Jose A. (representative) is rude to customers. He is unpleasant to work with and does not attempt to help customers that may be unfamiliar with the rental and return process. Equipment was clean and well maintained.

Edward FWhen I returned the truck, I told him that the front end of the truck was very loose. I stated that if I was going on a longer trip I would have brought the truck right back. He seemed to not care about that. Also the truck had two children's toys in it. It seems to me if the truck were cleaned those items would no be there.
Raymond VI would not recommend a friend instead I highly recommend the people doing the construction at that location clean up the parking lot I parked my personal vehicle out front by time I got back home I had a flat tire from a screw pick up from parking there Also the u-haul had a broken passenger side mirror Thank You Gary Haggerty 697-221-4687

dennis rLocation and equipment was old and semi depressing, but the young man kept everything clean and was very attentive. He was buzzing around getting everything in order and explained the whole process very well.
Sean HMy problems with Uhaul had nothing to do with this location. I had ordered a 20 ft truck with an auto transport from this location and 2 days before was told that I could not get it at this location. I would have to drive 1,5 hours away. I did not have the time to do this. I ended up renting 2 trucks instead of one and it cost me significantly more. I had booked the rental at least 1 month in advance. It seems to me, that I gave enough notice, I should have received the same consideration. Needless to say I was very disappointed with the entire process. The person at Vesta was very helpful throughout the process.

kathy RThe staff (mostly the guy named Christian) was extremely cooperative and helpful with recommendations and changes in the equipment and return schedule. 5 stars easily. The vehicle was low on gas (probably due to the very rapid turnaround). I like my rental cars and trucks to be filled up unless it is going to take more than a 30 minute delay.

Roy WThe only suggestion I would make is to have two employees on duty during the first couple hours of the day. Even though the employee covering was efficient, the people waiting to check-out or purchase an item were backing up.
Roger CWe had issues with the battery and had to jump start several times. The drivers door was not closing properly and may have contributed to the issue. Christian (customer service rep) was helpful and gave us extra time. I am deaf and tried going through the uhaul website to get roadside assist and hit several obstacles finally sent an email to let them know I needed to extend to make up for all the lost time. Didn't hear back from them until after the local office was open and had already helped us.

Virginia MThe pick-up location changed without proper notice. Even the confirmation text had the wrong address. The two U-Haul locations used did not have good communication as I was given a different drop off time at the pickup location compared to what I was told at the drop off location. Luckily I was not charged extra.
Alex AMake sure the truck doors are functional. Driver side lock was not functional. Key would get stuck if you attempt to lock driver side door from outside. Had to enter from passenger side for the duration of rental.
BO YSign on window says no smoking. There was a burn in the driver's seat from a cigarette and the truck smelt like smoke.

KEITH CGreat experience. There was a small issue when the keys to the rental were in the pocket of an employee who was not onsite. We waited for about 20 minutes. The gentleman who checked us in was apologetic and extended the rental for us. Stuff happens and your employees handled it well. Will definitely be back

Mary CI brought back the truck as is and clean your guy working at the counter gave me a bill for additional 55 dollars for the cleaning fee though the truck was clean and when realized he got caught he returned those charges
