Returning the truck to this location was confusing to get to as the street access was not ideal. We got there right after it had closed and so we used the app to return the truck. It took several attempts for the app to upload the pics and before we could read the "key return" instructions the app closed and so we had to walk around the front of the building to find the key drop off. There was an employee that was just leaving that avoided any eye contact with us and was clearly not willing to provide assistance. We finally found the key drop off - but what should have taken maybe 10 minutes to do ended up taking nearly 25.

My experience was great up until my return of the vehicle. The price was a little higher than I expected, so I just wanted to check and make sure I understood what the rates were. Everyone up to that point had told me it would be $.79/mile, but the gentleman checking me out told me it would be $.89/mile. I let him know that I had been told differently by every other party, but he was rude and unapologetic about the mixed information. When I finally got my detailed receipt by email, I saw that I was indeed charged $.79/ mile, I had just forgotten that I had purchased the $10 CDW coverage. So no harm done, I just feel the situation could have been handled a little better. Apart from that interaction, everyone I worked with was very helpful and informative. The gentleman who helped me set up worked with me to decide what kind of vehicle would work best for my project. The team at the call center for scheduling was accommodating and helpful.

Make sure tires in better shape for customers mine had 1 almost wore out tire on right front and left rear tire had a split in casing. Was told it would be fine.

Took over an hour to pick up a cargo trailer, Benjamin was nice and did a good job but overall it took way too long. The location is too small for everything being picked up and dropped off. I’ve rented from Penske before and it took about 15-20 mins to get a truck checked out and on the road, if Penske offered trailers I would have went with them. Also, I called customer service and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was no help at all.

There were no pickup trucks for me to rent to tow a motorcycle trailer with my bike in it back home. I was forced to rent a 15' box truck that does not have tie downs in it. The truck was filthy and the front bumper was smashed in. The windshield had several rock cracks in it with stickers placed on them to say they had been covered for the damage, these stickers were right in my eye site and made the trip very hard as it impaired my vision.

HELPFUL AND MAKE THINGS WORK The bountiful store had their system completely down and they were still writing contracts and taking photos of ID's and cards to get people out the doors. NOT just making excuses. They did WHAT THEY COULD to make a bad situation work. They did not just act helpless and be rude like the women I spoke to on the phone. and I am a woman. not a woman hater. I expect more from a company like this

The truck was clean but smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. I wish Uhaul would just charge a flat rate instead of all the fees and mileage cost. I found these off-putting and misleading. The staff were very helpful and polite. Thank you, David Porter

It was perfect. My truck was ready on time, no hassle, friendly and quick service both when i picked the truck up as well as when i dropped it off. I would definitely use this location again and recommend it to my friends and family out anyone else who is looking at renting a truck.
