I did not have a problem with staff at either location. I did have issues with my reservation and lack of trailer that I reserved. I received a call 24 hours before I was to pick up a trailer to be told that they did not have one unless I wanted to drive farther to get one. I ended up having to get a truck because of this issue and am not very happy about it.

I had cigarette ashes in a cup holder and on the floor. Being a non-smoker was disgusted with the mess. Otherwise, the van was in excellent condition.

I placed a reservation online, and added a utility dolly to help with moving. I go to pick up the Uhaul and the young man who was behind the counter on 10/16/2020, confirmed my reservation and the utility dolly. Not only did I have to go around back and find my own uhaul, I get to my apartment and open up the back to find that there was no dolly. I've used this same uhaul location for years and never had an issue until now and I will not return to this location.

Employees were not friendly at all. Would not greet customer would not explain u-haul rental process and did not provide guidance to first time driver or large u-haul. Employee did not come out to check truck upon return and gave customer a hard time when the customer questioned employee not checking to make sure everything was all set.

Original order scheduled me a pick up in Greece 11 miles away. When you charge $.69 mile I had to call back to get a closer location. If I didn't I would have paid $12-14 just to get and return the vehicle.

Get the app to work for when you are turning in vehicles after hours. I couldnt take a photo but the employees took care of me the next day without issue.

Had a reservation set for 7:00. No employee showed up until 8:30. We sat in the parking lot for 1.5 hours. When the manager finally did show up to open the place he didn't offer an apology, discount for our time or anything. Once the truck got pulled around for us it was in horrible shape, gas tank on 1/4, severe damage to both sides, one of the clearance lights was broken off, and the brakes barely worked. This truck probably wasn't even road worthy. When I brought these concerns to the manager he looked at me said this is all I got take it or leave it. There was an almost new truck of the same size sitting in the lot as well. Very disappointed with the service and definitely will not be coming back. I understand things happen but at least be professional about it.

The trailer that I rented was a 6x12 when I drove the trailer home I discovered that the gate was only 4 feet wide and not 6feet wide like it should have been. I could not use the trailer for what I needed it for. I needed a trailer that was 6feet wide which is what I got but having the gate only 4 feet wide I could not load and unload my brand new UTV.

The van was totally disgusting and smelled like cigarette smoke. It clearly hadn't been cleaned in months, the worst I've ever seen. I asked the attendant if I could switch to a more clean van and he informed me, the other van was down for mechanical reasons and he would clean the van for me. All he did was clean the floor mats and brush the seat off a little bit. The rest of the passenger area area of the van was still very dirty. With Covid-19 in the world, I don't quite understand how you guys can not even clean your vehicles at all. It was very bad and unclean.

My mileage was way off I only drove about 15/20 miles max but got charged for over 30 I didn't check to see if the truck was accurate to what was on the contract. Aside from that everything else was fine

Your agents were very rude and changed there minds on what they told me when i reserved the truck.your agent told us if we needed to keep truck till our new house was closed it was $40 per day which i agreed.then they called threatening me with being arrested for keeping it. Had a 9:00 am reservation. Nobody opened the store until 9:30, and only bc I called corporate. Apparently MGMT didn't know beforehand? Was a little surprised at that, and it impacted my hired movers and me, financially and time-wise.

There was trash on the ground, but I also came in after hours. One of the entrances was a really tight fit to get in because of the way the trucks were parked. The return my truck process was difficult and very frustrating. I had trouble with verifying my location from my phone and it would not give me an option to just skip that step. I had to borrow someone else's phone to make it work. It would have been nice if there had been instructions for returning your truck if you don't have a working smartphone- I didn't realize that was a requirement for rental and I felt handicapped and helpless at the return stage, very frustrating.

When initially making my reservation, I requested a different location, as it was closer to where I was. I was called and was told that location was no longer available. I therefore ended up paying extra in mileage due to having to be rerouted. Why allow me to make a reservation at a certain location if a truck is not provided there? When I arrived to pick up vechile, your store was very busy and only one person was working. The truck I had had a check engine light on

The side mirrors could not be adjusted due to rust and corrosion. Even your agent couldn't when I returned the truck. It doesn't make for the safest drive. Other than that the truck, the truck was fine.

Had a 10:00 reservation... waited in line 36 minutes to get rental... unconcerned/unapologetic staff... I had plenty of time to get to know the other customers in line - most had 10:00 reservations also... your reservation system is flawed! Incompetentance at its finest... will never use Uhaul again. Will NEVER recommend....

When I picked up the van, both employees were not wearing masks. The passenger seat of the van was covered with either dog or cat hair and the rest of the vehicle was dirty as well including small pieces of broken glass in the cargo area. I have rented from here many times before and had a more positive experience.

To dispute the cosmetic conditions of the truck does NOT work. The adding photos feature is disabled. The pics the original truck absolutely does NOT match the current condition of the truck. Going back and forth to find the truck and walk all the way back to the drop box is counter-intuitive. Dropping off the truck via app left NO instructions on what to do with the key. I just left it inside the truck but that's usually not safe.

I signed up for the 24/7 truck share. Truck was where it should be, key was for a different truck. Also there was no appliance dolly, which I had requested. So I had to wait around for the store to open in order to get the right key.

I had a relatively quick in and out experience with picking up the vehicle I had reserved. The only improvement would have been an easier way to designate the line for customers. I happened to go during a busy time I suppose but all worked out well with the truck and the service.

I booked and reserved online with a guarantee the vehicle would be there at my pick up time. I get there and am told they have no 10 ft box trucks like I booked. They are over booked or people didn't bring the truck back. This is not acceptable as excuses for not having what I and other customers reserved. Online they quote $50 if your rental isn't there and I mentioned that. They asked about pushing off the rental from 11am to 4 pm which was not acceptable. After calling another location where no one picked up they magically found a box truck that I could rent?!? And 5 minutes later I was on the road. I will never rent or trust your company again. Other customers left empty handed too. They were told the location can't control over booking! You must fix this issue in the system or however things are going wrong. All of us were given a poor customer experience and that should mean something if you care about your brand and trust in your name.

Truck was filthy. Visible dirt all over seats, dash, even showing up on the photos I took of the odometer. Bobbypins with hair caught in them and a clothespin in the drink holder in the dash. Just disgusting! Many issues with the App - could not use App to return vehicle after hours. Found the store open but no one there at 7:18 pm. Employee arrived to lock up because someone left without doing so when they closed at 7. Very bad experience & will never rent from this location again.

I reserved furniture pads a week in advance, but when I picked up the truck I was told there were no pads available. This is a big deal—I care about my belongings. If I had known in advance I could have tried to make other arrangements. Very unhappy about that. The truck was fine otherwise. Still a good value overall.
