Windshield was very dirty but other than that the truck was ok. Very helpful employees at this Uhaul. Have used now three times with really no complaints.

I'm going to assume that I came at a very busy time on a day when they were understaffed. I was out of there very quickly and emailed turn in papers in about 10 minutes. I was pretty sure there wouldn't be any issues on my end but I didn't leave certain that everything was totally taken care of. I only saw one guy out in the lot and he was working very hard to get things moving. Inside there was at least 3 desks open and about 8 people waiting. It was pretty chaotic… but like I said… perhaps with the staff they had this was a hurculean effort.

The problems I had were on my end, as this was my first time ever dropping of a Uhaul trailer. For some reason, I couldn't find the entrance to the place. Once I did notice, I laughed as it was pretty obvious. I suppose it's easy to overlook certain things though during your first time driving in the City. I don't think there's any improvement to be made, this Uhaul location seemed top notch and the employees were helpful. 10/10

People here had half there parking lot unusable because of a crane doing sign work, but the guy there working came right out and was extremely helpful on getting me checked out and out of their. Good guy.

Fix the key drop box to easily handle paper contracts as well as keys. I had to use a tool to push the contract into the drop box.

I was charged a $60 “rent” fee when I wanted my pod immediately, I was required to wait several weeks. When I got my pod, I noticed that my desk had been damaged because there was a nail protruding from the floor, that I did not see because there was paper lining the floor of the unit.

I only use the trailer for a short time but I never Had to put my hands on it to hook it up or unhook it you're very courteous and very fast

I didn't mind that it was mostly set up via online/the phone, but I paid for a dolly and wasn't told that I had to go in and grab it. I assumed it was in the back of the truck which was my mistake. However, when I messaged the location (multiple times) asking them to just refund the charge for the dolly beings they didn't give me one, nobody responded or reached out or helped resolve this. I was also confused by the fuel logging and think I paid more than I should have for fuel? Probably should have just spoken with a real person from the beginning.

Tell employees not to lie to customers. I called to extend a truck 1 day and they had issues on there end with computer and so the lady told me there would be no charge after being on hold for almost an hour. Just to told I'll get a call from the rented facility, was never given a call by an employee just an email saying pay or go to collections.Now I'm being taken to collections. Over $33 dollars.

The employees have attitude problems. We were waiting for our trailer, and one guy with a little rat tail for hair yelled, “blue Toyota, move your truck! You're in my trailer lane. Move the truck!” My parents started laughing as it was utterly light-hearted, and rat tail boy yelled, “don't laugh; it's not funny!!!” with his pouty face. The man who was helping me wasn't any more pleasant, but he did calm him down and informed him we were renting a trailer. It was 10 am, and the guy helping me was freaking out about when we would be returning it. I figured since the rentals are 24 hours, I would bring it back in the morning around nine, so we didn't have to rush unloading the metal roof I purchased. But he was rude and demanding that we needed to bring the trailer back before they closed that day. After I started questioning everything, he adjusted my contract to 9 am the following day. Once we got outside to start hooking up, my Dad touched the side of the trailer to try and help, completely unaware that we couldn't touch the trailer, and he jumped down my dad's throat, “DONT TOUCH THE TRAILER!!” My brother comments on everyone having an attitude, and the Uhaul employee stands up and says, “I can cancel all of this right now if you have anything to say.” The employees here have some god complex. A man was waiting who had an issue with his Uhaul breaking down. Uhaul came to service it, but it didn't work. He had to take all his items out of the Uhaul and move them to another. This man got charged for two Uhauls. He was waiting the entire time I was being helped. The GM finally came out of the back as I was paying, and you could feel her attitude as she walked by. Like she did not want to be there at all. Maybe everyone is butt hurt because the property is in an extremely poor location, and they have no space to effectively do their job without jumping down people's throats who are just trying to rent a Uhaul. Terrible experience for sure!

I broke my leg unloading the uhaul, so someone else returned it for me . I was charged another $126. Maybe for gas? I don't know.. was not able to have it an extra day to unloading since I broke leg. That part was unhelpful.

We had a reservation at another location but when we arrive to pick up they told us that they didn't have the trailer we reserved and tried to give us an open trailer instead of the enclosed one we reserved. We contacted this location by phone to confirm they actually had product and they were able to physically verify that they did. We paid more for a larger unit since they didn't have the smaller size. It took an additional 3 hours to go from place to place. Time is valuable and the original location should have notified us prior to our pick up time that they didn't have what we reserved.

Every time I've been to this location, wait times have been very long. This last time, we waited in line for 20 minutes and watched the owner count inventory instead of helping get through the line. It seemed like there were lots of workers around yet only 1 or 2 on register. I will recommend another location where we were helped and acknowledged almost immediately.

This was the second site I was sent to after confirming reservation at a site closer to my home. When I arrived to the initial site, my reserved trailer was not there at the agreed upon time. While this was not a big deal, it did cause some inconvenience and extra stress.

I was told at my rental location (which was close to my home and different than my pick up location which was 40 minutes away) that I pay when I DROP OFF the trailer. The gentleman was well aware it was a ONE WAY RENTAL to Salt Lake City. When I picked up the trailer (in Renton Highlands) I was asked "how would I like to pay?" I explained I was under the impression payment was done at drop off. Because this information was given to me at my rental location I did not bring the credit card with me that i wanted to use. The young man at the pick up location then told me "it will be a pending charge" and I can then use my preferred credit card when I drop it off in Salt Lake City. Once I arrived in SLC at my drop off location I spoke to the young lady and asked if I could change my payment method (which remember TWO different locations told me i could do it). She then informed me that I couldn't do it because I paid when I picked up the trailer. Obviously I was given wrong information. This is very disappointing. My rental was just under $700 and I ended up having to use my debit card WHICH I DID NOT WANT TO USE. Although the employees at all three locations were very helpful and friendly, there should be a consistent level of knowledge regarding rental policies AT ALL LOCATIONS.

There was a male staff member that seemed abundantly annoyed that we were there to return the trailer. He yelled at us when we drove into the parking lot, complained the whole time that whomever installed the trailer did it incorrectly and then proceeded to berate us when we asked if we needed to go inside for a final check out. He was extremely and unneccesarily rude and unhelpful.

The guy that checked us in was rude to me and several other customers over parking. Then proceeded to give me the most trashed car on the lot after I called him on his crap attitude. Usually my experience is excellent. This guy should check himself.

It was a really busy day at this location, however the staff handled things well. I observed how others were being treated while I was in line and staff was patient. I had the gentleman in the cowboy hat. His positive and upbeat attitude helped.
