I have used this location before, but this time it was a sad story. My car parked at your facility was broken into and vanderlised. Unfortunately, it started raining early that morning and the car was soaked in water. Who will fix the car and who will pay for the items carted away from my trunk? More sad as the manager admitted that the facility camera doesn't travel as far which means my car was in a blind spot.ISAAC A.
This entire experience was the worst I have ever had with U-Haul! Once this move is complete I will seriously consider other options in the future! It took days to get the problem resolved and even at that point I felt like I was being a pain to get U-Haulâ€˜s problem fixed. I should've received a full refund for this entire experience!ADAM B.

Better maintenance. Check to make sure all headlights, taillights, brake lights, signal lights are working for night driving. I rent a truck because the taillights were not working could not even move what need to be moved that night. Then you charge me far rental that I could not even use.REBECCA J.

You can start by retraining your employees with some people skills. I went to pick up Sunday morning and I was treated rude he basically raise his voice at me because I asked a question about an employee number in. and then he asked me lotta questions that had nothing to do with the rental, I told him the tire was really low and he said what do you want me to do about it you can go put air yourself or we can cancel the contract.I don't appreciate being treated that way I would've just walked out.albert M.

Returning was a nightmare with the after hour service. I was on hold 3 different times over 20 minutes was disconnected when someone finally answered I was on hold over an hour. I felt terrible leaving the trailer without knowing it was checked in yet but j couldn't wait around for 2 hours for someone to assist me. I have a rental that I'll be doing next month and just hope it goes well returningCorina M.

I had so many problems with getting a truck. The location pick up changed 4 times and have the messages with proof to back up my statement. I was charged more than what I was told. I'm not happy with U-Haul at all. Would not recommend or ever use this company in the futureAlma M.

The checking in was no problem, the truck drove fine & the AC & radio worked fine. But inside the cab & inside the back of the truck where you load your belongings was infested with ants! I had to spray Raid everywhere. Upon checking the truck in on the app it kept rejecting my photo of the mileage & gas. I had to call roadside assistance for help because they'll charge you $20 for improperly checking in the truck. I would probably go to another location in the futureSHANNON J.

your mileage rates are horrible/outrageous. I rented a cargo van for 19,99 only used for 3hrs to transport balloons to an event venue close by and was charged approximately $52. I only traveled from Galena Park to Pasadena but your mileage rate is extremely high. Don't plan on using U-Haul anymore. The staff at this location was professional though.Daniel R.

I had a reservation for a truck and a trailer. I picked up the truck one day and picked up the trailer the next day, I was charged twice for the trailer without explanation and it took at least a week to refund my money after multiple calls to customer service because the location doesn't answer the phone.Justin J.

No one indicated I had to check vehicle myself and that there would be a $20 service fee for dropping vehicle off early and putting keys in drop box. Called in and Ron helped out though. He waived the fee as he knew I had been there prior. Also he helped with refunding the $20ARNULFO G.

The kid had headphones on the whole time and wasn't even slightly helpful. His boss seemed just as incompetent. It was a complete 180 from the Uhaul in Lafayette. Where the staff was helpful and seemed to actually care.JOSEPH GLENN W.
