Lack of costumer parking. Being from out of state and not knowing the area, to show up and find no parking and being told to "go park on the street" is ridiculous. I found parking 1/2 a mile away and walked back before they would give me the vehicle keys. They are in a shopping center and should work something out for parking there.James B.
Staff is friendly and very helpful. They need to find a solution for washing vehicles as they are restricted from washing on site and many of the vehicles need to be washed.Gregory T.

Your online phone rental is incredibly complex and largely a joke. Luckily, after doing everything correctly online, the office at this location was open and my rental was made possible by totally nixing the online reservation. It's a pretty bad idea to be renting trucks to people sight unseen, anyway and that aspect should be abolished, though I realize it must be some attempt to stay hip or respond to competitors. After receiving keys from the office, my truck rental and return was flawless and easy. The online reservation took 20min and 7 % of my phone battery. A process that I will never repeat and if it became standard at uhaul, it would drive me to those competitors.ANDREW C.
The people here are nice and the equipment was fine. What I did not like was that it was impossible to reach them by phone when I needed to make changes to my reservation. I ended up having to be on the line with U-Haul for ages and the woman who finally helped me said that she was part of another company but ultimately it was all under the U-Haul umbrella so she reluctantly helped me. It was very difficult to make updates by phone.A. A.

The passenger wiper blade was shredded on the end. The tire pressure monitor came on about halfway on Both trips going and coming. Other than that everything worked great on the trip. The corporate office called me 2 days later to ask if I had returned my vehicle. It was at the location, I guess someone returned the vehicle but forgot to close the reservation or something.RICKY EUGENE A.

The right rear signal bulb was broken. Scary to change lanes on the freeway the vehicle behind me did not know I was changing lanes, could have caused an accident! The windshield on the inside was not clean, when driving in the sun or a bright light it was difficult to see through the windshield!DAVID F.

Availability of small truck made easy as service person listened to what I told him I needed. Very busy at this rental U-Haul location but staff worked proficiently through the busy-ness of it all. And when I returned the truck, Kenneth from U-Haul was immediately there to tell me know just to leave truck and no further paperwork necessary. Good service, all in all. Martha ThiryMartha T.

After using the van I filled it before returning it exactly where the gas level was and yet, I was charge. This is a ripoff. Its a shame and will never rent from uhaul again. How dare you for such. I have been renting a long time never have I been disgraced and ripped like that. Is it because of the covid? Or a new scheme? This is a shameRichard A.

Your 24/7 check in through the app and your website is AWFUL. I tried 5 times. It crashed over and over. 2 hours prior to my pickup I was texted and asked to upload my drivers license, which I did. Upon arrival I signed into the app where it again asked to upload my license. Strike 1. Then it asked for a contact, which I input. Then it crashed. I started over. It asked again for my license. And then again for a contact. I put the same contact I initially put it and it said I couldn't put it because of the phone number. Obviously it remembered from the previous session and through me an error. Strike 2. I minimize the app to get another contacts phone number, open the app back up and it crashes again. Strike 3. I start over. Go through the whole thing again, enter another contact, then get to a screen where it gives me a truck number. The truck isn't in the lot. I say cannot find truck. App crashes again. Strike 4...!? I start over. Go through everything. And yet again need a third contact because your app won't accent my contact 1 or 2. Strike 5. I again get to the truck screen and it's telling me to find the truck that isn't there. I say it's not in the lot and then it gets me to another truck. I located the second truck and then the screen tells me it needs to authorize me. It waits and waits and tells me to start chatting with a rep. I send 4 messages in 5 minutes and get no answer. Strike 6. Finally someone replies and says they cannot verify me. They give me no solution or reason. Strike 7. I give up and finally go inside. The attendant who is fetching vehicles doesn't know how to wear a face mask properly and has all of his nose and most of his mouth exposed. Strike 8. I finally am given a truck after being onsite for 30 minutes. I start driving and then the check engine light comes on. Strike 9. Three strike outs, inning over, horrible experience. I haven't been this disappointed with a rental truck in my life. You need a new app with engineers who actually know how to code. You need to maintain your vehicles better. You need to figure out how to not ask for the same information over and over. If I give you my license once that should be it. I'm now concerned with the protection or my Information in your system as you don't seem to know how or where it's stored. There needs to be better training for your workers on COVID protocols and what is acceptable and not acceptable. Also, no one asked me to review the truck, check for damage, no one told me about the gas or mileage. No one verified anything with me. Terrible service, terrible vehicles, terrible app, terrible experience.Kimberly M.
I need to preface, I've used this location many times and think overall it is great. However, my experience with the 2 gentlemen that were there when I picked up were the worst I've ever dealt with. They were rude to me when I got out of my car which is whatever, they were doing there job to make sure I wasn't just going to park in the way, but when my fiancÃ© asked them where she could move her car the guy was a fucking sarcastic prick. I work in hospitality and would never use the tone or say what he said, so unfortunately with that experience I will not ever use the Rose Hill location again.Ryan O.

Although the customer service was pretty good but uhaul could improve upon walking through a customer better if he/she is new to using a truck. The trucks although in mint condition could be tech savy like having backup cameras, Lane changing assistance and power windows etc to make it easier for customers to get comfortable.AKSHAY S.
