My u-Haul online experience was a disaster. Could not find my reservation. When I finally did, I could not check in. Moreover, I could not return the trailer using the online service either. When I called the customer service department, my wait was over an hour. The App and functionality were extremely poor designed and not intuitive at all.

Donald E.Help your team out with well-functioning computers and network. They were constantly apologizing because of glitchy software. It took three of them to try and fix an over charge on a guy's rental because the user experience for a refund is so bad, the young man trying to help the guy couldn't refund an overcharge of 5 days rental. Tie down in the trailer I rented was torn off the wall.

Mary Anne S.Location was nice and employees were nice, truck was clean. But the ride was so rough. And I just needed a truck to haul some things from Cincinnati to Walton KY. It cost me $180 for the truck and then another $30 for the gas. 0,99 cents a mile is RIDICULOUS. I asked if it would be cheaper to just drive it one way and he said no. So I had to drive it all the way back. I couldn't believe how much it cost.

John G.This location is the best in the West Chester-Mason area. They have a large truck size selection & availability. I had to extend the hours and they did it without a problem; when we retuned the truck, a young man assisted us, and told us to park and go, he said that he knows when we brought it back and will email me the receipt. I was a little nervous but when I got the email everything looked correctly, he gave us credit for the fuel, the hours were right- over all I highly recommend this location.

Sharonville (return), unorganized, hard to get in and out of, lied about “service charge†on gas. Gas gauge extremely close, seems like a scam to charge people more money. U-Haul general - App sucked, wouldn't load credit card, couldn't do mobile pick up. Overall experience AWFUL!

Richard P.Made my reservation over the phone with Saundrice Lucas for a 10' truck to be picked up on Friday at 5:30. When I asked if I could park my car at pick-up location she told me due to liability they do not allow cars to be picked up there. When I arrived at pick-up location my reservation was for Saturday at 5:30 and there was customer parking. Spent $15 for an Uber that wasn't necessary.
Christopher P.Very frustrating that the truck did not have a full tank of gas when rented. I had to monitor fuel constantly gassing up multiple times so I would return with a 1/4 tank of gas.

Jim N.It is paramount that Uhaul have a standard procedure of issuing a receipt upon vehicle return. This wasn't done when I returned my vehicle and the staff person forgot to actually check in my vehicle. I didn't become aware of this until a few days later when I received a call asking when I planned on returning the truck [after I had already done so]. This was not a pleasant experience to say the least].

Kyle B.Lots of problems with the on-line access in order to get the vehicle before the location opened. Also might be helpful if location placed the online vehicles closer to the key box - lots of walking back and forth (in the pouring rain).

The new location was extremely welcoming and proficient even though the location had been swamped all day.
