Sunday 10/13 The employee that was helping me in the shop was snarky and impolite. I believe William was his name. I had requested a van so when he pulled up with a pickup truck I kindly corrected him and requested for what I had reserved. He made a big deal about it and made me feel like I was being a difficult customer.

The gentlemen, William Peters at this location was awesome! He slipped me into a brand new cargo van & really went the extra mile! The truck check-in experience was an absolute cluster. They tell you to use the U-Haul app to check in & that was a joke. I attempted to work with the 24 hour U-Haul agents & that was ridiculous as well. I just wanted to get the keys into the lock box & go home. I called this branch twice this morning to make sure they got the keys & all is good. Each time, U-Haul reservation desk intercepted the call & took a message. Again, no response from this Kenmore branch. I called again & finally got a live voice at Kenmore. I will send an E-mail regarding this issue & an overcharge issue as well.

This is what I put on Yelp.com: I had a very well organized and efficient experience at this U-Haul location. I have used U-Haul in two other locations and this one was the best one yet! Very friendly and efficient and fast service. Yes I had to wait a bit because it does take "time" to get customers set up for their rental. It super made it faster because I filed on line check in and it was all just a snap when I went in to pick it up. In reading the reviews I was hesitant but I live right down the street and decided to use them anyway. I am so glad I did. In reading the reviews, I just wanted to say.... they have signs all over their location telling you there is no "on site" parking for your car. They are very helpful in telling you where you can park without any worries. I will definitely use this location again.

To pick up reservations on a Saturday morning is painful. The employees are friendly and great. The process is painful. The computers are SLOW. You are a large company and your network should be functioning better than it does. It really is inexcusable in this day and age.

Customer service is an oxymoron at this location. Cold and indifferent. My sister had called and gotten a quote for exactly the trip I intended to take, the price of which increased four-fold between the phone call and my presence in the building. NOT happy! I requested a dozen moving pads, which I paid for, and later found had not been supplied. As I was leaving the lot, a more senior member of their “team“ ran out and correctly attached the necessary chains. Thank goodness. When I attempted to call them about the missing pads, I had to endure a minutes- long advertisement for their other products, and then a ridiculously detailed phone tree, followed by the statement that I would now wait 5 to 10 minutes for a representative. Needless to say, I just hung up. I would strongly, repeat, strongly, recommend against the use of this location by any of my friends or acquaintances.

I just got a receipt for my rental return and it looks like I am being charged for the CDW coverage when I had declined that option. I noted this when returning the vehicle and also emailed about it and have not received a reply back.

Very understaffed for a Saturday at the end of the month. At 8:45 with 8 customers ahead of me I had to wait an hour to get served. It took 15 minutes to rent a reserved trailer. All in all it took 75 minutes to pick up a reserved trailer. There was a line of 10 customers behind me. Only 2 workers with a slow computer system.
