS - ACTS LIKE THE CUSTOMER IS LOOKING FOR TROUBLE, BUT, AS A TRAINEE, MAKES THE TROUBLE HERSELF. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH WEIRNDESS IN A CLERK TRAINEE. AS A SUPERVISOR, I WOULD BE INCLINED TO SEND THIS PERSON PACKING BEFORE THE BUSINESS FINDS ITSELF PACKING.

I picked up a nail or screw in my tire, as I was pulling through the lot. I have no complaints, but maybe just do a quick sweep of the drive path, after customers pick up or return rental equipment? I did notice some metal debris on the asphalt, when the service rep was connecting the rental trailer to my vehicle. I picked up a couple of pieces of metal, as we were doing the visual check on the rental equipment .

entry and exit options are constricted due to the pathways being blocked if rentals are parked for staff and customers to inspect. need more space so returns can be dropped off easier and pick-ups don't clog one another.

I had the equipment for 3 days and the prices jumped near half a thousand dollars. It will financially cripple you!!!!! Especially in this pandemic with work being minimum. I went to talk in person everyday that I had the equipment and they didn't care. Every day, 3 out of 3 days I had open commutation and they still charged me $500+. I am financially crippled now. Horrible horrible if you are not prepared to pay a ton of money. I was expecting a call back on the second day but the lady didn't call me back as she told me she would. I recorded my conversation in my phone when I paid and they didn't care about my situation. Will financially cripple you!!! Cannot stress that enough!!!!!!!

Easier returns - I didn't have the receipt still in my possession in order to complete the return. I purchased a tarp when I rented a trailer but it was the wrong size for the trailer rented (it was the only size tarp available that day unfortunately). I did not use the tarp or even open the package. I do not need it but I don't want to return it for store credit either so I ended up keeping it.
