Location owner threw in the dollies for free. One appliance dolly, and one normal dolly. The appliance dolly was covered in dust. I shouldn't complain though because it was free. The inside of the truck windshield was covered in some sort of splattered liquid. The outside covered in bug guts. Would have been nice if they cleaned it. I get that U-Haul of Kirkland is the busiest in the state but the facility is terrible. Great location but it's so small and cramped. You can only make a right out of the lot. Help the owner expand. He works hard.

When you charge for a day you must allow a customer to keep the truck for a day. You people give a deadline of 4 hours which is totally unfair and ripping customers off, if that is a discount must be given.

I ordered the rig online, and when i went there it wasn't available. I was told to go into the building but even though the hours listed were 7am - no one was there. There was a frantic rush by the store to get someone there but that didn't occur until 8. I will say that once the store opened they were quick I was out at 8:11am.

When searching through U-haul web-site, it did not include another close location that has more trailers than this Kirkland location which has mostly trucks. When I asked about trailer availability the worker indicated that an alternate sie down the street had trailers.

The reason I'm a satisfied customer is due to the gal who helped me. I was very upset because there was a miscommunication. She apologized, stayed calm, and got me through the process .

I used your website to reserve the truck, and found it worked moderately well. However, there were a number of glitches that were irritating at best: 1) I tried 5 times to upload my licensees images (iPad) and they never “stuck”. 2) I d9nt th8nk c9mpletion of the form should be dependent upon typing in addresses multiple times; there should be better “auto-fill” 3) the check in system at the store was running poorly; similar issue with my DL, and signature panel. The workers there should not have to apologize because “ our system is slow all the time”. Not good for business. 4) I’d also suggest s better pre-rent walk-around protocol checklist. As someone experienced in rentals, I did my own walk-around and pictures, someone else may not think of that. Thanks for asking.

Right after i paid somehow I dropped my wallet at the store. I left and came back. They didn't re-run the tape(s) to see who picked it up. Someone who works there found and kept my wallet for themselves.

The location I booked to was out of business but was still listed online, I had to call and wait hours to speak to a customer agent, the first one was not at all help full. the second one was quite good. i had to visit multiple locations as a result of this and am very upset that I had to go through this and wasted hours of my day and also had to pay much more as the new location was far away. UPDATE YOU SITE TO REFLECT CLOSED LOCATIONS !!!

Called the store prior 3 4 days was told no cargo van went online and was able to book no problem the cargo van came in right at the time when I needed to pick it up took about 20 minutes just stood to the side and waited to pick it up was dirty inside looks like somebody smoked , did show it to the stuff they said don't worry about it you're not going to be charged they didn't wipe it or nothing I have allergies so was not pleasant the drive-in it on a hot day. The place is way too busy and it looks like they're more interested in helping people fixing cars the only very helpful person is the older gentleman

This location was great on the fly. Red Way in Redmond cancelled our reservation 30 minutes before our pick up time and Kirkland handled the last minute reservation transfer with ease.

I received a truck with only 3/8 of a tank of gas. Totally unacceptable. For fear of getting caught in traffic with an almost empty tank I fillied it to 3/4 tank a and returned in with over half a tank because thabks to my GPS I was able to steer around a 2 mile backup.. No refunds, nor discounts to make up for the gas. Next time I will not accept a vehicle that was practically empty.

While the truck was clean and ran well, the rear bumper had been previously damaged so that the ramp would not release correctly. This caused a significant delay in loading and required a road repair person to secure the ramp before the truck could be driven. This truck should never have been rented!

I rent from this location several times a year. But may have to look for another location. The inside of the truck was filthy. Garbage was cleaned out but cab had stuff spilled in cup holders and tray area was gross. Hand to hand wipes before I could start driving.

I had rented a 10' truck to move a piano and other items, not realizing it didn't have a loading ramp. The crew immediately helped me out by changing the rental to a 15' (with ramp), which luckily was available - on a weekend! Not too shabby!

I was asked to express check-in due to a high volume of reservations on the day that I was renting a truck. The website kept telling me I did not have a reservation. I had to contact the store several times before someone finally told me not to worry about doing the express check-in. At the time of pick-up, the people at the store were very well organized!

I used the van to move plants to my home. I drove 31 miles and was charged $25.00 for a few dead leaves in the back of a $19.95 van! It would take 3 minutes to sweep or 30 seconds to blow out the back of the van.!

Do not make guarantees that can not be kept.. Kenneth caused me to have to stay in a hotel after delaying my departure. The entire experience in the beginning was the worst, causing unexpected hardship and additional expense. I am drafting and will file complaints with the BBB, the AG Office and will also follow up with online reviews.

Did the online checkout while waiting in line. Finished and went to the rental to finish. Went to the counter and skipped the line to ask for the keys as instructed by the website. They told me they don't do online checkout and to go line up. I asked why I bothered to do online checkout then? They replied back that if I'm frustrated imagine how frustrated they are since they have to deal with this all the time. There's nothing they can do. So I had to wait at the back of the line again. I stead of saving time, it took twice as long to checkout. This is ridiculous.

The truck is really old. The gear is so old and hard I cut my finger trying to switch from p to d modes and vice versa. The “engine oil requires change” warning kept showing up. Equipment was clean though. This is an appointment that was rescheduled by uhaul 3 times, the last time just an hour before actual pickup as the store insisted on pickup during work hours only (8am to 7pm). I still scrambled and went in at 6:52 and my actual appointment was 6:45. The pick up guy was like “you are 7 minutes late”. He left my truck in the parking lot and went away as the store closes at 7 pm. They forgot my dollie. I really needed one to the point I can’t move without it and by the time I checked it was missing my family loaded some items into the truck. Walked 2 miles to the nearest Home Depot to get a Dollie which delayed my move by an hour. Could have been a smoother experience don’t you think?

The location was not the issue, it was the fact that I had made my dropoff location, Uhaul said it was ok, but moving day changed and they would not allow me to drop off at a 24hr site which greatly inconvenienced me since I had to be at work the next day.

Auburn store - very roomy, clean, nice atmosphere. Kirkland - glad to have a Kirkland location. But building is old, former gas station, and cramped. A less cramped building would be welcomed. BUT employees there gave excellent service.

This location has the strongest reputation. Basically, our family and others we know will only rent from this location.. Keep up this quality by supporting your staff!. Today was a short haul to pick up a new mattress and take it to our boat. We had a nearly new van, it was immaculate and road and drove well. We will continue to patronize this location!

I was super frustrated that I was offered and selected the option to "pick up my truck online." I sat in my car in the UHaul location parking lot, and followed all instructions on the website. I was then informed by the site that my credentials had to be validated by an agent- so had to proceed to wait in line for 15 minutes. I spent 10 minutes 'picking my truck up online'- which were all totally wasted. Then I was more angry than I would have been had that not even been an option at all.
