The person working outside to give us the equipment we rented was very uninterested in doing his job and upon returning of the equipment we waited where the signs say to wait for an employee but he never came. We had to go inside to find him sitting in a chair either sleeping or zoned out.

I was 3 hours over ny return time and I was charged for an extra day. Very upsetting. No leeway or help just sorry “nothing we can do” I rent very often from this location and upset no consideration. I will most likely buy a trailer and not be nickeled and dimed like that.

I rented an advertised 6x12 trailer online but the ramp was just 5x12. I couldn't use it at all and I ended up paying 47 dollars for nothing. You should warn the customers about this detail.

when i picked up the trailer it was dirty but i did not worry about it as i wasn't going to harm what i was hauling. Upon returning to another facility it had self checkout. I answered honestly that it was dirty and needed cleaning. I was then automatically charged 15.00 cleanup fee. I feel i was taken advantage of.

The guy at the front desk was horribly slow too talkative of none sense and had many people waiting for over ten minutes tops for something that would take no more than five minutes

As I returned the vehicle to the U-Haul location in Perrine Fl, the young guy who inspected the vehicle was VERY unprofessional. He was talking on his phone while inspecting the vehicle. Several times mentioning himself smoking marijuana to his friend. He was younger , latin. This location is the worst for customer service.

Originally had reservations for 7 pm at another location in homestead, was called the same day of the reservation around 2 pm to advise that the location wasn't going to be open at 7pm and that they didn't have a truck available for the time I requested, which was 24 hours. I then asked the representative to change the reservation to another location that did have the truck available, and was told to be at the Perrine location by 5pm. When I arrived at 4:58pm, doors were locked and we were told to come back the following day. I needed the truck for that night as I had reserved an elevator in my apartment building to move. Had to complain and ask to speak with the general manager to be let inside the store. (Same thing happened to another customer that arrived at the same time as I did) Not a great experience but at least I was able to rent the truck.

The gas gauge was below what was indicated on the contract , we took a picture & showed it To service contractor upon return of the truck However nothing was done , we were told we should have sent the pic via email . Talk about passing the buck !!!!!!

The manager was very nice, but the Spanish gentleman that helped us with hooking up the auto transport was very rude and disrespectful. He didn't speak much English and should not be working with the public.

The Representative that assisted me with the check out was very unfriendly made me feel that I was intruding on his time. No pleasentries at all. The gentleman that assisted with the hook up however was very nice and helpful.

First they hooked up a car dolly that looked new and then all of the sudden said no that's the wrong one. They then pulled an old junk looking one around from back to hook it up. Asked if can switch because of poor condition of one they put on and they would not do it. I was forced to take dolly due to no time to spare. On trip I had a blow out on dolly tire and was stuck for hours in middle of no where. I had to have a friend bring a spare tire to me. I finally made it home after a long night. When returning the dolly the next day I was not able to get my spare tire off and had to leave it on dolly. Called uhaul to tell them what happened and was suppose to be contacted for refund and still that ha snot happened yet. Very poor customer service and over all experience

I arrived after my requested time to pick up trailer and was surprised that they had rented it out to another person. They did give me a comparable trailer so all was not lost. They were friendly and got me on the way rather quickly. The tech that loaded and unloaded the trailer was great. He had a problem separating the trailer from another one, but did so while keeping a professional and upbeat attitude. He needs to be commended.

customer service was horrible, I already e mailed the GM Juan Nishi who gave me a weak response back, no surprise, tone at the top, his lack of customer service is evident in all the employees there. Truck was old, 125K miles had visible damage all over, not safe to drive, was not cleaned properly, no check of vehicle before I left, just told me 'keys are in the cab', the guy who checked me in after waiting 20 min with no one at the desk at all, was miserable! No eye contact, had to swipe my ID 2x suspect...he would never work for me, he was absolutely the worst !

Employees at the store were extremely rude. When I asked for help using mobile pick up options the employee kept walking away and told me to keep following the instructions on the phone and never helped me. I have a lot of family and friend that live around the area and I will let them know not to use this uhaul location. Employees outside not wearing any face covering.

Ensure that all trucks and vans are updated in the system that way when someone else get it don't need to be paying for the hit that other person make to the car like is happening to be right now. Really upset about it.

When given vehicle didn't realize that windshield wipers were worn and frayed. Truck was already loaded so I just bought new ones and replaced the dangerous ones with wipers that would allow me to safely operate vehicle. Also around seats was dog hair and someone had obviously smoked in vehicle. Didn't notice ashtray until on the road which was full of ash. So obviously vehicle wasn't cleaned or serviced in between rentals. When giving free "upgrades" take into account the customer reasons for wanting a specific vehicle the larger vehicle was difficult to load in the limited parking where was loaded and unloaded.

This U-Haul location is terrible. The attitude of the personnel is very unprofessional. You have to wait in a long, time-consuming line to get the vehicle, and once it is your turn, you are serviced by someone who clearly doesn't care about your experience or doing a good job. The service person I interacted with when I returned the vehicle was was insulting and had a miserable attitude. He said he was going to charge me $35 for leaving the van dirty, when I asked him what dirt he said "what dirt?, damn, that dirt" and pointed at about twenty leaves that were on the floor of the van. I proceeded to pickup the leaves which took less than 5 minutes and then he grudgingly reinspected. When I asked him for his name, he said "you don't need my name, you have a problem with me talk to the manager." If I thought it would have made a difference, I would have spoken to whomever was in charge. But I knew that it would not have mattered. This service rep is horrible and his attitude flows down from the top of this location's management. This was a terrible experience and I will never use the location again and probably will never use U-Haul again.

I used moving helpers so did not go to this facility. They were prompt about calling me when my U-Box arrived and were good about coordinating with the moving-helpers to arrange my UBox delivery.
