The only thing that comes to mind is the receipt looks as though it requires a digital signature but apparently does not. Little confusing. Also, I'm writing an on-line review to say how impressed I was by the Kirkland, WA group that went out of their way to line up a truck for me and were just an absolute pleasure to work with!

I am very Happy with the overall service. Chris is the best, and his colleagues who helped with buying some supplies and a Lady who explained the return process, overall made our move easier.

While this location followed through with what they could control our experience with UHAUL overall was HORRIBLE. The reservation process lacks logistical common sense and transparency. The reservation process tricks you into thinking you have what you need but is inconsistent and untrustworthy- even if you call customer service to confirm what you've reserved- they don't care. While customer service did follow through with multiple refunds for our inconvenience this wasn't after being mislead and feeling dropped (or be forced to more than was promised initially) only a day before we were set to move. We will avoid using UHAUL at all costs in the future.

The Kirkland, WA location was not my original pick up location. I wanted to pick up my vehicle in Redmond, WA and was called the day before to be told that they did not have Van for me there. I was not told that a Van rental was not allowed out of state and that I would need to change my reservation from a cargo van to a 9' Truck and that I would need to pick it up at the ARS FRESNO LLC 2501 NE 75th St Seattle location and had to be there before 2pm as they closed at that time. When I arrived at the Seattle, WA location, I was told that they did not have a truck for me and that I would need to go to the Kirkland, WA location. The manager at the Seattle location was very helpful and assisted me more than any other U Haul employee. I had to take another Uber to the Kirkland site where I finally received my truck.

In internet reservation, it was mentioned as Redmond, but pickup was from Kirkland.also i booked 17 ft truck 3 days ago, but later a day before the customer service informed me, it's not available. So looks like, the reservation booked are not accurate. May be you can show exact information for booking. If any reason / unavailability of vehicles, you can provide discounts on extra mileage traveled for pickups and dropoff.

Felt rushed to get into truck and move out of the way so next customer could be seen. Once I hopped in to the cab, it was filthy. There was spilled soda all over the center console, water bottles under the seats. The box reeked of marijuana. Needed to be cleaned more thoroughly.

The person who is in charge was rude (Not Tony). I actually had got different different rates from the agent over the phone and I was trying to explain and the response from the other person I felt was rude And ignoring.

I had to go to several questions at the time of puking up the vehicle even do all that info had already been submitted in the digital process, the unit wasn't very clean and had poor appearance. Before returning the truck, I refueled the truck past the level were it was when I picked it up and still was charged for gas when I got my receipt.

The truck had not been cleaned. There was food left in the midsection and it was absolutely filthy. Not even the steering wheel had been cleaned. The plus is that the check-in and check-out was done well

I called multiple times attempting to get a refund on an item I did not receive (dolly). There was no answer after waiting on hold 10 mins each time. Please provide more phone support. I never got the item and paid for it.

The office is very dated and dirty. The workers were grumpy and unpleasant. It's very unwelcoming in general. The truck itself was fine. I would avoid this place in the future if possible.

Since we're in the middle of a pandemic, maybe this could be also implemented: Contactless payments (Apple Pay) and signs that say all equipment wiped down with alcohol wipes and cleaned before renting out.

It wasn't anything with the location it was the fact that I got no email confirmation about the locations being switched. I looked through all my emails and I couldn't find a single email about the switch and am extremely frustrated at the situation

I made reservations at Lake Chevron for pickup at 12:30pm. Very disappointed to find out after reaching there to find out they don't have any idea about my reservation. You're customer service is very poor. Glad I don't have to deal with your company frequently 😀

We reserved via app but couldn't automatically pick up our van so we had to wait for customer service for a while. They had marked the fuel line above where it was actually fulled up to (marked 7/8 but it was between 7/8 and 3/4). They amended the contract but that too took time. Also tried calling customer service to extend our rental but were hung up on. Wound up extending via online chat.

Overall I had a really bad experience with Uhaul. They messed up my reservation causing me tons of headache trying to figure out an alternate solution and incur more costs and time.
