Terribly understand the wait time to pick up and drop off a delayed with the way that the process is set up you have trucks coming in being cleaned in service mixed in with people who are there to pick up equipment and people who are there to drop off equipment the single lane for all three services seems to be a detriment to good customer service

Stop falsifying information, increasing rental days and making up cleaning charges. I came in person to dispute over charges. I was lied to in my face, about the day and time of my return, repeatedly. I didn't entertain his attempt to financially gain by the lies spoken. I pulled out my phone and replied “I have pictures”. Going into photo details, it displays the date, time and location. He failed to apologize, instead he said “I have to call my manager”. Once my account information had been shared, unable to hear both sides of the conversation, shortly he go on to say, “she has pictures of her return”. Not only did they change my two additional days, he had the nerve to put my return time in 1 hour 45 minutes late of my return time, causing an additional day of payment. The end result my account went over the amount available, we spent 15 discussing charges he refunded 100,85 $, after another 45 minutes, I received another 8,00 $ refund and they still shorted me over 20,00 $ It's better than the first 65,00 $ they offered. It's sad to have a thriving business and still feel the need to take advantage of your customers. By all means, be grateful for having a job and in good health to obtain your employment. I'll never rent a 18,95 $ a day trailer for eight days and pay a total of 341,00 $ I'll buy a used trailer before renting from U-Haul.

This location was great. Our experience leading up to picking up our rental from this location was horrible and delayed our moving day by 2 hours. At the first location (Compass Self Storage, 10925 Hamilton Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45231) our rental was within the locked gates instead of outside of them so we were unable to gain access to it. We were re-routed to another location (U-Haul, 9178 Colerain Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45251) to obtain our rental but when we got there, no one was there working even though the store was scheduled to have been open. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, we were finally rerouted to the U-Haul in Sharonville. Between these two major inconveniences, it would be hard for us to recommend U-Haul to others.

the new managers are not customer friendly people. I used to be welcomed, they new my name. very friendly managers. NOW, well, to hear her badmouthing other customers and the way she talked to me and others, not quality people at all. i hate going here now, but its close to the house.

I had great customer service at this location. The gentleman that worked there was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. My interaction with him alone would make me come back to this location. He was good at his job and went above and beyond. This was my first time renting from U-Haul and based on the price and ease of the rental I will definitely be coming back.

As a professional, and business owner, I would give this location the highest 5 stars possible! I attempted to rent a truck from the competition. It was much more stressful than it needed to be. When I called the U-Haul location in Sharonville, I reached Angie R . Without even knowing my experience with your competition, she went above and beyond to make me comfortable with my commitment. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious! I even overheard her talking to another employee that she had stayed later than she needed to just because they needed the extra help. You are very fortunate to have Angie R. as a representative of your company. As you know, it's difficult to not only find good employees, but great ones are almost impossible. Way to knock it out of the park, Angie R.!!

Rented the 26' truck for 2 days. It was old. Run down. Left turn signal didn't work. Left headlight didn't work. Left bright light didn't work. Check engine light was on and off - about half the time for each. Reported all issues when I dropped it off. No one wrote down any of my reports. Just said “hmm. Really? Ok”. I suggested this be the trucks last duty. No reply.

The place is in total disarray! There's no signage for people picking up a trailer or a truck. Only signage for people returning them. No one was on the lot to help and no one was in the office once I found it. When you walk into the entrance all you see is a Mosh posh of boxes. No signs leading to the desk for rental. Once I found the desk there was no one there. When I did find an associate she seemed rattled thought I was taking up her time. It's not that you all that I remember. I remember a company running a tight ship. But if you're the only game in town you can get away with stupid stuff. After I picked up my trailer and got to my destination we tried to strap some furniture to the side rails. That was impossible because most of the bolts were missing on them. When I returned there was a truck parked in the return area. The door was wide open and the truck was running for 20 minutes before an associate came out to greet me. He eventually disconnected my trailer so that I could back up and get out of there. When I was leaving, the truck in the drop off/ return area still had the door wide open and idling and no sign of the person who owned it. Luckily someone there was proactive and had seen me sitting there for 20 minutes. They went ahead and disconnected the trailer at the front door and moved it aside in order for me to leave. As a small business owner my thoughts were that no one there is running the show. Good luck!

Help at this location was fine. However, we were jacked around and our pickup location was changed twice, making it very inconvenient. We made our reservation weeks in advance, and it is very disappointing to be treated that way. We'll look for other options next time, and we have used haul regularly in the past.

Promote better customer service. I waited in my car for at least 20 minutes prior to being knowledged and I was parked in the returned truck lane because there was no parking available. I had to roll down my window and ask for help because everyone just kept walking by like I was invisible. Once I walked inside I said good morning and there was no response in return. There were 3 representatives behind the counter. when I went to return the truck around 3:15 PM I sat in the return truck lane with representatives outside smoking and talking to each other instead of helping me return the vehicle. I then walked inside of the building and the representative that initially helped me rush past me and stated she has a propane customer she can't help me. I am initially from Connecticut and the customer service From U-Haul is definitely better than what I experienced in Ohio. I usually rent and purchase items from uhaul but this experience I'll look into different companies for services.

The trucks passenger door would not close all the way. The gas was only at a quarter tank at pick up. The trucks gas runs out fast as well .The specific site needs more workers.

The truck was clean, however, the drive belts squeaked at higher speeds, and did so for the entire duration of my trip. The alignment was also off (the truck kept pulling to the right).

The female that assisted me was rude and lazy. She seemed to be bothered that she had to help any customers. She was argumentative from the start saying they close at 7, if I show up then there won't be anyone there. When she hooked up the trailer, she told me that I made the safety chains to long and made her side to tight, which would have jammed up when turning. She had me check the lights, then quickly walked off without asking if I needed anything else or without conducting a walk around. When I returned, she said I need to go out to my vehicle since it's going to be a long time. Luckily, one of her co workers was more helpful. He even commented that she was really slow working. Not everyone is cut out be be in customer service, it was very apparent with her.
