Very unprofessional counter help..Both guys..I actually heard the other guy not helping me come in from outside and say he was punch a customer..I reserved online ahead of time at one price but then they charged me more when I got ther..I ordered the 5 dollar package as well online..incase I lost my keys or needed gas.i also told the guy helping me but it was never added to my bill..I also asked for 6 moving pads they gave me 12 and charged for 12.The guy helping me had a negative personality..I just wanted to get out of there...The guy outside assigning trucks was courteous..when I arrived in san Jose they were very nice and fast

I was charged extra for mileage that I did not drive, as well as for damages that were already on the vehicle. After reviewing pictures of the vehicle at pickup, there were clearly minor scratches/dents/marks on the fuel tank of the vehicle. Your same employee inspected the vehicle when I left and brought it back and found no new damages. I was then charged for the damages, despite also having purchased the extra collision insurance. In addition, I was sent a second receipt charging me for extra miles--they added an extra 77 miles to my trip, that doesn't match their first receipt! Do not use this location.

I went in to get a uhual and i paid 50.14 my card was put on hold even after my boss paid the total and extra miles and gas. My card is still on hold and not released. If my boss paid it can i have my money released asap?

This location was poorly staffed. I made an online reservation in order to expedite the process, yet had to wait for 10 people in front of me to retrieve keys. Fortunately, their was a Uhaul worker, not from that store, that was picking up a vehicle to take to another store and she was assisting staff in helping customers. I was unable to get her name but she was amazing. In addition, I have several questions on what I was charged. I was charged twice the daily rate even when I returned the vehicle the same day during business hours. I am yet to be contacted by a representative to explain the charges.

I got charged for two 24hour periods, even though I originally booked for a period from 9pm until 9pm, and returned the van well before 9pm, just because the location at the last minute requested I pick up before 7pm... I had also reserved a furniture dolly when I placed my order online, which turned out to be unavailable when I went to pickup.

I signed up for the 24/7 truck pickup service, since I needed my truck at 7:30 am on a Sunday. When I arrived at the location I signed into my account to pick up the truck, but it said I had to wait for the store to open at 9 am. When I arrived at 9 and logged in again, it said my reservation had expired. I had movers at my house at 8 and they sat around for an hour (paid) because I couldn't get the truck.

The Manager “Suprada” was rüde & Unprofessional. She already had a hold on my card and had me pay the entire balance in addition to the 3 separate holds put on my bank card. I informed her that we were told the truck had to return by 7pm according to the main customer service office. She attempted to have one of her employees ignore my concerns and close me out. I refused, and demanded she call customer service. Once Customer service verified my 2 day extension she tried to charge me regardless. The customer service person reiterated that 7pm was the return time and not charge me for an extra day. This Hollywood location should be investigated for fraud. I am beyond upset and unsatisfied with this experience and will be informing my network of such treatment.

Systems down at u-haul. Long line of angry customers when I entered. More followed me. Unpleasant energy to add to moving day. No computers would work. Tried to use self-service which was laughably slow. Finally got van from guy at counter. Van I was given was smaller than the one I selected and dirty all over.

The overall service was good. Too bad there was a long line in the morning when we went to pick up the van. They seemed to have issues with their computers, though that may have been happening in all u-haul locations. The van was clean, perfect size for what I needed and the return was hassle free. Thank you.

The employees themselves were great and trying to make the best of a bad situation. However, I waited in line for almost an hour. My reservation was for 10:00 - I left around 11:00. I lost an hour of moving time and had people waiting on me. The computer system was apparently experiencing a glitch, although I am not sure what the exact situation was. I am actually considering submitting a ticket for some sort of discount. The entire situation was incredibly frustrating.

when we came to return our truck it took a long time to get into the driveway because people had just left returns wherever. Didn't seem to be much direction on what to do and very few people around.

The customer service is poor. You should have faster computers and more tellers to avoid customers standing in line for a long time. Both picking up a truck and returning it I and other customers had to wait in line for 45 minutes or more. Also when returning a truck, I was to receive a credit on my bill because the gas tank when picking up the truch wasn't filled to a certain amount and I was told that if I return it with a quarter tank or more that I will get a $34.00 credit or close to that amount. When I showed it to one of your service people when returning the truck, he said that if I want to credit I had to wait on that long line instead of adjusting by bill or honoring the credit outside. In addition, he was incredibly rude! When trying to explain what the teller said and after showin him my bill, he didn't want to hear anymore - said "I can't help. I wasn't there and I'm done." My experience wasn't good. My experience would be better if I didn't have to wait on those long lines and if you would accept my gas credit outside when returning the truck instead of making me wait on your long lines

You employee told me the tank of gas was short on being full when i specifically told him i had just put gas and got a full tank on it, He responded was oh well the little line has to be over this line but yours is right on it .so you short on gas Sorry we gonna have to charge you 10 dollars for gas Ridiculous

I visited the store on September 28th 2019 at 9am. We were told the computer's were running slow. There was line out the door. I finally made it up to agent Supatra Matos. She made an error in running my card and told me that it was declined. I went to the bank and there was no issue except for her not wanting to run the card again. I waited in line again and was there for 2 hours. I was over charged for the price of the truck so I came into the store to get a refund. I'm waiting in another long line and Jesus yelled who has a red lexus. I raise my hand and he says that I was blocking someone in. I was only parked in front of a hitch trailer and I was told to move because they needed the trailer...I went to look and no one got the trailer. Jesus shouted out that I need to move my car on the street in a rude way. Also when I made my reservations, I asked to reserve a utility dolly and the guy stated that I need to do it when i get to the store. Ofcourse when I get there there are no dollies...so my whole day was messed up because I had to move all of my things by hand which took me several hours longer than I expected. They are rude and have no regard for customer service I'm never coming back to this location.

It took over an hour to pickup the vehicle and over an hour to return it. Employees said the entire uhaul computer system was really slow, so despite having 6 employees (3 inside including management who was helping and 2 outside and a mechanic) when I picked it up Saturday morning the short line of people went extremely slow. I had to wait again outside as well after checking in. When I returned the vehicle Saturday afternoon there was only 2 employees and a 3rd taking a break. Uhaul trucks were returned in two lines that extended to Hollywood Blvd and blocked other people from even entering the lot. For some reason, nobody was moving the trucks to their parking spots. I was finally checked out and someone quickly parked all the trucks. I'm just not sure why they let 10+ vehicles stack up like that and block the entrance. Where was management in the afternoon?

The computer system was slow it took almost an hour just to rent a vehicle. The vehicle bed was dirty and full of grit, some of my furniture became scratched. At night when I cam to return the truck one of the employees said they where close and I would have to figure out how to return it in my own. He was very I had to go into the main office to ask what I should do they then told me to use the app. I also rented a dolly through the app but was told by one work they where all being used but was then told by another he would give me one but he never did. I was still charged for the use of the dolly. My name is Omar Zelaya and my bad experience cam from the uhaul located at 4550 Hollywood blvd, California.
