When I initially booked the rental truck, it was confirmed. Then I received a call from the faculty canceling my reservation because it turned out they didn’t have the truck I needed available. Then I received another phone call re-confirming, then I got another call canceling. But wait, I’m not done. I received yet another call re-re-confirming my reservation. Long story short, happy ending, I got the truck I needed. People that worked there where quick and very helpful.

Location is a bit crowded and we had the truck that was in the back corner. Several trucks had to be moved to get to our truck. On top of that, the truck cabin had empty juice bottles and dirty cup holders. Overall, I wasn’t too unhappy, but things could have been better. One last thing, I was not given my furniture pads that I had already paid for. Had to go back to get them.

Everyone was very helpful. Just need to work on monitoring the line at the registration. I was politely standing a line for over 20mins while people were all over the store and cutting in front of me, which i was challenged to identify if they were workers or customers, to find out that they were customers. Probably creating only one line for all cash registers would be a better idea. This way the next available register person will call the next customer in line. And not the next one who was standing randomly by their register.

They’re wayyyyyu over priced. Enterprise doesn’t charge you 69 cents per mile and they have better trucks for moving without the extra costs. They claim they’re the lowest price but they’re a rip off I’ll never use Uhaul ever again.

Nowhere to park your car on premises to finalize rental They would not help to load car onto carrier or even allow you to do it yourself on the rental property so I had to do it on the busy street in front of U Haul.

It seemed clean at first look but then I noticed there were a lot of dead bugs. I happened to also bump into the center console and apparently there is an ash tray with popped out. It was full of old buts and ashes which made the truck smell for a bit. Not really terrible but a bit more cleaning would be good. The employees are all really nice and helpful though so I'm sure if I had noticed before leaving they would have cleaned more. One girl did wash the windshield before I left.

customer rep's are not trained well with contracts, they get an attitude when we dispute problems. reservations not fulfilled, have to wait in line 2 hrs to get equipment with reservation.

Besides the location switching an hour before my reservation to a much father location then before it was fine. I also had SEVERAL poor experiences on the phone with my reservations and trying to get help. I can't imagine I will ever be using U-haul again.

I thought the people there were nice and made the process very easy. What I did not like was having to go around the truck and deal with all the little dings buy taking pictures and uploading them. I really didn't have time for that and that shouldn't be my responsibility.

The gas tank they told me was on a quarter it was not on a quarter it was half of a quarter I paid for a refrigerator dolly they never put it in the truck by time I got to the site I realize that and have it sent me into guys had to really put work into get the fridge and the washer and dryer in the truck

I bought couple of mattress protectors, I didn't get them when my driver went to pick up the truck. I will recommend to look throughly into the order so this type of things do not happen again. I didn't have time to go back and pick them up. So, I had to improvise.

I was charged double and when I told the worker who was ringing me up he said I wasn’t . I had to ask for a print out of my receipt and go over it and go back to the location and show them they charged me for 2 days instead of 1. It made my whole bill double. I didn’t even get a apology after they realized I was bill double. They made me feel like I was bugging them

This location is dingy and understaffed. However, the employees present were friendly and efficient, but it takes time to rent equipment, and having two people in front of you can mean you are waiting for a half an hour to start *your process. I rented a trailer for over a week because I have a weird move, and I asked how flexible the return date was. The clerk said to call if I was bringing it back early, but it was no problem to keep it as long as I wanted. As the as the projected return date approached, some pushy person from the store kept calling to return the trailer, because somebody else wanted to rent it... But it was already rented, and making money. They wanted to cut my rental short to rent it to somebody else? Then corporate called me to return the trailer but when I said I was still using it, they eventually said I could also keep it as long as I wanted to. Again, somebody from the store kept calling me to return the trailer. I rented online, and you obviously have my payment information, so what's the problem? When I originally reserved the trailer, I was sent to another location, then that location lost the trailer that I had reserved and y'all sent me to this place, so this obviously is a way that you do business, Why were you asking me to return the trailer that was making money for you? I think you guys need to get your customer interaction act together. Your people jagged me around with this rental. I've always used U-Haul equipment to move, and I have moved a lot. Stuff like this makes me wonder what my other options are.

This location and it's employees are awful. I called ahead of time to confirm I could park my personal car at the location while I had the truck out. When I showed up 10 mins later in my car they told me that I couldn't park there and that they never spoke to me in the phone telling me I could. Other issues were I used the 24/7 rental service by checking out using the app on my phone. My order had 10 furniture pads, but they were not in the truck that I was assigned to take. Luckily I showed up during business hours so they could get them from the stock room but if I had been to the store location after hours my order would have been incorrect and unfixable. This is a HUGE problem that you need to resolve. Lastly; another problem with the app is although I filled the gas up past the amount it needed, and provided a photo as the app instructed it still charged me for gas, as if the amount wasn't correct. The staff on site could not correct it, do the charge had to go thru in full, and I will have to wait 2-3 days for a refund for the gas amount to be refunded. So to start I was blantantly lied to, then upon return I was robbed of the gas money. Terrible, terrible service from start to finish.

Thought trucks would have key fob locks. Every time i needed to put things in passenger side i had to keep going around to driver side to open other door. No door lock on passenger side?? While i had to load items in the rain at time. Got soaked. Great experience with reservation in store :)

First of all I reserved the truck two days in advance and when I arrived at the location at 7:00 am I was told that my truck was not there so the manager called the customer that has rented the truck and the didn’t have an asset to the manager. So the manager was calling other location to see if they have a truck available which one one location had it and it was 20 minutes away from me. So another u-haul guy called and very calmly said I can have your truck by11:00. What kind of bull... is that. There is a reason why I reserved it at 7:00. This is not the first time it happened to me. My advice to you is... maybe you don’t care. Is make sure you have what you offer..by the way thanks for the discount on the rental which is appreciated. But this incident cost me to get yelled at by my customer.

The entire car smelled of cigarettes which made it very hard to bare. The passenger door was broken and could only be opened from the outside which was very annoying. The trailer was not put on propoerly from U-Haul causing me to be dragging a chain for over 40 miles before a passing car told me of the issue. Overall I am very upset with this experience

Parking situation is horrible. You need to make some provision for customer parking. Also, the UHaul app you use made me and other customers uncomfortable because the people working there (who were very nice and helpful - no complaints there) were photographing our drivers licenses on their personal phones. It is inappropriate for that personal information to be kept on their phones. Even if your app makes provisions for that, it can be bypassed and even if it is not being bypassed, it makes people uncomfortable to see this use of technology. Just scan licenses directly into your computer terminals if you need them. You don't need all the details of the licenses. Just license number will do.

My original booking was double booked with another customer. I got offered another van and got to the point when i was ready to drive away, then to be told that van was also for the other customer, so i had to go through the whole process again with a different van. This took a significant amount of time out of my booking allocation. I also rented a utility dolly and was provided with one that was broken. I wasn't offered any compensation or extension of time at all

The 10-foot truck that I rented had problems with the ignition key. It took three or four minutes each time I tried to turn the key to the on position. I had to jiggle the steering wheel and the key 50 different ways before the key would finally turn.

Another location took my online reservation for a Sunday but, based on other Yelp! reviews and my own experience, they aren't even open on Sundays. Unacceptable. This location transferred my reservation over to them and provided me with a vehicle promptly upon arriving.
