My reserved one way rental was apparently not there at the site. They just gave me customer care number to talk and figure it out myself. Seriously? This is what you mean by 50 $reservation guarantee? In the end I had no option but take a rental that I had to return back at the same location. It costed me 1,5 times of original cost, not to mention the extra headache of driving back, plus needing a ride back, and all the stress that came with this messed up reservation. And the 50 $guarantee? Didn't hear a word about it from the representative.Sandeep K.

After I checked in during my reservation time, I left the truck at the location for a couple of hours to drop stuff off that was in my car. When I came back to pick up the truck, I was told it was given to another customer. Luckily, someone else had returned a truck at the same time, but if that hadn't happened, I would have been very late to meet the movers. Luckily everything worked out fine but it's still scary to think of what could have happened. Otherwise, everyone at the location was super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location.ERIKA R.
This is the second time in a row that we were unable to rent via our corporate account. There's something wrong with your computer system. As those corporate reservations keep failing at the U-Haul office in Kirkland. Each time we have had to cancel the corporate reservation and do a regular purchase. As business owners, we are frustrated we cannot use our corporate account that problems. And it is taking us almost an hour each time to deal with the mess. Extremely unhappy and hopefully we will fix this before we use another company.SHAWNA H.

The online reservation process meeds some polishing, the extreme anxiety it created was no responsibility of Kirkland- they were great. My reservation was for a 15 ft truck at a given rate. When I arrived, there was no 15 ft truck & I was never notified of this. Additionally, the price for the smaller 10 ft truck was 100 $more. After calling corporate my price quote was finally honored, but I still only received a 10 ft truck. Of course this created extreme anxiety & I was unable to move my 300 $ladder to Oregon & it will need to be replaced.FRANK ALEXANDER N.

Location does not honor the 24x7 truck rental program and opting in it was of no use as I had to walk inside the store to get my rental. Haven't had this experience while using other locations.Prateek I.

Incredibly accommodating and helpful. I felt like I was in great hands. The site is a bit dated and lines can be pretty long if you get there at the wrong time. But ultimately I was so happy with my rental and the experience.David G.
1. Both your website and app cannot login. We had to ask help from your location staff. 2. Your staff was not polite. I reviewed the comments in Yelp before I came to the location so I knew the staff may be not polite. But I was still suprised by them. Please don't say "fuck". 3. I suggest you review the Yelp comments frequently. I'm not the first and surely not the last one to complain.JUN W.

The van bed had quite a bit of dirt. I was try to transport furniture so it got all over the moving blankets and then on my furniture upholstery... I wish the van had a broom or something to sweep it out.Joanne N.
There is very little parking, and it can be difficult to get in/out when someone is already in front of you with their U-Haul. The bathroom needs a serious cleaning. The staff were super friendly and helpful.ALAN S.
Great experience overall. Definitely appreciated the staff showing us how to open and lock the truck. It was our first uhaul experience by ourselves and it was really seamless. I'd use uhaul over Home Depot trucks or anything else any other day.Manan P.

I drove less than 20 miles. It had less than 1/2 tank when I started. I put 3 gals of gas to put the needle above 1/2 tank for return. After that I was charged for 2 more gals. So I burned 5 gals of gas for 20 miles in a 10 ft panel truck.Mark M.

I was told during reservation that there were no parking restrictions mentioned. As I needed to leave my vechicle during move. There is no parking allowed had to go 2 blks & leave my vechicle on the street. When returning Van was charged more than expected!Frances H.

Lack of costumer parking. Being from out of state and not knowing the area, to show up and find no parking and being told to "go park on the street" is ridiculous. I found parking 1/2 a mile away and walked back before they would give me the vehicle keys. They are in a shopping center and should work something out for parking there.James B.
Staff is friendly and very helpful. They need to find a solution for washing vehicles as they are restricted from washing on site and many of the vehicles need to be washed.Gregory T.

Your online phone rental is incredibly complex and largely a joke. Luckily, after doing everything correctly online, the office at this location was open and my rental was made possible by totally nixing the online reservation. It's a pretty bad idea to be renting trucks to people sight unseen, anyway and that aspect should be abolished, though I realize it must be some attempt to stay hip or respond to competitors. After receiving keys from the office, my truck rental and return was flawless and easy. The online reservation took 20min and 7 % of my phone battery. A process that I will never repeat and if it became standard at uhaul, it would drive me to those competitors.ANDREW C.
The people here are nice and the equipment was fine. What I did not like was that it was impossible to reach them by phone when I needed to make changes to my reservation. I ended up having to be on the line with U-Haul for ages and the woman who finally helped me said that she was part of another company but ultimately it was all under the U-Haul umbrella so she reluctantly helped me. It was very difficult to make updates by phone.A. A.

The passenger wiper blade was shredded on the end. The tire pressure monitor came on about halfway on Both trips going and coming. Other than that everything worked great on the trip. The corporate office called me 2 days later to ask if I had returned my vehicle. It was at the location, I guess someone returned the vehicle but forgot to close the reservation or something.RICKY EUGENE A.

The right rear signal bulb was broken. Scary to change lanes on the freeway the vehicle behind me did not know I was changing lanes, could have caused an accident! The windshield on the inside was not clean, when driving in the sun or a bright light it was difficult to see through the windshield!DAVID F.
