Yes again. All the people that work on this place are cool. This time, I had a pleasure of Anthony helped me grt my trunk rental. He was professional of picking what truck would work fir me to get. Thank you Anthony for your patience and for your great customer care services to me. I appreciate you very much.

Without exception, every person I spoke with or interacted with at UHaul was helpful, friendly, able to provide exactly what was needed, and did what they said they'd do. I had no problems. Considering how stressful moving can be, the entire UHaul team was reassuring and took away a great deal of the pressure from the move. I have been raving about UHaul to anyone who will listen and although I myself do not anticipate making another move, I would 100 % recommend UHaul to any family or friends. Thank you for making this move go so very smoothly.

Matthias WI RENTED THE SAME CARGO VAN, SAME DISTANCE, SAME SATURDAY, RETURN SUNDAY, AND USE TO BE APROX, $70 THIS ONE COST ME $102. WHY????? YOUR 0,89 CENT PER MILE IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, IT IS A KILLER. I WILL HAVE TO SHOP AROUND NEXT TIME.

Jason QI reserved a truck at the Pasadena location and they later called to say I had to go pick up in Glendale, which was out of my way. Didn't offer me a mileage discount, either. Not great business. The man who checked me in upon return was very friendly. I don't like the check-in process, however, having to look at teeny tiny pictures.

Kenneth BGive me a paper copy of my contract. After being told at check-in that all was good, I have a charge for gas. If I was told at the time about the gas, it could have been discussed then. AWFUL!

JOHN PHad a reservation at the Atwater location which they did not honor. Was told to go to the Glendale location for another reservation which they did not have. Ended up having to take a unrestricted vehicle. Horrible experience.

BINH NYour app did not work at all. I had to use the web version. Multiple calls to customer service and finally figured it out. Yikes
Daniel WThe truck I was assigned was far too old, it probably shouldn't be in service anymore. It had almost 165 000 miles on it, that's too many miles for a rental. The engine made a whining sound while driving, and the truck felt like it was struggling. My move went fine- but I felt like it was a risky situation.
