You need to put more staff at this location. They are unable to answer the phone because there is a constant line of in store customers. Your call center is completely worthless and unable to assist with anything so it is impossible to speak with anything about simple things like scheduling without being there in person. You guys are the worst. I’ll use Penske or anyone else in the future rather than risk a repeat of my last experience.

My reservation was not available for the time UHaul confirmed. I had my entire day planned around the confirmation from you. Then talking to customer service on the phone they hung up on me. It was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

We use this location often and have always found the staff efficient and helpful. But there was only one person working the desk on a busy Saturday... the other person was a Trainee. The one person working the desk was great...but we ended up having to change our pickup time to avoid the very long wait.

Convenient location but WAY Understaffed! Employee working was excellent. Very nice and helpful and as efficient as possible, but he was basically working by himself with a "trainee" and was overwhelmed. Waited 30 Minutes in line. That location needs at least 2 more employees working on a Saturday. Hire some more people!

Very disappointed. I reserved a truck in Framingham ma not Natick ma. I went to Framingham location on Sunday @8am and my reservation had been redirected to Framingham and they didn’t open till 9 am. The redirect was inconvenient because fracas very close to that I walked to the location and also they were open longer 8 to 6 pm. Which was what I needed. I could have reserved at other locations but I chose 105 Hollis st Framingham because of convenience and proximity. I did get an email letting me know of my reservation in Natick but I did not see it until sunday. Very disappointing even though Natick was only 7 miles away. I even went to Framingham location the day I made the reservation to confirm and spoke with a gentleman and he was able to bring my confirmation number and that everything was ok. Same gentlemen was there when I went to pick up truck and he remembered me he looked up my confirmation number and that’s when we both found that my reservation had been redirected to Natick. He apologized and I understand it was not his fault. The fault is at headquarters someone should have contacted me by phone to let me know

XXXX. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. XXXX. Went into the store to reserve a 9 ft cargo van 3 days before we needed it. Took our reservation and told us we could pick it up at 2 pm that Saturday. Arrived and were told they had cancelled our reservation and there were no trucks available!! My husband was pissed!! They blamed it on the fact that another customer had not returned on time and there was nothing they could do about it...told us to come back at 6 and they would have one available. Because of their horrible reservation practices we had to delay the move to the next day, pay for a night at a hotel and miss a day of work'!!! Horrible business, WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN-I don’t know how they are still in business, STAY AWAY. I thought for the aggravation and inconvenience they would comp us some miles or even cover our gas $$—ATROCIOUS!!

To continue my story, when I told the Natick employee the issue with the mileage, he said the Malden location should had handled it, there was nothing he could do about it, and he had already emailed me the receipt. Oh, and to top it off, I was charged an extra $10 for cleaning. Cleaning what? The pads that you guys rented to me? There was no dirt, no liquid spill on the truck, nothing left in the front seats. That was a cheap, last minute move to charge extra. Will definitely not use Uhaul again and will not recommend to anyone.

Their customer relations sucks and they overcharge, I booked a $19.99 special, spent two and a half hours, drove 21 miles and was charged $95 (oh yes, and the car was not full when I took it, I told them and they said they would note it, but they did not). Worst Uhaul experience yet.

Waited for almost an hr in line. Rental process and paperwork needs to be made simpler and faster. Out of 3 people at the location one was wrapping blankets and restocking shelves when clearly there were enough supplies on shelves and he could have used his time move the wait line. BTW, the computer system and program seemed antiquated as well.

Have people ready to receive returns. 3 people were waiting to speak to an agent while two agents were ingrained speaking to one customer. Streamline that process and have someone receiving returns or at the very least or a floater who can address immediate concerns. HORRIBLE experience all around. For the price that is paid you should go to Ryder or Penske EVERYTIME

UHaul said I had to go to another location to pick up my trailer - about three hours roundtrip. I refused and asked for a larger box in Natick. Why would UHaul force me to travel so far when I made the reservation about six days ahead of time, and you confirmed that I could pick it up in Natick.

It’s kind of unfair that the meter is running while I’m fussing with the app - taking and uploading pictures, etc. I felt like I had to rush because it took 15 minutes from the time I checked in until I was on my way. Consider adding time at the end of the rental. This is not a huge deal but you may want to make a change. Thanks!

1. My reservation was changed ("updated") three times by UHaul in the three days before my pick up date. What is the point of a "reservation" when UHaul changes the time and location of pick up, and size of truck?? Change of pick up time and location is not acceptable. 2. Uhaul website does not work correctly, e.g., it put through a reservation when I returned from reading 1 of the 2 required documents, without me acknowledging I read the required docs..

Poor customer experience! I am providing this feedback regarding the rude treatment I received from Mason Souliere on 05/07/2019 at your store. It began during the long wait time, so much so, that I began an electronic check-in to mitigate the wait. Although I ordered the truck, insurance and furniture pads electronically; Mason decided to add a dolly. When I returned the truck, I mentioned this to Mason - that adding the additional item as a business practice is unethical. I did not order the dolly in my electronic business transaction...then, why would he add it. I didn’t need it. Mason began arguing with me, raised his voice and shows no concern about the poor customer interaction. I explained to him that I’m a retired marketing executive, that I measured the customer experience for over twenty years. Mason stormed away. Additionally, when we returned the truck, there was NO employee at the front of the store. This was very confusing. I hope that the management of customers, who are not simply consumers of your service is important to you. Clearly, Mason needs mentoring and coaching. I called yesterday to file a formal complaint. I am expecting a call back from a supervisor within 72 hours. I took meticulous notes ana will share them with the supervisor. I plan to reach out to Edward J. Shoen and John C. Taylor since the experience was so egregious!

I drove truck to the Natick location was told that I could just hand over the keys and I was OK to leave. Even when I asked for some kind of receipt (that truck was in perfect condition, and tank was full), the personnel said no receipt is given and that I would just receive an e-mail from UHaul. This seems inadequate. I still have heard nothing by e-mail (almost 48 hours later) that indicates I returned truck properly. Is this OK??

The CSR that helped me was courteous, professional and very helpful. When I returned the truck there was a line of 5 or 6 customers. The same CSR was dealing with a big problem. He maintained professionalism & a calm nature. He shouldn’t have been put in this situation. Another older man was “training”. This trainer, easily could have taken some initiative. At least taken us, who had keys to return. Give the CSR at the Natick, MA on 4/14 a raise, acknowledgement, something!!!

Three people were working at the front desk when I came in to pick up the uhaul but only one was helping a customer in front of me. I had to wait for that customer to be done and then the same employee helped me. I don’t know what the other two were doing behind the counter but they could have helped me and had to out of there faster. Also I asked about dropping the uhaul off after hours and they told me to put the key in the drop box. They did not explain the check out process online that luckily I figured out before I put the key in the drop box because I had to upload multiple pictures to the website.

I have already commented on how magnificent Arthur has been to me (and undoubtedly many other clients), but it is a delight as well to collaborate with Mason (who I understand is the new district manager). You need to eliminate the self evaluation to get the truck. Someone needs to show you where the gas filler is and check the mileage plus any unusual features. Also show you where the damaged areas are.

To be perfectly frank, Arthur (whom I believe is the manager as well as a direct customer service person) is without a doubt the most outstanding person at UHaul (and perhaps even at any business) that I have ever dealt with. I have rented from this location on quite a few occasions in the past months due to a move and, quite frankly, I don´t know how I could have handled everything without being able to count upon his unflagging reassurance and attention as to how I could get the best value available. I think it shows that he has learned that the best relationships with clients are those in which a sort of connection is formed between the client and the vendor. I cannot recommend him enough.
