My comment is not about the location, but about the online reservation process. I live over the fence from a U-Haul location and could see the 6x12' trailer that I wanted to rent. I went online to reserve it at that location. The website indicated it was there and available. i reserved it and paid using my credit card. When I went the next day to pick it up, I was told that trailer was reserved by someone else. The person at the counter said the location I chose on the site was only a 'preferred pick up location' and did not mean that I was going to get my equipment from there. I ended up having to go to Pompano Beach to get the trailer I needed, and was not able to get the furniture dolly which I had reserved online. This used 90 minutes of the rain free time that I had that day. The website needs to be clearer that the pickup site the customer selects is not necessarily the site where the equipment is. I found the experience quite frustrating and plan to look elsewhere the next time I have to rent a moving van or truck.

I hired two guys from FORTE MOVING. They verified the address the evening before the move but couldn't find the location so my husband, son and myself had to load the truck ourselves. NOT GOOD.....

We rented a 20' truck to move household goods from Florida to Arizona. Our U-Haul representative was courteous and professional and had the paperwork done and had us on our way in no time. The truck traveled the 2,200 mile trip flawlessly. The truck was clean and well maintained. It was a basic truck, no modern gadgetry, including no cruise control which would have been nice on such a long trip but that's because we're spoiled these days. No GPS but my cell phone showed the way just fine. We had no mechanical problems, or flat tires, and the trip went off without a hitch. We were allowed 7 days to make the trip and we were told that extra days would be at $40 a day. We didn't need it. Nice job, U-Haul

The uhaul was a older model and for some reason the mileage was more that I said it would be. It went from 38$ to 51$ and it wasn't even full on gas yet I still returned it how it was given to me. I won't be renting from Uhaul again

At return the 2 guys there are terrible. One I talked to ask where to park the trailer eaven looked up, the lady, rude. If I can I'm sure look to another one next time.

We requested a dolly rental and when we finally got to the point where we got the truck we were informed they did not have any. The guy was super nice and ended up finding something we could use, but it was just odd to arrive early on a Saturday and not have that request option available.

Van was released to customer with low pressure in rear tire. Cost me valuable time & $2.00 to replace air that rental agent refused to refund. Printed time on reservation limited rental to 8 hrs. Reservation stated rental agent was open 10am- 6pm.... In actuality, they were open 7am- 7pm. When questioned about time, they blamed U-Haul for the error & shrugged their shoulders. Wouldn't use them again if they were the last place on earth!!!!!!

My trailer's hydraulic shaft broke making it impossible to put my trailer back on my truck while on vacation. Waited 3 hours for a maintenance guy to release the pin so that we could fasten the shaft to the U-haul dealer.

I have used uhaul many times and the products you provide and price are a great value. My only issue was with the service at the location. Only one person there and he was on his cell phone on a personal call the whole time. Also when I went to drop off no one came outside to assist even though it was at least 15min before closing time. Finally the rental parking lot is always flooded and is an issue for customers and employees. Thank you, frank 954-531-4367

You can always depend on UHaul. I had a truck reserved else where because of a company related discount but when I hit there I was inform of all the trucks they had in the lot none of the 15' truckers were operable and the guy tried to tell me a cargo van had the same room inside. I went straight to IHaul and without a eesevwtion was able to rent a 15' truck no problem for two days and was given a discount on miles. Thank you IHaul for being so dependable. The discount wa not worth the aggregation. I will always use UHaul for my future truck/van rentals!

The van drove wonderfully. My only issue is the self check-in process. What is the purpose of self check-in to avoid contact with people. Yet, I still had to go in the store to check-in and get my keys after going through the self check-in process on my phone. Also, I requested a dolly and it wasnt in the van and I was charged for it. Advised and have yet to receive a call back.

1. Answer the phones 2. Ankle deep water in pickup area 3. Confirmation should be done at least a 24 hours ahead rather than 12 hours in our case. 4. Wait time at the counter too long and should have one Que leading to the multiple counters. The staff is good. Ceaser and Robert were good.

You have the technology but you need to rethink your processes. I spent 10 mins reserving at home. Then another 10 baking in the Hot Florida sun doing things I could have done at home like take a picture of myself and my DL only to be sent inside anyway to get the key. Returning probably was suppose to be easier but the guy had to try twice and manually key in my card. Weird because it worked to pick it up. All in all that took another 15. Maybe I'm just used to National Where I just walk out with the car I want and it's all in my account online but I think you just need to look at the process and squeeze out the inefficiencies.
